"I really dislike bullies. How about I take control of your mind and make you start beating yourself up?"
Luna stepped back on to the bridge, but she didn't take her spot in the command chair. Instead, she opened up a comm to the Living Quarters decks.
"Commander Falk, report to the Bridge."
She took her finger off the button, the comm channel closing. She then sat in her chair, forcing herself to stay awake until Falk arrived."
So let's put aside our foolish pride
And let our hearts say hello

 ♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Favian appeared on the Bridge not long after, hands in pockets and taking in all the sights around him, he whistled low. "Well then Lady Cap'n, you've requested me and here I am, though normally I like things between a woman and myself to be in private." He walked up to her fancy looking chair. "Do I get to sit in that when you're gone? I take it, it's time for little miss to catch some shut eye and me to pretend I'm playing space invaders."

"I really dislike bullies. How about I take control of your mind and make you start beating yourself up?"
Luna rolled her eyes and shot him a mental message. She was tired, but there was enough strength in her for it. And though her shields were up, her exhaustion seeped through to Falk.
She patted the armrest of a chair next to her.
"Hardly. Unlike that ancient Star Trek my father likes, no one sits in the command chair except the captain. The XO has his own chair. I've already informed the Bridge Crew of your position."
She gestured to the helmsman and the view screen came on, showing the depths of space. The moon was in the lower left corner of the screen.
"We're passing the moon now. Fitting, if you ask me. Eight hours from now, I'll be relieving you. Until then, learn the capabilities of this ship. And if anything happens that you can't handle, an emergency, press the yellow button on the right armrest and say Captain to the Bridge. For minor questions, ask the Bridge crew."
She stood up.
"Anything you need to know now?"

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Eight hours... Favian could almost see the sheep jumping the fence. He hadn't gotten any sleep at all, how was he going to last another eight hours? "Uh, yeah, can someone bring me some coffee or a caffeine shot? Also...If nothing happens, do I just sit there then?" He took the chair she'd indicated gratefully, sighing as at least it was some kind of rest.

She pointed to a slot on the far wall, by the door to the conference room.
"Coffee dispenser. Only drink two cups, though. That's powerful stuff. It contains blisterweed. Dragons use that stuff to make the fire they breathe. And you can still move about the Bridge. As long as you're on it, and awake, you're fine. After we've both gotten rest, we'll man the Bridge together, so you can get the hang of it. After all, this ship is a warship, so we run battle simulatuons."
She had an evil grin on her face.
"Every three days."

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Favian perked up when he heard there was coffee and decided that was the first thing he was going to do when she left, until she mentioned the blisterweed. Even just the thought of that was keeping him awake. He just nodded to all she said and although she had an evil grin on her face about the battle simulations he looked unimpressed. As far as he knew, it sounded like they were just going to play a giant game of battleships. "Okay Lady, I can handle it from here. Seriously, what could go wrong in eight hours? Okay, a lot but we'll all be fine and dandy up here and you'll be getting some good ol shut eye." He moved towards the coffee dispenser, unable to wait for her to leave. He really hoped it would keep him awake for the next eight hours.

Wife of Eventide One cup has enough caffeine to keep someone awake for 12 hours.

She left the bridge, the lights going dimmer as Gamma Shift began.

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Favian just waved and nodded as he concentrated on filling the cup. His eyes were seriously drooping. He made his way back to the XO's chair and sat down, leaning forward with legs apart, his elbows on his knees. He held the cup in his hands as if it were the most important thing right then. He took a hesitant sip and his eyes widened. It sure was strong stuff and a taste he was willing to get used to. He zoned out as he drank and sat forward like that. He figured someone would come to him if there was a problem, though what he was going to do he had no idea.

Luna entered the Bridge in a clean pink jumpsuit and her hair pulled back nicely, not a strand out of place. She sat in her chair and looked over at Favian.
"Good morning, Dr. Falk. How was your watch?"

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Favian sat up straight as soon as Luna addressed him. He'd zoned out just a tad as he was playing reruns of one of his favourites shows through his head. He hadn't realised he had such a photographic memory.
"Good Morning Cap'n!" He said in quite a chipper voice. He smiled easily. "Do you know that blue-green algae gives off more oxygen then trees? I didn't. Well I did but I've just remembered. Crazy, because that stuff is poisonous and stinks something chronic." He stood up and went to walk away when he remembered she'd actually asked him a question. He spun around quite fast and was amazed at how fast he'd moved. He seemed to be very hyper. There was probably some cause for that. Oh right the question. "Let me counter with a question of my own, why is your face all swirly?" He pointed to his own face and did a circling motion to encompass it.

Luna just stared. She'd never seen anyone react to the coffee that badly before.
"Dr. Falk, are you alright?"
She leaned in closer, looking into his eyes. The pupils were constricted more than they should ever be.
"How many cups of blisterweed-infused coffee have you had?"

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ Favian tried really hard to concentrate on her face but almost over balanced himself from starring to hard. Her face was really swirly and there seemed to be a lot of pink everywhere.
"Umm..." He looked down at his fingers and held some of them up on each of his hands. "This many? How many is that?" He tried to count them as he held them in front of him. He nodded and mouthed along to each one. "No wait, that's to many." He held up three and a half fingers on each hand. "This many!" He was pretty proud of himself for getting it right. Even though he was totally wrong. "Three and a half cups. That stuff sure is good. Really takes the edge off the nicotine cravings."

Luna was speechless for a moment, before she buried her face in her hands.
"Dr., I told you only two cups max. We have no idea how it affects people when they've had more. I highly recommend you see Doctor Sadenes."

♡❤ ℱavian ℱalk ❤♡ "What? I am so a Doctor! I have documentation here to prove it." He searched his suit jacket but came up empty. "Oh well, I'm fiddle as a fit. You good here?" He pointed towards Luna as if she might need his help with something and then raised his voice to the whole bridge, "You good, everybody good? Excellent. Well I'm off then. Might go do a light 15k. See ya Cap'n hope you have fun blasting those little alien faces on the bigscreen." He turned and walked towards the conference room and walked in then walked back out again. "I was just turning around." He headed out the other door.
