"A Band is what you call a group of thieves." Sayre chuckled. "There used to be others... but not anymore. I rarely see foxes that use the sticky paw ways." Sayre was silent for a brief moment, then she smiled a bit. "Kaito was the life of any party. He was a mastermind at times... despite the constant flirting. But He gambled alot and things didn't turn out the way he planned. I just remember sayin he'd be back. Then we heard the news."

Or that's what she thinks. Sayre and Kaito had been close since Sayre joined the Ninth Band. She knew what really happened to Kaito. But she swore she wouldn't tell anyone. "Who knows. I'm just a Daeva... If you wanna talk to a Deity go find an Elder." With a swish of her tail Sayre wandered in the direction of the cave she and the band called home.

"why waste my time."Asuka asked, her tail tucking under her legs."they wouldnt bring him back. It would be selfish of me..."Asuka muttered."so if he was in this band of theives... How long did you know him?" Asuka hadnt known all this about Kaitos past, knowing more wouldnt hurt.

Sayre had to think about that. "Lets see... Well I'm not sure but we've know each other for a long time." Kaito helped Sayre perfect her stick paw ways and gave her a home in this desert. She didn't bother to look back if the vixen was following her.

Asuka started walking after Sayre."a while huh? So did Kaito ever have a girlfriend?" she asked laughing. she was still following the daeva, after a short sprint to catch up she was able to follow well enough. "I mean it doesnt really matter to me....I just wanna know."

Sayre bit her tongue to keep from laughing, but she couldn't hold it. "Pffft... The way Kaito flirted every female he came across was his!" Sayre laughed some more. "I'd be surprised if he had a mate." Sayre shook the sand from her coat and stepped inside the cave, lighting the the remains of the logs of the fire she had the night before.

Renogoran Asuka laughed."well we were about to be... then he ..you know." Laughter was honestly the only way Asuka could at least not feel hurt when Kaito was in her head. she just remembered the good times between them."so where are we going?" she finnally asked.

Sayre raised the brow at the Vixen, she did laugh a lot... it was weird. "Well this is my home. The band used to stay here, we each had our own space." She eyed her a little more. "Feel free to look around." She'd keep a close eye on her. Sayre was iffy about letting unknown foxes wander around.

"so was one of these spaces Kaitos?" she asked, looking around. the area looked very dull, Nothing like the place she was used to. she was used to living in a more floral where her and Kaito were usually went and hunted birds and the occasional fish or deer."Sorry if Im getting on your nerves. I just think this will help me come to peace with it all. you know , knowing everything about him.

"Yeah... His is in the very back, next to mine." Sayre led the fox to the back and pointed out the space that was his. Then she went to her space and pulled out a box. She had her wings spread slightly to hid the contents of the box.

Asuka turned to where the Daeva pointed her, and went over to the area, and looked around it. she soon layed down, the whole area smelled of Kaito. tears welled up in her eyes. she looked over and saw Sayre open a box."what that?"

"None of your concern." Sayre glared at the fox. She didn't need to know what Sayres box held. It was mostly old notes and missions. Some of them she swore she would keep hidden. No matter what.

"Oh ok" asuka sighed. before looking away emmersing herself in the scent of the area that Kaito once slept in."Im sorry"she wimpered. her head was facing 2 conflicting emotions sadness and happyiness. both from this one area, her eyes welled up more until she couldnt take it. in the blink of an eye Asuka was crying.
