Kya trembled more, backing up until she was against a wall. "P-please Sir..." She said, tears gathering in her eyes. She was only small after all, and easily scared. She felt the tears running down her face and she could not help but quickly put her head down.

The Manifest crept close enough to get face to face with Kya, hissing. "Now you shall be devoured, along with you fears!!"
"NO!!!" echoed throughout the dream, right before a flashof red swatted the Manifest away from Kya, saving her.

Kya looked up at the figure, and tried to back up more. Before she could yell it, she heard another voice yell, 'No!!' She closed her eyes tightly, but was surprised a few seconds later to open them and see that she was still alive. "Wh-who's there?" She asked, getting to her feet.

Kya looked at him and blinked a few times, before her memory came back from recently. "B-B-Baintz?" She said, her voice shaky. She lunged her small body at him in a hug, more tears falling from her eyes. "Who was that?!?" She asked, squeezing him tight.

"Not a 'who', actually, but..." he glanced around. More were going to come soon. "Kya, I need you to close your eyes and don't look. When I tell you you can open them, you'll see a beautiful place. Got it?" He looked down to her, his expression serious.

Kya looked up at him and nodded a bit. "A-alright..." She said and closed her eyes tightly, still holding into him as tight as she could. "I-I am scared Baintz..." She said, as she tried to stop crying.

As more and more Manifests appeared, Bainz summoned a portal to another dream and tossed Kya through it. He would take on the army of darkness with ease.
Kya landed on a soft flowerbed, near an uncaged baseball field, bleachers and all. A boy's voice could be heard. "Hmph... Another? How romantic of you, brother. The perfect thing, tossing your princess into your world to fight hers." The voice laughed. "You'll give everyone a heart attack, Bainz."

Kya kept her eyes closed tight, but she got even more scared when she felt her grip on Baintz forced off. She opened her eyes when she heard a different voice. She jumped up in a bit of fear, looking around her quickly. Despite the fact that she remembered Baintz and all, she was still in her two year old body. She turned her head to where she heard the voice. "Um, Hello?..."

"No need to be alarmed, Princess..." the boy was familiar. "I am Tatsuya Ruka, Bainz' elder brother. I come in peace." He extended his hand to her. "You shall be safe under my watch."

Kya looked at him, and then back down. "Where is Baintz?" She asked, and took his hand as he extended it to her. She seemed to be attaching herself to Baintz a lot quicker than she thought.

"Possibly still in your dream, fighting the Manifest." He ruffled her hair. "Poor Kya, he must not have told you anything about us Dreamancers." he mused, a sly smile across his lips.

Kya flinched a bit as he ruffled her hair. "Can you help and explain what, um, Dreamancers do?" She asked, having difficulty saying Dreamancers. "And How can Baintz battle that scary man?..."
