Found a shiny Gothita biggrin ..but it truly crushes me, i only had one pokeball, it failed.
Such a shame, a shiny psychic type lost T.T

Only until recently did I come across any shiny that wasn't part of the story. ( I got a shiny weedle in SS)

Well I hatched a shiny Chimchar, Treecko and Solosis, ive caught a shiny Scraggy, Sawk, Watchog, Herdier, Palpitoad, Swadloon, and Munna. My friend traded me a shiny Ralts from her pokemon white game smile Ive been getting really lucky lately in pokemon black, then I have in the other games.

It goes from 1/8192 to 1/2048, I think. It has something to do with a string of binary values attached to a pokemon at its inception, and so its a 2^something chance, I don't exactly know the datails.
