Makoto smiled to Arikku.
"Yes I'm very excited I am almost shaking, to be honest."
Makoto giggled at herself showing Arikku her slightly shaking hand.

Tora smiled at her students and fellow geisha. She was glad to see they were comfortable. "Just a few more minutes...," she thought.

Arikku smiled and laughed. "I can't wait either. But, I'm not quite shaking." she said and giggled agian. She looked around the room and smiled agian. She couldn't wait.

"Well, it looks as if everyone is accounted for," Tora said, "so we'll begin!" she added with a clap of her hands. She stood and moved infront of her cavas so her students could see her. "Okay, first act of duty is for us to become familiar with each other. For you to become familiar with me. Okay, some, anyone, stand and tell me about youself. Name, age, where you came from, and anything else you'd like us to know." She stood with her hands folded and waited. Smiling.

"Hello im Satoharu im 18 and i came from a small village just west of here"

Taiyoko rose slowly and cleared her throat.
"I'm Megami Taiyoko. I'm 16 and I live quite a ways away from here. Dozo Yoroshiku." She bowed deeply.

Makoto rose and bowed her head.
"I am Kofuhara Makoto of the Hinohasu Okiya, I am 16 years old I came from a very small village very far away from here."
She bowed her head again.

"Makoto-san is only 16?!"
She couldn't believe that the serene geisha was her age.

Arikku stood next. "I am Fukashima Arikku and I'm 14 years old, but I will be turning 15 in may. I'm from France. But I lived in Tokyo before I came here." she smiled and sat back down.

Kikaru had slipped into the class and taken her spot during the introductions. She bowed to the sensei. "I appologize for being late. My name is Kikaru, I am 16 years old. I grew up not far from here."

Taiyoko's jaw hit the floor again
"Momoko's a geisha too! But she's only 11!?"
She grimaced. She felt old to be a maiko, Makoto was her age and already a geisha and Momoko, 5 years her junior had just become a geisha
"I don't know if I can do this" she mumbled to herself.
