((The stems are taking on the shape of a cage. No, it does not say anywhere that you can control flowers until you reach shikai. You were not yet in shikai when you manipulated the stems.))

Restricted Evidence ((Changing it to stems does not change anything. That is not in your profile either. It does not say anything about controlling any type of material until you reach shikai. And even then it does not say anything about being able to manipulate objects to take the form of another object.)) ((Can you call a mercy rule because honestly to me it looks like i'M going to win. Kasumi is able to Move quicker and more freely he also able to control flowers and use them as weapons. Your probably gonna say I should have put that but it's kind of like how some shinigami's attacks are based on elements and they can also control them
