Kid walked through the doors after spending a nice 5 minutes gazing at the perfection of the complete symmetry. His eyes deceived him though right when he opened his arms out for a loving greeting to all the new meisters and weapons. He was also here to search for a weapon, a temporary one at least. He groaned as he remembered his father's conversation
Shingami-sama : Kid! It's about time you start your lessons and training again!
Kid : Liz and Patty are away, I won't do my lessons without them!
Shingami-sama : Well, then get a temporary weapon just to practice with for now! Stretch your soul out and connect with others!
Kid : But--
Shingami-sama : No buts! And Liz and Patty agree as well!
Bewildered, Kid looked at his father.
Kid : You contacted them?!
Shingami-sama points at his phone and gave Kid a thumbs up as Liz's voice came on.
Liz : Yeah Kid, we'll be fine. Go find a temp and when we come back we'll do more training!
Kid rolled his eyes at the flashback then looked around the room. It was absolutely grotesque. He saw one girl's raven hair in a side ponytail. He quickly ran over and began adjusting it, so it flowed smoothly on her back. "You, my dear, should never defy symmetrical laws!" he quickly exclaimed. The majority of the attendees weren't symmetrical at all, it was like staring at Crona for more than a minute. Absolutely horrid. Kid's nose began to bleed as he lost consciousness. The last thought that ran through his mind was, How am I ever going to find a partner in this mess?

Vertsu noticed Kid collapsed on the floor and started laughing, he then looked around for a weapon hoping there was still some without meisters

Akihime closed her book and slammed in down beside her. She began to twiddle her thumbs , feeling stupid. "It's the same every year...I just sit here and do nothing. It's time to get out there and get some attention or I'll be without a meister again for the entire year."She sighed and stood up , walking to a corner , observing the students that already arrived.

Vertsu walks over to a girl who just closed her book he looks at her name tag it said Akihime. He asks her " Do you have a meister"
