Alright, so:
-- Thread in guild for artists who want to join in on the 10x10x10 contest
-- First come, first serve.
-- Make a thread in Freebies for the whole event.
-- The 10 artists will choose 10 avatars from the gaians posting in the contest thread to draw within the 10 day time limit.
-- If they complete their goal they will be awarded their 10k
-- If the contestant does not fulfill the 10 avatar goal they will not be awarded the 10k prize. (would we give them some sort of smaller prize based on how far they managed to complete the challenge?)
-- there may be an optional mini event for artists from this guild who were not chosen to be one of the official contestants. In this mini event, the first non contestant artist from the guild to reach 10 freebies wins a prize as well.

-- How will the thread be set up? : I'm thinking me or Kiyo makes the intro post and some posts explaining the guild and the event. Under that, each contestant will make a post as well. It can include a little blurb about them and a sample or two, maybe even some gaia commission info or a link to a gallery website. That could be where the artists drops off finished work as well if they cannot PM or do not want to send out PMs.
-- Banners: We can hold a mini contest for designing the banner as well.
2 categories? Animated banners and non animated banners?
How's that sound to everyone?
