eek Wow, that is so weird! I can't believe that it happened at a SEARS! Did you call the 1-800 customer service number and complain? I know that there is one of those because, believe it or not, I actually worked in the Sears in our local mall! lol I was actually hired on as a photographer in their portrait studio. I actually have 4 tattoos, 2 facial piercings and dreadlocks, believe it or not. At work, I had to take out the piercings and keep my hair back, but they actually hired me knowing that I look this way.

it;s a pretty small place, no I didn't call the 1-800# I've seen people working there with multi colored hair and stuff, I'm guessing it was just the lady and I should have called but oh well to late now lol
