Breakfast: Fruit salad and water
Lunch: sammach :whole grain bread, light mayo, and one slice of tofurky with bell peppers: And water
Dinner: Vegan pizza a few whole grain chips, and water
Snacks: special K fruit crisps and lots of fruit.
Exercise: I had to keep it light because my abs are still achey I plan on getting back on track tomorrow. 30 wall push ups 30 arm crunches with 5lb dumbell 10 ab crunches lots of stretching walked around the block.

Breakfast: Special k fruit crisps a cup of coffee and some grapes
Lunch: vegan lasagna and blackberries with some water and some quaker light crisps
Dinner: Two Vegan hot dogs dipped in ketchup, some grapes and some yogurt and a lot of water
Snack: I didn't snack but I did have a cup of Dark Chocolate almond milk
Exercise: power walked/ jogged five miles 20 wall push ups 30 ab crunches Lots of stretching

I am starting to notice some out lines of toned abs on my stomach. It is still flabby but I am slowly getting some results. ^^

Breakfast: Special K fruit crisps and some yogurt with water
Lunch: Vegan cheesy brocolli (sp?) poppers
Dinner:Vegan cheese burger with some Vegan cheesy brocolli (sp?) poppers
Snacks: Special K bar
Exercise: Walked 1 1/2 miles outside in my shape ups and 5lb. leg weights. 10 Sissy push ups 50 Ab crunches 20 Wall Push ups

Breakfast: I was in a hurry for church, I was almost late. All I had was a big cup of coffee
Lunch: A lean hot pocket and some light quaker crisps
Dinner: Fruit salad, lean hot pocket.
Snacks: light quaker crisps
Exercise: Jogged/walked two miles Lots of stretching and 50 ab crunches.

Breakfast: Fiber One Bar
Lunch: Fresh fruit and a hot pocket with coffee
Dinner: Whole grain mac&cheese and a slice of french bread and one small piece of weight watchers candy
Snacks: More fruit and light almond milk
Exercise: Walked 1 1/2 mile with shape ups and 5lb. leg weights Power walked/jogged 4 miles 60 ab crunches lots of stretching

I drink water but I don't put it into my blog, just because it is zero calorie and I don't feel like typing.
I do put other beverages though just not water.
So don't hate.

Breakfast: one half of a Subway sub and a cup of earl gray tea
Lunch: 1 1/2 of a Subway
Dinner: A ton of fresh fruit, a cup of dark chocolate milk, some light quaker crisps
Snacks:
Exercise: Walked around the mall Power walked/jogged two miles 10 in pilaties for the lower body 50 Ab crunches

Dinner: Whole grain pasta with fresh veggies
Snacks: Quaker crisps, and fresh fruit
I also had two cups of earl gray tea and two cups of chocolate almond milk
Exercise: Jogged/power walked 6 1/2 miles 90 Ab crunches 30 wall push ups 40 arm crunches with 5lbs. dumbells 60 toe ups Lots of stretching

Looks like you're on the right track! Try not to go overboard with exercising. But I guess the numbers just *seem* big to little ol' exercise-less me. smile
Oh, and juice fast: DEFINITELY NOT SAFE. Not just the physical complications, but the psychological ones as well. Plus, it's one of those 'fad diets' that you gain all the weight back on anyway.
(that, or you become eating disordered and almost die) like I did...

I hit a plateau. e,e
Alright, time to decrease the calories by 100 and change the workouts.

(that, or you become eating disordered and almost die) like I did...XD I need to change up the workouts, they are getting boring. My mom wouldn't let me do the juice fast, she said it was stupid and crazy plus she gave me a list of everything that could go wrong. e,e She's a nurse and well it's good to have a nurse in the house. D: She saves my butt a lot. Right now I'm at a plateau, so i think I might eat 100 less calories and do some different workouts.

Now that I have thought about it, I have been bored snacking on weight watcher snacks and drinking a lot of almond milk. D: I haven't been putting that in my blog because I am lazy. ._____. Well I think I know what the problem is, I need to quit bored snacking while I am on the computer.
Instead I'll drink decaf tea. ;o Zero calories, and it will kill cravings.

Lunch: Lean hot pocket
Dinner: Baked fish whits fresh veggies and a sugar free Jell-o thingy
Snacks: A sugar free Jell-o thingy
Exercise: Power walked/jogged four miles Walked a 1 1/2 miles in my shape ups and 5lb. Ankle weights 50 Ab crunches
I also had one cup of almond milk and I will drink a few cups of decaf tea.
