What is Cheating anyhow? I personally define it as "Sneaking around behind your partners back to have a sexual relationship." I NEVER Cheat. I talk to my partner about any and all things first, we both agree that cybering is not cheating, it simply allows us to explore other aspects of our sexuality... sometimes we get idea to take to our own bed. We never let it get to the pointr where the other one feels left out.
If there is onpenness and honesty then thingfs are good.

SexxyGoddess It's not cheating, because it's not actual sex If I caught my fiance kissing someone else (in a romantic way, not kissing his parents or anything) to be cheating on me even though it doesn't involve "sex." I would consider him just arranging a romantic time with another person to be cheating on me, even if it was just dinner and a movie. The key there is "romantic." If it's between friends, no problems. But as soon as the intention changes, I consider it cheating regardless of what actually happens. So, what constitutes "cheating" varies from person to person. It's good to discuss these things with your significant other before you go and cyber with someone because he/she may be deeply offended even if you don't see anything wrong with it.

I did it with my boyfriend and don't feel ashamed to say that or anything. It's just a way of showing my love towards him, because we live far apart, hopefully that will change soon. =(

Eh. I've done it, it was interesting for a while, now it's not.
It's not any more or less wrong than masturbating, though I would consider it cheating since you're emotionally investing your relationship with someone who isn't your SO. Unless it's with your SO. That's all cool wink

Kukushka I believe there is already a thread discussing this. Ah well... anyways... Yes, I have. Many times, actually. I wouldn't do it again because I don't need to anymore. I lived very far away from my significant other and cybering was our way of feeling physically close to each other. Now, we live together, so that's not an issue anymore. I don't regret it. It was a part of our relationship, just like phone sex and any other kind of sex. I really don't see anything wrong with it. I like your post because its basically my EXACT story on the matter aswell. I have cybered because it was part of my relationship, but now I don't need it. As for kaoriknight's question, I have some experience in the morallity of it aswell. Chances are if your cybering and you have a long distance relationship with your bf, your not at a very serious stage of your relationship with him. Not to say he won't become your significant other, because my fiance and I delt with the same thing when we were first going out online. Although if your worried about the dishonesty, the best thing for you to do is tell him. If he has a problem with it, it's probably not a good idea. Try to talk about it with him.

I've never cybered.
I've had a few chances to though. Mostly Pms or IMs from random n00bs. D: I just couldn't do it with someone who I didn't know.
I'm not sure if I would ever want to or not. If I had a bf then I wouldn't because I would consider it cheating. If there was someone who lived far away but I really loved, mabie I would give it a try.
