"I can't promise that." Was Themis' answer. "I wish I could, but... If someone need me, I don't think I would be able to ignore it."
He shook his head. "I probably should get going, through..." Then he stopped, and smiled. "And probably get you down, uh ?"

Tony nodded his head, sighing softly. He imagined the last thing Themis wanted was pity, and he tried to keep his expression understanding, rather than reflecting how terrible he felt for the young man. He offered a reassuring smile and nod, moving over to him and patting him on the shoulder.
"Yeah, I should probably go back in. Ah. I can get in through the door up here." He motioned toward it. He really didn't want to be carried back down to the floor anyway.
He had a feeling it would be worse being aware of what was happening. Coming up, he had been caught by surprise and everything mostly happened in a blur. He really didn't want to watch this time around. It wasn't about trust: he knew Themis would get him down perfectly safe, it was just running the risk of, say, throwing up on him or letting out embarrassing, girly sounds of fear.
He wanted to avoid those things.
"I'll see you around, my friend."

Well, of course there would be some sort of access to the roof. It hadn't really occurred to him, for some reason. But then, his mind was still mostly elsewhere.
"Okay." He nodded to Tony. If he suspected the reasons that had brought the older man to chose the stairs rather than high acrobatics, he showed none of it.
"You stay out of trouble, won't you ?" The blonde couldn't help but tease a bit, and then jumped, landing on the railing and balancing himself there for a few seconds before jumping off to the next roof.

Tony laughed. He supposed he could no more promise to stay out of trouble as Themis could, but he nodded and flashed a grin.
"Of course. I'm always careful."
He watched Themis jump, looking over the edge just to make sure he landed safely. He couldn't help but worry: it was like watching a relative leaping off a roof. Except this 'relative' shared no blood ties and was super powered and could obviously land it. He sighed in relief, despite just arguing that fact in his head, then moved to the door back into the library, reaching for his keys.
Which weren't on him.
"Oh dear."
