Once Yuri had paid, he walked over to Lillie and smiled, giving a light shrug as he did. "So what's next?" He asked, shifting the shopping bag to his opposite hand to take the map out from underneath his belt and opening it so the two of them could see. "I think I have enough clothes to last me long enough, so I'm done with shopping around for those." He added.

Yuri thought for a moment and studied the map momentarily. "Well, I think the books might be a little smaller and lighter, so they'd be better to carry around before getting things like arrows and things like that." He suggested, looking to Lillie for her opinion on the matter. He didn't mind either way, it was more because they really didn't have an accurate guess on when they'd be leaving.

Yuri nodded and followed beside her, looking for any stores that looked like a bookstore. "This place is so huge...it looks as though it could hold the entire school inside and still have room." He said under his breath as he looked up to the several floors. He was happy he was doing this with Lillie, the thought of trying to do all this by himself was somewhat daunting even for a knight.

Walking into the store, Yuri let Lillie go off into the section she was after and headed directly for a shelf containing the histories of mystical creatures, the subsection he was looking at in particular was the Elven History. He definitely needed to brush up on what his ancestors were like and what they did, so at least he could say he knew a little about his race.

Turning to Lillie as she approached, Yuri smiled at her and looked back at the fairly new book he held in his hands currently and flipping through the pages, his shopping bag now resting between his feet. "I'm just looking, I feel as though I should know at least a little bit about our people." He said before stopping and a page in particular. It depicted a map of the Eastern part of the country, a medium sized city with numerous smaller villages surrounding it near what appeared to be the coast. Yuri's smile faded just a little as his finger traced lightly along one of the villages. It was marked with a small red line through a dot, the map key explaining that the symbol meant that the village was no longer there apart from ruins and rubble.

Yuri gave a light smile and nodded, he had seen a couple, but the one he was concentrating on was the only one he saw that was in ruins, one he almost never wanted to see again. Once Lillie left to pay for her book, he looked back down with a sad smile at the map. "Home..." Closing the book before he could read any further on what exactly happened, he put it back on the shelf and picked up a much older one, deciding that not only did it look like it contained a lot of information, but it was possible that it was published before the village was destroyed. Heading to the counter as well, he paid for the book and smiled lightly at Lillie. "Alright, what's our next stop?"

Yuri thought for a moment before shaking his head lightly. "Not that I can think of." He said with a smile as he looked at the map. "Although, maybe we should take note of a place to eat for lunch, just in case." He said, not wanting to suddenly feel hungry at the wrong moment.
