A startled Pessaro jumped and glanced behind him. Hello Shayde. What brings you to the common room? He thought as he tried to calm his nerves.

"I heard voices and decided to pay everyone a visit." Shayde answered, "Phoenix seems to be in the training base and I wanted to have a rest so I went to one of the balconies." His tongue lolled out and he grinned at Pessaro's reaction, "Did I startle you?"

"Whatever you say." Shayde said, then walked over to the fireplace and laid down, relishing in the warmth on his body. He placed his head on his paws and heaved out a contented sigh. The wolf's tail was curled around his side and he closed his eyes.

Greg smiled and sat on one of the many couches in the common room. "Well, it looks like Pessaro is busy at the moment, so we can do whatever." he replied to Yume.

Greg scanned around the room for something to do, anything that he could use to entertain Yume. "Uhh...Well, I'm really never in here so I really have no idea whats in this room" he admitted, rubbing the back of his neck.

Yume laughed. "How about a card game?" she asked as she produced a deck of cards. "Which ones do you know?" she asked as she began to shuffle the deck.

Greg smiled and watched as the cards folded into each other. Reds over black, black over red, the many cards coming back into a single deck. "I can play pretty much anything." he said with a grin.

"That's rather impressive." Yume commented. "I only know a few games myself. I can tell fortunes with cards pretty well though."she thought for a moment, before speaking again. "Do you know how to play Rummy?"

Greg frowned and looked blankly at the cards. "Uhh.....not exactly." he said trying not to smile. "You said you can read fortunes with cards, wanna do that?" he asked curious at the skill.

"Um, okay." Yume said, nervously shuffling the cards again. "What fortune do you want read? I can do daily luck, love fortunes, general fortunes, fortunes about others..." she trailed off, waiting for an answer.

Greg thought about the choices carefully....Daily luck? General?....love?....He closed his eyes and thought momentairily before opening his eyes. "Love fortune." he said quietly.
