Yup. You can dual-weild AND at the same time use spells and weaponry, kinda like in Bioshock 2.
It's in a recent Game informer.

So, this trailer was just amazing. The announcement trailer left me speechless, but this. No words can describe it. I am really excited for the dual wielding. I havn't been as up to date with everything for it as I should be, but im praying for spears to come back. Was my favorite weapon in Morrowind and I found myself wanting one all the time in Oblivion

Does anyone have the link to the music they used in the trailer? Right when they said "Dragon-Born!" He shouts something that sounded awesome, which went straight into that awesome nordic music.

Don't know if there is a link out there yet or not. However I downloaded the trailer from the direct download link that Beth posted on Twitter. Once I did that I went to Windows Movie Maker and upload the trailer into the editor. Instead of placing the video into the video time line I dropped it into the audio one. Let it play until about 1:07 right when he says Dragon Born! and then click split. Then just save the remaining audio clip and ta da. Only problem is with Windows Movie Maker, I couldn't figure out a way to save it as MP3 so I had to go with WMA.
*Edit* I you want I can email you the file, just PM me your email address and I'll send it.
