I may go to Anime Expo next year as Ruko Yokune :O ..... Well I hope! <3 ... I would love to do Utatane Piko but I like Ruko's cosplay it looks easier

I don't go to conventions, but I like to cosplay on Halloween. ^^ I want to cosplay Akita Neru or Meiko Sakine... it's a tough decision for me, actually. I haven't done any cosplay in a loooong time. DX not to mention, I can't even thread a needle... so I can't make my own clothes. D: but, yeah... any suggestions? Online sewing classes? Something?
