Yuna's tail wagged a bit. She was glad he didn't care that she couldn't do much. "Well, since it seems that you are the one catching the food... You pick." She smiled at the Phim and wondered what he would pick. She wouldn't care what they ate. Maybe.. He could teach me? Yuna blushed a bit at the thought.

“mm” De thought for a moment and tilted his head as he studied Yuna. “Lets do some fishing. I can fly over the water and scare some fish to you. It’ll be less dangerous than hunting.” Mainly because the way I hunt is to drop in from above and it would be hard to do that and make sure Yuna wouldn’t get trampled by a spooked deer.

Less dangerous than hunting? Yuna tilted her head in though. "Ok then! Lets go fishing!!" Yuna squeaked and giggled as she followed the stream to the lake it comes from. Then she looked over at De. "Ok ready!" Yuna leaned in a bit staring into the water. Her front was low to the ground and her butt was in the air with her tail flopped over onto her head.

De had to bite his tongue so he wouldn’t burst out laughing. Yuna was just so innocent and cute! It was no wonder he found himself head over tail in love with her. He walked up to her and fixed her pouncing position by hand to get her into a more appropriate spot to get some fish. “Now remember I’m herding the fish to you so you’ll have to swipe at them.” Her fur feels so very soft..

Yuna squeaked and blushed shyly as De fixed her pounce positon. Now I'm sure he knows I wasn't lying about being a lousy fisher... Yuna was trying not to blush more than she already was. "Ok, I'm ready now." Yuna focused at her tasks and whispered to him as she continued to stare at the water. Yuna's tail flicked and flopped and ended up on her head again.

Forget the fish I’d rather just have Yuna.. Still it wouldn’t do to keep us both hungry. “Try and keep your tail off your head and still. The fish will be scared enough from my actions any extra wiggling on your part will drive them away.” De stepped back a few paces so he wouldn’t disturb Yuna as he took wing. The air was soft and the sun was warm. De almost lamented that he would spoil the moment by getting his feathers all wet. Still the prospect of sharing a meal with Yuna certain was a good motivation.

Yuna nodded and shook her head, which made her tail flop to to the floor. "Quiet and still! Got it!" Yuna couldn't keep her eyes off of De as he flew above her. Wow... He looks amazing in the sun. Yuna blushed and tried to focus again. "Ok.. now I'm ready!"

De flew over the water until he saw the small darting shadows that were a tell tale sign of fishy goodness below. He dropped down and skimmed the surface of the water behind the school of fish causing them to scatter. He then proceeded to herd the fish toward Yuna the best he could. Most of the fish had scattered beyond his reach; however he still had a fair amount in his ‘herded’ stock as he made his way to his beloved.

Ok, Yuna... here they come... She raised a paw. Focus... She saw a rather large shadow in the water and swatted it. A large fish was smacked out of the water, as it flew through the air the fish manage to smack Yuna upside the head. She shrieked, lost her balance and fell into the water. Yuna's cheeks were bright red. Today didn't seem like it was her day to do anything right. She sunk into the water to hide her embarrassment.

De choked. He was trying so hard not to laugh that he couldn’t breathe. He landed before he crashed into the shore. The fish Yuna had swatted out of the water was flopping on the bank. He used a paw to swat it further inland and then walked to the water’s edge to check on Yuna after taking a breath so he wouldn’t laugh at her. She had tried so hard and did catch a fish. De felt it would have been to demeaning to laugh at such a good job. “Well you did catch a big one.” De smiled warmly at Yuna in the water before hoping in the water after her. Now they were both soaked. “Well shall we try swimming after a few of the fish in the water?” He licked Yuna’s cheek showing that he wasn’t going to tease her.
(aw he's trying to be nice. .. *chuckle* )

As De plopped into the water Yuna wondered. I bet if De wasn't here I'd have no problem fishing... Yuna's head lowered more when De asked her about swimming after the fish.. "I don't know how to swim either..." She frowned and looked at De. He seemed overly happy about something... Was it her? Or was it her falling. Yuna squeaked and wrinkled her face in thought.
(I ain't gonna lie... Im lmaoing over here. XD)

Staring De blinked a few times. “You don’t know how to swim? Truly?” It simply seemed so improbable that Yuna never learned to swim. His mother had taught De how to swim before he could fly. In fact Hael had emphasized his swimming lessons so when he started to fly it would be above water so if he fell he would be ok. “Well I don’t think I’m a good teacher but I could try and teach you if you would like.”

Yuna blushed. "I really don't know..." When De offered to teach her, she popped with tail wagging so happily it splashed her and De. "W-would you? Really!?" She squeaked and smiled. "Wait!" She spotted a fish by De's tail. She splashed after it, and the fish swam away. Yup, terrible fisher.

Getting splashed with a few drops of water splashed him and De smiled happily. He really liked to see Yuna so happy and excited. “Of course I’ll teach you.” He gave her a look the asked how she could even question it. “We’ll have to start in the shallows though so that I can hold you up well I explain things to you. Shall we start here or would you rather head to another area of this body of water.”

"This seems like a good spot!" Yuna smiled at De and her tail wagged. "So, How do I begin?" She had heard of the doggy paddle before but she thought it was only for dogs. "Is there a fox version of the doggy paddle?" She tilted her head at him. Since he knew how to swim he would know! Right?
