As Sara spoke, the mad, wild grin on Sakn's face only seemed to grow, cracking and spreading in an act of madness. And why shouldn't he smile? Hyun was near laughing at the pathetic creature before her, tied to morality and weak. She spoke brave words, even if they were all lies; lies fed to her by the Legion dogs to she worked with, lies she tried to convince others with. Hyun would not be convinced. No, she listened to the foolish girl speak her lies, quickly denying them(while Sakn wanted nothing more then to believe Sara, to believe that there were people out there on both sides who were looking for peace, not war). No Legionnaire worked for the people, they all worked for their Emperor; their master. A man no one even saw anymore, someone hiding behind walls and commanding his puppets from there.
And when Sara came at him, Hyun laughed; her voice breaking as she screeched in mad joy, excited for blood and believing herself already victorious. She spread his arms, taunting her to come at him, offering her a free shot, thinking she could win. But she wasn't aware of the weakening control, the dullness in her hosts body, the fading black around Sakngea's sight. And she was most definitely not aware of the power Sara possessed; the iron will she had. So when her palm connected with the redheads chest, his face suddenly twisted into a menagerie of emotions: pain, shock, denial, fear, loathing. Realization.
The scream that tore from his throat then was neither Hyuns nor Sakn's, but a mixture of both; a scream that was caused by white hot pain that flooded his veins. But again, like the sword, Sakn eagerly embraced this pain, before concentrating on his own energies; helping Sara to push the spirit out of him. It was like losing a part of himself, like having a limb removed. He grit his teeth and bit his tongue(he could taste blood in his mouth), but didn't resist the pain. It was good, it was righteous pain.
And one moment, Hyun was screaming in his mind, tearing him apart as she tried to cling to his essence, and then the next moment: nothing. The redhead gasped as the sudden emptiness hit him like a brick wall, his legs crumpling beneath him now that Hyun Chun was not forcing him to stand. His knees cracked against the hardened earth, and he looked up at Sara...looked up at her and managed a weak, exhausted smile. A silent thank you, before he folded to the ground, his body laying awkwardly against the cool earth, his blood warm against his stomach; the pain dulled and his mind hazy.
But at least he was free. At least he wasn't a monster anymore.
Even if he died, at least no one else would have to. What a strangely reassuring thought...it left the boy feeling a peace; calm and accepting, with his face pressed into the soft grass, just enjoying the moment that was all his...freedom never felt so wonderful.

Sara panted as she stood there, bruised, cut and exhausted. She stepped back as her own stance crumbled making her frail frame flop to the ground, however when she did she was stopped by a warm fluff. Her pale eyes went to the side to see Nori sat next to her, his own yellow eyes looking at her concerned. She rested her head against his fluffy frame, she was safe. She was with him. "Nori.. lets go home."
She mumbled forcing herself back up, her hand resting against the large wolf as she walked, using him as a crutch. She looked back at Sakn's body and knew there was nothing she could do. She did not even have the strength to try and heal him again. In her mind she had killed him and even though she did not have the energy to contemplate over it at the time, the realization would hit her in the morning.
Nori was by her side wondering with her threw the trees. Maybe... she was not to defenceless after all.
