"Come along." She whispered to her animals deciding to leave the elf alone while he slept. Kiara walked to the side of the waterfall and climbed, her hands and feet easily finding the crevices of her well worn path. Half way up she slid to the left and entered a cave, her cave.

Rex woke up later and saw that it was around midnight,Rex picked Fang up and carried him in his arms while he wandered the forest looking for a tall enough tree to go back to sleep in

 Kiara emerged a few hours later and saw it was already dark out. She descended the rocks carefully then walked to the lake to wash off the paint that covered her arms and face. When she turned around Kiara saw the group of animals had grown and chuckled to herself. She felt the familiar tingle on her skin as the change began. Kiara stood and stretched her limbs, not knowing when she had sunk to all fours, her fur was black with some silver mixed in. She howled once then began to run with the animals that had come and others who had heard her call. Kiara always went for a run before she slept though not always with the animals.

Siphon wander the forest cold and wishing he could go back home to Atlantis.His glyphs all over him were still glowing from him riding Leviathan.He hoped no one saw him while they were present.Siphon simply just looked around while he walked some what amazed at the surface world

 "This forest seems like it goes on forever - why did I end up here?" Dakota Apeixae groaned as she fell onto her knees. Days had gone by since she had seen any signs of civilization and by now she had given up practically all hope. This wasn't fun at all. Eventually she decided that the best thing to do was to sleep and that would be all to easy now that she was exhausted and had little or no energy left. Trying as best as she could, Dakota dragged herself over to the nearest tree and slumped up against it. Her eyelids began to droop and she began to feel her mind ease away.

It did not matter which forest, as long as it was any forest, Nicholas would always fly over it to view it from above. Often times, the forest provides him with much entertainment as well as concealment in case his tricks needed that. There were a few animals that ran around on the ground below, but he had yet to see a person, or at least, someone that looked like a person. "I don't even know where I've flown to," he scratched his head. "I guess taking a shortcut wasn't such a bright idea. Tsk. And I was so hoping I would find something interesting before heading home." Nicholas slightly pouted. As he was about to turn around and fly away, Nicholas stopped in the air, noticing someone dazing off below the trees. This could not be left unattended to. His eyes gleamed playfully as Nicholas quietly swooped down near a bush of flowers. He floated over to the girl with black hair and gently tried to balance the flower on her head.

Dakota was just drifting off nicely when all of a sudden it was disturbed. In a semi-concious state she opened her right eye and gazed blankly at what seemed to be a floating person. Now I've gotta be dreaming, she thought to herself. This was her first encounter with others from the Underground, and was very unaware of their capabilities. "What're you... doing?" Dakota mumbled fairly quietly. She had still not managed to determine whether she was dreaming or not, but by this time her other eye had opened and now she had full view of the person before her.

Noticing the girl waking up, Nicholas let go of the flower allowing it to stay on her head. He grinned and ended up laughing as he floated backwards. "Nothing. Nothing at all," he innocently glanced his gaze upward with his hand behind his head in a laid-back position. Nicholas' eyes glanced back at the girl, staring at the flower on her head wondering when she would notice it, or if she noticed it at all. She had seem fairly tired, so it would be especially humorous if the flower stayed on her head for a while before it either fell off or she managed to find it there.

"What's so funny... And what are you staring at?" Dakota questioned, and at which point she tilted her head and down came the flower. It landed on the ground silently and for a while Dakota merely looked sleepily at it. She then turned back to look at the seemingly relaxed person. "Oh I see, having a little laugh, are we? Well, good on you." Using both hands, Dakota then checked her hair to ensure that nothing else was in it that shouldn't have been. Fortunately, she found nothing else.

Nicholas gave another laugh as he watched her search her head in case there was anything else. He decided to sit down as his body landed with a plop on the ground in a sitting position, his hair flying up a bit from the impact. "Know what I'm staring at now, don't ya?" he grinned and let out another laugh. "A laugh makes my world go round. No harm done, was it?"

Dakota let her arms slip back down to her sides and shook her head. "No, I guess not." she replied in a sense which almost seemed approving. "Now then, who might you be and how on earth can you... float... in mid air?"

"Me?" Nicholas jumped back into the air and pointed at himself proudly and confidently. "Nicholas. Nicholas Fraus," he grinned. He laughed at her question and concluded she must have been new to other races. This girl was either a human, or just merely someone who has never seen a fairy. Well, why not make her first encounter "special"? Nicholas' brown eyes slightly lit up as his playful mind began to go down the list of amusing things to do with someone who has met a mischievous fairy, such as himself, for the first time. "I would also love to know your name, my fair lady," Nicholas took an informal bow that was neither graceful nor sloppy before his head lifted with a grin. "How can I fly? Hmm," he did a somersault in the air before floating leisurely once again. "Happy thoughts! I can show you," he replied to her second question.

"My name is Dakota Apiexae, and I know that probably seemed a little silly of me to ask." Dakota said truthfully, which was a rarity. It had been a very long time since she had been in contact with another being, let alone someone like Nicholas who could float and so she guessed that it was best to be a a little truthful, if only a little. As far as she knew, Nicholas could've zapped her into a million pieces if she said something out of place. But, as she watched him somersault in the air she could do nothing but marvel at his ability. "Well, that's just, well there's no other word for it. Cool."
