"So you know, if you've noticed I'm no ordinary fallen angel. I'm more in touch with the heavens than most. Besides I'm also a spirit." He shrugs. "I'm just different it doesn't make me weak, I'm strong because I can control myself, if I was weak then I'd have those black wings, everyone knows so much about."

"Let's see then how well you can protect her then." Koji vanishes from the room.
Faith continued to stare at the flames that he left, "The darkness in him...it's beginning to devour him. I can not help but think it's partly my fault. I do not think this will be the last we see of him."

He laughs, "He dares call me weak when he's the one who leaves. Oh the irony." He stops laughing "Too bad we can't just be together and be left alone."

Faith could feel his pain through his lover's spirit, "No...he..hasn't. He's taken your word. He hasn't become weak."
She ran to the window, staring down at the courtyard, "He's going to fight. He's entrusted you to me. For you to stay here and protect me while he fights down there. Is this his way for asking our forgiveness?"

Faith nodded, "If they come here. I hope you can keep up with me."
Faith turned to him to give Dark a smug look. She was happy that he would be by her side.

"I love you too." She smiled and snuggled against him. "How can you fight? I've never seen you with weapons."
Faith sensed Koji's struggle, "I hope he'll be okay. I know he did send me on useless missions, but...he was there for me when I left the clan."

"You know that rose you have, remember how I made it? Well weapons will be like that too." He makes a long blue flame appear in his hand and it turns into a sword."See?" He makes it go away. "And Koji should be fine, I hope, out of what I've seen he's stubborn, so that'll help some."

Faith eyes went dark as she heard Koji's thoughts and narrowed, "Dark...an incubus is out there. The lord...he's gone crazed with blood lust."
The castle shook when Tsuki's blast hit it. Faith held her ground and stared down at the chaos.
"I should be down there helping Koji, but I know he wants me to stay here." Faith sighed.
