Amanda was shocked, to say the least, when her roommate turned herself into a ferret and scampered under her bed. "Wow, so I guess that's your power, huh? Kinda neat."
When she heard a knock on the door, she lifted up on her arm to look at the door just as a brunette girl came in. "Yeah, I dropped my shampoo bottle and it rolled under there. Amanda says it's stuck."
She jumped back a bit when the bed levitated a foot in the air, her eyes flashing back and forth a couple times from the bed to the new girl who was standing with her arms out and appeared to be concentrating very hard.
A minute later, a little monkey came crawling out from the bed with the shampoo bottle, then changed back into Deana before handing the bottle back to her. "That was really cool. Thanks Deana." She turned to the other girl. "And thank you too. If you are lost, you can borrow my map. I've pretty much got it memorized."

Kara smiled and let the bed settle back on the ground, taking a few deep breaths to help regain a bit of her strength. "You're welcome. And I'm not lost. I'm actually your next door neighbor. I heard you two over here and figured I'd come say hello while I had the time." She looked the two girls over. "I don't remember seeing you two here last year. You must be new. Welcome to Mutant High, as some of us call it. If there is anything that I can do to help you, please don't hesitate to ask. Name's Kara Gordon, by the way, and like I said, I'm in the room right next door."

Alright, Ela, Nep and I have agreed that since we are the only ones on here right now, that we're going to put it into hybernation. If anyone is interested in joining, just send me a PM with your profile, I'll add it and let the other two know and we'll be happy to start it up again.
