melt downs happen, and usually the easiest thing to memorize is the fight song.
yeah I was over tired, when this happened, but also I find it easier to memorize the music we have to march to for some reason. idk that's how i am.
yeah, sometimes. as an alum of my old hs marching band, i can say that the fastest way to memorize something is to play it over and over, first with music, then with out music, and if you think you missed a note or a part or a bad rythem, look at it, highlight it and focus on it. that goes for all guild members, new or old to marching band, it really works. thats how i memorized whole shows in three days flat
