She had never said it to Anayah, but one of her other nightmares, one that she always lied about whenever she had it, was that Anayah blamed her. "If it must be combined, it lacks practicality, at least in my opinion. It can't stand alone very well and it was utterly useless when I could have used almost anything," Sonya said. She loved her sister and knew she could always rely on Anayah, but sometimes she wished she did not have to. Having to try and deal with Sonya was probably a burden for her sister. "Mum, do you ever go back to feeling comforting in your own skin again?" Sonya asked. She had not felt totally comfortable in her body since she and Anayah had been taken. Despite what she had said earlier, it was nice to be able to talk to her mother about what had happened.
