Fantastic. Now they were getting yelled at again. Was there always someone with an angry, booming voice at these things? It sure felt like it. Not that Ganymede had been in very many battles. Truth be told, this was only his second one. He should probably do the responsible thing and actually see to his duties or something, maybe go out and find some bad guys at night, but honestly… no one had ever really said anything to make him want to.
Of course, he didn’t want to be here right now either, but he hadn’t appreciated some of the treatment he’d received the last time, and he wasn’t the sort to let go of a grudge. Getting attacked by a crazy b***h with a curling iron, then kicked in the head, then slapped in the face wasn’t something he was especially proud of. He probably seemed like a wuss to these people, pathetic and weak and easy prey. Well… he’d show them. As soon as he could find them. Or he’d find somewhere to hide. Maybe sneaking up on them would be better than charging right in.

Like most dreams, Europa couldn't properly describe how this one began. It was with a blast of dry heat to the face? A burst of steam? The moment her toes touched down on the craggy volcanic rock? She didn't know. But she felt the tension in the air and spied the amassing armies in the valley and her breath was sucked right out of her lungs.
"Trust me," she muttered, hearing the leopard man's challenge. "I would if I could."
But dreams didn't end until you woke up, and once in Elysion, you tended to be there until morning. Lucidity didn't matter. You could never shake yourself awake. The blue-frilled senshi of the deep paced the ridge, trying to get a sense of the land, but the heat made coherent thought sizzle.
The nearest other senshi was a figure in red and back, frills and lace. Europa hopped over. "Anyone make a move yet?" she asked, coming to a stop a few yards distant. She tried to size the other scout up as unobtrusively as possible, puzzling over gender - boy, or girl?
It took her a moment to decide it was definitely a boy. But when you were friends with Pyxis and Foramen, you didn't give androgyny a second thought. "I'm Sailor Europa of the deep," she said.

Sleep didn't come easy to someone like Tate, who always had things to do and places to be; she was lucky on the night she got four hours. Eight would have been bliss, Heaven after two months of Hell. She'd gone to bed early in the hopes of waking up and not having to consume three cups of coffee to hold her eyes open through Comparative World Cultures the next day.
It apparently hadn't worked, because she was in fact feeling very awake and surrounded by lava. A quick scan yielded very few people she knew--Zinkenite, that a*****e, and Tony Darrow from the library, whom she'd never talked to but since she practically lived there she could recognize on sight. Then the dark eyes scanned over a familiar head of dark hair and her heart leapt into her throat. Wolframite. It'd been so long--
No. She squashed that feeling ruthlessly. He wasn't at all as good as he'd insisted he was, she'd seen him on the damned television. It'd be best if she could just ignore Zinkenite and Wolframite, and try to figure out what was going on.
Get out now, a voice came, and Tate turned to look for it, spotting an angry-looking... being? This was not a good place for a civilian to be. It just wasn't. Then she spotted, off to her left, a very familiar looking senshi. From that weird dream? ... Better than Zinkenite, who was an a*****e, or Wolframite, who was also an a*****e. Trying to be a little sneaky, she drifted closer to the teal-haired senshi. What the ******** was even happening here?

Why was it that volcanoes smelled so horrible? He knew it was the sulfur, but it knowing what was making him almost nauseous didn’t really help.
The foreign Captain glanced at his comrades around him, eyeing a couple of the Captains that had joined in the battle from the last time, running through his head when he had seen them before, what their names were, and wondering why the hell did the Captains of Destiny City have to be so damn short?? Not that they probably cared, seeing as they were already up in rank, but jeez.
Oh, wait. One of them was wearing heels. Wolframite, right? That made him a little taller. He just wouldn’t comment on the bows. It wasn’t as though any of them could really choose what they got as a uniform. At least he got a good color palette.
The voice brought his attention and gaze upward, a frown appearing on his face as the apparent Guardian made his appearance. At least it wasn't as pathetic looking as the last one. Not that it mattered. The Negaverse would win this battle, either way.
“Oh yeah?” he replied with a gruff snort, his near perfect English lined with a Dutch accent. They wiped the field of the last Guardian, literally… so he was curious to see what this one would do.

Maia frowned deeply seeing Tony and then spotting Azzo. Her mind reeled at the newest situation. Why were civilians here? They had never been there before and how could they even get here. Had the information on how to come been a bit to far reaching. She breathed deeply, inhaling the thick air and nearly chocking on it. She was so hot and it seemed this battle was going to be troubling.
She spotted Zirconia and was nearly certain she spotted her as well, and so Maia thought it might be best to try to find the rest of her team, or even Regulus or Themis, though she doubted either would be there. We're their injuries healed. She wasn't sure.
Her eyes scanned the growing? crowd and was nearly startled out of her skin as the leopard gave his loud booming warning the same one they kept hearing. They weren't suppose to be here, but there was no helping it and she wanted to keep the negaverse from laying claim to this beautiful world of dream.
Sighing she shook her head and jumped over a running trendil of lava moving about searching for a familiar face.

There was a familiar face in this realm with her icy blue eyes standing out like the light on a sunny winter day. In fact, she stood out in general in this place. Her soft blues piecing against the darkening ground as her bunny slippers shuffling against as she moved closer to the summit the senshi looked down and then around. Was this a mountain? It wasn't like the other areas she had traveled to previously. It was darker, but the small senshi had an interest in it. It wasn't anything like she had seen before and she wanted to know just what it was. Plus, the higher up she got the more she'd be able to see.
As she had gotten closer to the top, the small child stopped when a booming noise echoed through her mind. It was like the time she had heard Mister Birdy's cries before but... it wasn't him. The voice was familiar though, but a voice without a face. The child could only wonder why she was being told to leave when all she wanted to do was find and make sure her friends were okay.
"Mister Birdy...? Big Kitty...?" She called out meekly with a small hope that she might be able to find them, to confirm in more than her heart that they were indeed okay.
She didn't see them though, and fell back on snugging the bunny plush in her arms. He didn't seem to see them either. There were a lot of people appearing though which made the child anxious. Every time she came here and seen a lot of people... no good came from it. Just pain, so much pain for everyone. She hoped it didn't happen this time.

Ganymede was somewhat startled when one of his side actually approached him and talked to him. He hadn't had much interaction with any of them so far, so he'd done his own thing -- nothing, really -- and kept himself out of their way. He looked the girl over, doing his best to memorize face, outfit, and name. He figured it'd probably be a good thing to remember those sorts of things now.
"Not that I've seen," he said in answer to her question, not sure what else he was supposed to say. He didn't exactly know anybody, thus he never had much information. It was all so new and puzzling and very, very frustrating.
"Ganymede," he responded to her introduction, but beyond that he didn't know what to do. Should he hold out his hand for a shake? That seemed kind of lame, and it wasn't something he normally did anyway. "Of... lust," he finished. Weird power, and annoyingly fitting, he had to admit. He wished he had something else to say, but his communication skills didn't seem to be all that great while he was in uniform. It didn't help that he felt so out of place.

Zinkenite's eyes widened for a moment and then narrowed as he assessed the information presented, it was not good information, it was 'oh by the way your about to die' kind of information if you weren't careful with it. But how the hell did you get careful with a flaming leopard-shifter whom apparently lived in a VOLCANO. Christ... why could you not -dream- s**t up in a dream world, that would be so much preferable, he could dream up a tank that spat out ... flame retardant foam. Then again if they could dream things up so could the damned Senshi, he'd seen Lyra's world, that alone gave him far too much a taste for what they would dream up under the thin mask of 'peace' and 'love' with a side of 'hope', could they have chosen more treacherous words for their cause? Peace like they wanted would be common will rooted out by their queen if they could find her, love? Pure nonsense...all it ever EVER lead to was being hurt, he knew...god he knew and it left its hooks in you so part of you wanted that hurt again, and again and again...
And then Hope... could there be a more treacherous feeling in the world, hope that dragged you across ground glass believing there might be a chance only to dash you on the stones. No...he didn't need those things, he needed control..he needed power. He'd have them...
He glanced and nodded at wolfram, frowned to see...Tate, and offered a smile to Fayalite and to Alkaid, already things were looking up.

Gigi stirred and lifted her head from her arms at the welcome feeling of warm steam against her cheek. Hands half-numb from the awkward way she'd been lying on them, she reached groggily for the mug that she knew had to be there. Thank goodness for mothers, she thought, bringing her coffee when she was too wrecked to do it herself. She could definitely use some, it was so hard to get a good night's rest lately. Especially when she forgot to actually go to bed. She took a deep breath, ready to let the coffee's aroma wake her further, and choked on the unexpected sulphurous tang of the steam jet.
She sat up quickly, coughing, and tried to look around. She'd been working on geography homework when she fell asleep, but she was pretty sure there hadn't been any volcanoes in it. She staggered to her feet, watching the ominous armies closing in on each other. ...She was still asleep, duh. For all the sights (and smells) seemed bright and real, this could only be a dream. She didn't have them often. Bemused, she began to pick her way across the rocks to where the action was, hoping for a better view.

EVENT! It's time to pick a square! Assume that your character, once you pick that square, starts out in that general area of the battlefield. Also, I like colors. c: I will randomize a square in two hours so make sure to get your picks in before then! Make sure that in the post with your pick it is in bold font or you will not be counted! No. This is not elimination. So pick!

Square 9 sounds fine
"Alkaid!" he called "Would you follow me please?" He called moving his way forward to take up a sort of 'tower' position on the field, it wasn't the best annalogy perhaps, it wasn't like the whole world exited in grids but it helped him to try and envision where people were and where they were moving to.
"I have your back... alright?" He added more quietly to assure her. She'd done very well last time he thought, he had no reason to believe this time would be any different, but all the same.

((Square 9!))
Alkaid stepped onto the battlegrounds, for surely that was what they would become in a matter of minutes, and surveyed her surroundings. Negaverse and Senshi alike were appearing one right after the other and somewhere, atop a smoldering volcano, was a figure she barely recognized and had no intention of heeding regardless. Instead, she picked out a shorter figure she recognized well and, in place of the missing General she had been so faithfully following in the last weeks, she decided to follow him.
"Any idea what's in store here yet?" She asked of the shorter Captain as she came up to his side, her voice calm. She was unaffected by her surroundings or the oncoming battle. In fact, the look of determination on her face simply said that she was ready to prove herself and she was willing to go to any length to do so. Without Tanzanite there to steer her loyalty, she was relying on the only other leader she had come to know. If she was willing to go to such great lengths to protect Zink once then she would do so again.
"I trust you," she said back quietly though her eyes remained on their surroundings, scouting. There was a tiny hint of a smile turning up the corner of her lips, however, hinting at the small comfort she took in his words.

Tony heard increasing commotion as people found each other and took in the strange realm. He also heard yelling that made him shudder and wish that he could, in fact, leave now, though he didn't think telling the very obviously angry being that he would do so if he could would do any good. There were senshi and...not so senshi here, as well as other humans like himself. He couldn't help but notice that all the pajama clad non-fighters were the ones looking the most confused and uncomfortable.
Which wasn't unforgivable, considering.
He continued to stand where he was, realizing that the strange feeling of heat on his skin stemmed from the fact that there was quite a lot of skin exposed to the heat. Eeping, he curled into himself, wishing now that he had learned his lesson the last time he had gotten an unexpected guest at his apartment and they had caught him in his boxers. He needed to invest in actual pajamas, really. Maybe after all this was over he would be motivated enough to go shopping.
At least he had his slippers on.
Looking around, he recognized a few senshi from being saved by them (and people he didn't know he knew), a few negaversers from seeing them in action before, and a few civilians like himself from his less than normal life at the library. He felt bad for the lattermost, hoping they would be safe, wanting to protect them if he could. That went for the formermost, as well, though he wasn't sure he could do anything for them, as ever, despite how much he wanted to.

It's a Square-fiving we shall go!
Europa's eyes lit up in recognition at the name Ganymede. It was him! The glamorous senshi she'd seen in her memories! Except, not really him, because that was in the past, but- "It's good to finally meet another moon of Jupiter," she said, smiling awkwardly. She couldn't help but wonder if she ever showed up in his memories like he did in hers.
A crunching of gravel behind her made the teal-haired scout turn around suddenly and bring a hand up, ready to launch an attack, but the sight of Tate Konstantin made her stop. The girl was a civilian, and a familiar one at that. Her powers would have no effect.
"Hi, Tate," she said, relaxing. "Look's like the gang's all here?"
At least she didn't have ink on her face and a broken hand this time around.
"Maybe we should see if we can get a handle on what's going on?" she asked, pointing towards the center of the battlefield. "Can't ever be too prepared, you know?" she added, starting to walk.

Merlin was as unused to being a senshi as he was to construction building. If someone asked him how to screw a nail into a wall, he'd be absolutely clueless how to manage it. Ever since being awakened, he had fallen into the trap of hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. He wasn't a senshi! He couldn't harm a fly. He was Yahya Grant, he worked at an animal rescue center, went to school diligently, and overall was your nice guy.
It was hard to reside in the land of De'nial when you found yourself in a volcanic dream-world dressed in diamond-patterned tights and donning a purple cloak. He stared in dismay at his gloved hands, yellow eyes moving to examine the purple sleeves, then down his torso to his purple boots. This was... embarrassing. He folded his arms over his chest self-consciously, glancing around him to the people nearby. He was vaguely aware of what was going on, but for the most part he had tried to ignore it.
There was fighting, it was time to save the world, apparently he needed to fight for this place too. But, the truth was that he did not want to do any of that if it meant laying a harmful hand on another person. It had plagued him to even hurt a youma, and while his sense of good-will usually won over his reluctance to hurt something... it was still difficult. He'd do what he could to protect his friends and people who weren't, but he didn't like it. It was why Yahya powered up rarely. This was not his fight, it couldn't be!
The Senshi of Magic Tricks stood in zone 7, looking absolutely uncertain of himself.
