"Oh?" Frost turned to regard the young woman with a blank gaze. "Very well. I shall make a neat space at the back of the red wine section." It was not a large section as such, but it was large enough for him to create a niche for a not so excellent vintage amongst what Cretchfield had supplied. "Here," the pale-eyed man gestured to the little gap he had created, "you may place your bottle in the space... My name is Frost: what would you like me to call you?"

Skrion bobbed his head in acknowledgement before adding:

Tambrey watched as Frost made a space and found herself vaguely wondering if Acacia had found help to hire or something; was he organizing the wine now? Huh.
"Er. Thankya." She smiled politely and reached to carefully put the rather shamefully out of place bottle among its higher class comrades. "Er. You did that... very neatly." She complimented rather lamely then smiled properly again as she offered out her right hand.
"Tambrey. Most call me some variation of it though. Nice to meet you, Frost."

Palu nodded understandingly to the ice type.
"It is true that a battle is no way condusive to chatting, I will agree with you there, Skiron. I am afraid that of those around I am familiar only with this charming young Totodile. I would not call my own trainer a recluse but I do not think her so good at connecting with many people." The bird tilted her head and then looked around the room again. "Well. I think you have been wise in your choice for making aquaintances. There appear to be a few of us here."

At the explanation, Sierra seemed to relax visibly. "Oh, good. I didn't want to intrude on someone else's get-together. I'm afraid I didn't get any memos myself, but then again, I've been a...bit out of touch recently," she finished hesitantly. Then she froze. "Wait, St. Patrick's Day? Already?" Blink Blink. Then muttering half to herself, "Where does the time go?"

Having noticed that the hostess seemed a bit distracted, as best to put it, Sierra' couldn't help but wonder what the source of the blushing could be, however, she wasn't about to ask. Could be rude, not to mention just an awkward conversation point. So, she let it slide and instead decided to let the other Grunt free to her hostess' duties. "Well, thank you for the welcome, and for letting me join your party. I'm sure you'd like to get back to the festivities, so I'll just get to mingling, hmm?" She took the other young woman's offered hand, shaking it once, firmly, but promptly. "Pleasure to meet you Acacia. Fellow Grunt, Sierra Istas, at your service." She let a rare smile cross her pale face, reaching up with her free hand to brush her long black hair from her face.

Marle had eagerly joined the group of gathering Pokemon, grinning and waving back at the enthusiastic Totodile. 'Hi! I'm Marle! What's your names? Someone said something about sweets?' Even when sitting, the little Electric-type seemed unable to hold still, bouncing up and down on her haunches. She glanced behind her, not surprised to see her 'tails' keeping an eye on her. 'The quiet, grumpy ones are--'

'Thank you, Marle, but we can introduce ourselves,' Khalon interrupted calmly, the shiny Umbreon padding up with an aura of patience surrounding him. Close behind, the Dark Eevee followed, glancing over the gathered Pokemon with an analytical air as she gracefully swished her way into the center of attention. Hmm...mostly commoners, but a couple of the group showed some promise...

'I am Khalon,' the Umbreon continued, nodding politely in greeting to the other Pokemon. 'A pleasure to meet you all, I'm sure.' He turned, looking expectantly at the Eevee, who took a seat, her dark-tipped tail wrapping demurely around her. 'Layla,' she offered softly, with a touch of a purr in her voice.

Oh, what? He was supposed to ad-lib? What would be suitable? Amb? Tam? Rey?... Well, he supposed he would just choose one of the plethora of options at random, given she hadn't expressed a preference. "Thank you 'Brey," Frost gave a very slight nod and reached out to grasp the young woman's hand firmly whilst internally assuring himself that her hands were clean, "I do try to be... organized. Would you like me to pour you a drink?" Men were supposed to pour drinks for women... Or maybe it was that men were supposed to pour drinks for people they were trying to get into bed? If the latter was really the case then he was definitely sending out the wrong signals.

"I am not trying to get you drunk," he added for clairty's sake, "I have no reason to want to. I was merely being polite. I don't have to pour you an alcoholic drink if you prefer something less..." there was a word in there somewhere... "Less mind-altering." That hadn't been the word he'd wanted, but he supposed it sufficed all the same; the important thing was that he'd made it clear that he wasn't trying to get her drunk.

Skiron agreed, Still, he supposed this sort of organization hardly attracted the most well adjusted members of the human race. As the enthused pikachu addressed the gathering, Skiron gave a good natured chuckle. Turning then to his cousins, the ice type bowed his head politely. Quite a gathering of pokemon indeed, and at least his trainer seemed to have found somebody to talk to, although from this distance he had no idea how well the encounter was going.

Saleen Moon

Saleen stood there for a bit….then sighed and figured she came all the way here, she might as well talk. So she poured herself a glass of wine, then walked over to the group, waiting for a chance to jump into the conversation. She noticed the only male of the group started to organize the wine, and Saleen just smirked. She knew her wine, and she had picked her favorite from the selection. Though her all time favorite choices weren’t among them, this would suffice.

It was then that she heard a comment, St. Patricks Day? Saleen didn’t much care, she never bothered to celebrate it. What a useless ‘holiday’ it was. So she had forgotten it was coming up on the calender. So is that what this party was for? To celebrate Green Day? Saleen took note that ‘all’ of the trainer’s pokemon were being released, so she decided to send out another pokemon she had, though she had to admit she hadn’t had this pokemon for very long either. But her trainer had to leave on some business so she wound up with her. Oh well, she liked the pokemon anyways and it saved her the trouble of hunting down one of her own.

Upon sending out the Umbreon, Esther perked her ears up and looked around. What was this now? Ciara happily floated over to Esther, and tugged at her ear to pull her over to the group of pokemon. With a sigh, she followed the floating litwick and the two of them introduced themselves.
“Hello there, my name is Esther and this is..” “Ciara!” interrupted the litwick. “Yes…Ciara….I hope we are not intruding.” Said Esther politely. Since evolving, she had become much more polite, rather then being the rude, rambunctious eevee she was before. “So whatchya doin? Whatchya doin!?” asked Ciara with excitement.
