Trent Ulric

User Image

Trent shrugged casually keeping his hands concealed in his coat pockets. "Oh you know i come here sometimes to calm my nerves, its quite pleasant don't you think? he looked back at her smiling. It sickened him that he had to smile but he had enough practice by now to deal with it. Before he only could do a half smile and even then he wanted to puke. "I hope i'm not intruding on your music." he said polietly without moving from his spot. he didn't want to scare her off by coming into her space so quickly

Nina Willow
User Image

Nina began to pace a little faster down the sidewalk and smiled politely at people that passed by every so often. It didn’t seem as busy today she observed and in a way she was relieved because she didn’t want to walk into anyone from school. If she ran into someone she knew from school she would immedietly start to stutter are stare at them awkwardly in fear of saying something stupid. The fact that she worried so much about saying something wrong only increased her anxiety. “Get over yourself Nina.” She always would think but it never seemed to work. She passed through the park as a short cut and watched as kids started to leave reluctantly to go with their parents. She suddenly noticed a girl around her age swinging alone. “hm?” she’d never seen the girl before. She walked by unsure if she should say anything.

Little Lottie

Lottie gave a little wave to Nina, catching her staring. "Smart girl. Pretty too." She swang, somehow getting a boy to push her.

Nikki Smith

Nikki shook her head, loosing her smile slowely. Her mouth was starting to hurt. "I've listened to the same songs sence I was born. I'm not missing much." She looked back up at the sky with a smirk that stayed for only a few seconds. "What's your name?" She asked, stll looking at the sky.

Every act of will is an act of self-limitation. To desire action is to desire limitation.

As Suzuya bumped into the girl, almost as if by reflex, his smiling facade snapped into place. The worry and trouble melted off of his face. His arm hovered around her, as she teetered, just in case she needed help to regain her balance. He glanced to his back from the corner of his eye, checking for the mysterious Attollo, before turning his attention back to the girl. "I'm terribly sorry, I wasn't paying proper attention." He said, his voice was hushed. She looked up at him, before quickly looking back down at her feet. He saw her scarlet eyes. Colored contacts? Hmm, then again the energy she gave off was rather different from a regular human. No..it couldn't be.. He pushed the thought away from his head. The odds were next to none. But no matter, he didn't know how hungry exactly that other Attollo was, and he wasn't going to let her catch another victim so easily as long as he was around. "You know, if you were heading that way, they were doing some construction up ahead." He lied. "I just got turned away myself, but I know I backstreet we could take to get around it, if you'd like." He finished. As long as they kept a distance, they'd be alright, so bringing the girl on a little detour, could do as much as save her life.

In that sense, every act is an act of self-sacrifice. When you choose anything, you reject everything else.

I don't like humans... I hate them. They're pointless creatures.
I don't have any use for them except for their spirit energy.

The sound of two people talking bounced off the walls of the alley, echoing in her ears. Construction? Hah, what a terrible lie, and an easy opening for her to jump into the conversation. A grin broke out on the girl's face as she stepped out of the alley, hopping over a pile of garbage, and looking over at the two. She sensed that the male was an Attolo, and she sneered, the other had the energy of a human, with a bit of a stronger feel to her energy, but she brushed it off, finding her hunger not quite satisfied with the one human, "Excuse me, did you just say construction? Because I'm sure you've got the wrong street. That's down the block and to the left." she said in an overly sweet tone. Her cold green eyes seemed to melt with her hatred for pretending to be nice, and her face showed nothing but kindness and a gentle side that didn't exist inside her, "I'm sure that you confusing the streets is just an after effect from a tiresome walk, considering you do look a bit out of it and sleepy, what with those bags under you eyes." she said to the male Attolo, knowing that he must've been an older Attolo, but knew automatically that he wasn't as old as her. She took two long strides so she was closer to them, but still a good two arm's length away, "If you'd like, I could show you a safer way to go rather than these streets, considering the dangerous people that lurk around here at night." she added, a hunger crazed gleam seeped into her eyes, but she hid her now raging hunger as best she could until she had the chance to get the human girl alone.

Meiko watched as the smile washed away the tension on the man's face. Then she looked up at the other woman whose smile was just as fake as his. Pah! Construction? Is that the best excuse they can come up with? She regarded them coldly, though her red eyes flashed with an internal fire. "To the extent of my knowledge, there is no construction going on around here. Though I thank you for your concern." The sarcasm lacing her voice was obvious. She brushed past them both and continued on her way, turning onto a silent side street that was a shortcut to her home. She had learned to never, ever trust overly helpful strangers. If they came after her, then they'd get more of a fight that they'd be expecting. She fingered the switchblade in her pocket, something she carried out of habit. She glanced around. The street was empty and passed through part of the industrial section of the city. No homes. Damn. She should have taken the bus.

((Just wondering, can a human who's survived the Atox drug still make a contract with an Attollo?))

The smile fell from her face as the human walked away and gave a cold grin to the male, "Aww, you made the little girl run away. I wonder if she knows that it's not safe for girls to be wandering the streets at night alone, especially when they're human?" she giggled darkly as she turned away from the Attolo man, and twirling a lock of her long and eerie white colored hair around her dainty index finger, her green eyes narrowed as she slowly went after the girl, prepared to stopped her if she tried to run away or fight back. Stupid humans, can't they tell when they should and shouldn't be alone? Obviously not, as this female human seemed to not like company, which only made things more interesting on Clarissa's part.

Suzuya gave the woman Attollo an icy stare. He saw no reason to keep a pleasing facade for her, so why should the mask stay on? "Yes...Very tired." Though his face conveyed the hatred, his tone was still soft and friendly. There was always the fact of keeping the secret, any Attollo would be lucky to escape from the Bellicus even once, and there was no need of bloodshed. Human or Attollo. It's not as if they wanted to alert the human girl of their..difference to her either. He sighed inwardly. Keeping a hungry Attollo away from then was hard enough with their cooperation, but this girl seemed even more opposed to a helping hand, though he supposed that they both looked pretty awful in her eyes already. He watched the silvery hair woman follow the girl. He'd cover under the safety of the shadows far behind the two, it was obvious the girl didn't want them there. He didn't want to use his powers unless absolutely necessary, but if that other Attollo made a move, he might have to.

Sighing, Meiko decided that the soft, near silent footsteps behind her couldn't be ignored any more. She stopped and turned, narrowing her eyes when she saw the telltale white hair of the woman. Her grip around the blade in her pocket tightened. This couldn't be good. "What do you want from me?" She near snarled. This situation was becoming all too familiar, and it was making her edgy. She glanced around, searching for something that could provide cover. Nothing. Her eyes picked out another silhouette, farther down. She couldn't see him that well from this distance. Another one? This was so not good.

( really sorry for taking so long, things have been hectic)

"Doesn't it get kinda boring always listening to the same stuff?" he asked bluntly following her gaze to the sky. He ran his hand through his blue hair casually thinking about how he should answer her question. He finally walked over next to her and took his hands out of his pockets. he leaned his arms on the side of the roof with his hands entwined together as he stared straight ahead with glazed eyes. "My name is Trent...may i ask what is yours?" he spoke gently. He studied the streets below when his eyes flashed with reconigtion at woman walking down a side street. His stomach churned suddenly as the painful memory returned. he darted his gaze away quickly and looked at Nikki hoping she didn't notice anything odd about him.

"I'm Nikki. And not really. Music's getting crappier as time moves on. I think I'll stick with my classic rock." Nikki said, looking back at him. Her bangs moved slightly as she raised an eyebrow. "You alright? You look kinda ill."

((I was wondering if youd ever say anything back. lol. its ok ^^))

She let a wide grin spread across her face as she listened to the human's obvious irritation, "Ooo, touchy touchy. I see that humans these days are getting more and more jumpy, but I guess that's what makes it so fun catching them." she giggled quietly to herself, her strangely quiet and gentle voice bounced off the walls and didn't match her cold eyes at all. She folded her arms then tapped her chin with one of her fingers, "You see, it's not what I want from you, it's what I'm going to take from you, no 'if's' 'and's' or 'but's' about it." she added, and she brushed her hair over her shoulder, her small hand running though her thick locks. She glared back at the other Attollo as she noticed him out of the corner of her eye, "Can't catch a break with this one, can I?" she grumbled to herself then sighed, becoming bored, "Ah, now this all just got very boring. It's no fun when others can hear you cry in pain because then it makes you believe that there's hope for your survival and you fight back, only to be disappointed." she mumbled, then shrugged, and raised her hand, palm upward as she looked at the woman boredly, curling and uncurling her fingers to gesture for the woman to come at her, "Alright then, let's get this over with." she finished speaking, her bored eyes became ice cold with her hasty actions.

Ashley grabbed her coat as she left her apartment. She locked the door and left the building. It was breezy so she zipped up her coat and started walking. She realized in the past few weeks that maybe leaving home wasn't a good thing. At least she was always around people at home, here she was alone. She had no one. She was taking online courses so she didnt meet anyone while at "school". If you could even call it that. The truth was maybe she wasn't supposed to have something constant in her life. But she hated the feeling of moving around. She was becoming frustrated with her inner thoughts. She took out her earbuds and put them in. She cranked the volume and put her ipod back in her pocket. "At least I'm around people on walks..." She muttered.

Desiree Mayabella

I've taken the poison and lived...

Now I must discover the new me...

Desiree's eyes flashed open. A throbbing pain in her head made her groan and roll over. She looked around and realized that she was on the floor. What happened? Hazy memories came back to her and she remembered what had happened. That odd man, the strange drug, it all came back to her. She sat up slowly, wincing at the pain in her head. She was lucky to be alive. She had no idea what it could've done to her. She got up, holding onto her dresser for support. She stared in the mirror, looking for any changes. She felt different but didn't look different. Her hair had gotten lose from her earlier ponytail and hung gently down her face. Her light brown eyes didn't look any different either. A sigh of relief escaped her but something still nagged at her mind.
