She wished she could have said that was not Schee, but just from the description... "Thats him alright." She rolled her eyes, hate still evident in her tone. If there was one negaverser she wanted to kill.. it was him. ONLY him. He deserved it for what he had done to her. To everyone. That poor senshi...
Now that grabbed her attention. "You think he has one of the crystals?" She had never seen him with a crystal, but she had also not always fought with him. Did he hide it from her? If Ares thought he had it, she must have a good reason to believe so. "Mind i ask how you think? Sorry im curious..." She didnt want to pressure, but as a information gatherer... she found it hard to resist.
She chose not to pursue her thought about information from Zink.. she would need to try and gather information out of him before the BMC found him. She wanted to see if he had this crystal.. if he had any other information to give them. She wouldn't admit this, but something about killing him just seemed...wrong. Even when she beat the snot out of him... he didn't fight back. Though when he was after Chloe...he looked feral.
He was a mystery she planned on cracking.
Taking a sip from her cup, she looked up with an eyebrow quirk. "Tanzanite? I havent heard that name before... But if she is someone to pursue, i will help where i can. As for Schee and zink..." She did not know their exact connection but... "They seem close, really close. I have fought them multiple times together. Sometimes separated. One time Scheelite referred to Zinkenite and himself as Partners." That could mean they were comrades, or much more.
"Ares... Fallon, randomly. Uhm." She shuffled a little, kind of embarrassed. "I..." A sigh. "I have had... a few chances to kill them. Both of them." She admitted, looking away now. "I...find myself... well. I just dont think i can do it." She had never killed a negaverser before. Never. Not even in the great Elysion battle. She saw death. She assisted with death. But she enver finished it before. She still saw it as the ultimate form of violation. "I think... i need help." She needed a demonstration... or something.

Fallon tucked a piece of hair behind her ear. "At the Halloween Masque, I was near him at the end, right beside him. There were so many people furrowing through the cake, fighting, eating. And then... he darted away so quickly. All of a sudden. The others remained, all of us covered in cake -- even Negas -- and then suddenly Beryl was calling them off." It had been a bad day for Fallon. She wanted that crystal more than anything. "At first, I didn't think anything of it. And then later, when I was writing in my journal about all of my mistakes that night--" Yes, Fallon kept a journal of all her failures. "It hit me. He ran off suddenly. Why give up? Why throw in the towel? Why stop digging when no one else did?" She set the tea cup aside.
"I don't know if he has it. But he's the best suspect I have." Magenta eyes narrowed. "It's the only lead I've got." That was good enough for her. Besides, the White Moon database said as much -- others suspected him. In their encounters so far, Fallon had never seen it, or seen him use it. Perhaps he had to turn it over to Beryl? She had no idea. But she knew that the ninja might be the only key to ever finding out.
It was getting late. The time had come for them to head out on patrol. Fallon crossed the carpet towards Beth, taking her tea cup gently out of her hands without asking. Both got poured out in the sink. It seemed like Fallon's head was somewhere else, but she didn't say where.
She turned back to Beth, henshin pen in hand. "You will learn to be an instrument of death," she said coolly. "Don't hesitate to strike the killing blow -- not ever. Remember: a Nega would not be so merciful." Her features softened then, a quiet smile creeping across her lips. "We will get you there soon. I believe in you."
Fallon held her pen above her head. The demure seventeen year old transformed into her super powered alter-ego. "Time for patrol," she said, crossing to the mirror and extending a hand. Anyone who patrolled with Ares had to stomach her bizarre form of transportation when heading out to the assigned patrol area. She had done it before with Beth, transporting on other patrol nights, so there was no obligatory discussion on how it was going to feel, how she did it, etc.
Instead, Sailor Ares waited for her mentee to henshin up so that they could disappear through the mirror to battle evil, find great victory, and fill their youma-kill quotas.

"I was there too." She recalled back to the cake incident. That was a mad house... cake and fire and youma and hell even BERYL was there. There was some nasty s**t going down in that fight. "I...i saw him leave too, but i never thought... now that you mention it though. The aura of the crystal did go away once he left..." She would let that thought trail off, she would need to question the negaverser later. She wouldn't let it go.
Once her leader stood it was almost a silent order of the duo needing to go out and patrol. Chit chat time was over, Ares had the information she wanted... now it was time to defend the city. Pulling her own pen, white and pastel rainbows, out of her pocket she nodded towards her leader... hesitantly. "I will do what i can..." A agent of death? A instrument used to carry out the ultimate judgment... could she do it? Could Lyra really flat out kill someone in the name of the greater good? A nega would not show her the same mercy... pity was not in their vocab.
"I will do my best." She repeated, more for her own well being then for anything else before walking over to the mirror. The first time this had happened... she was scared, not used to travel this way. Since doing it a few times she was accustomed to it and not as nervous anymore.
Even though she still felt like making harry potter aparating refs anytime they did it. "Lets go kick some nega tush." She said henshining up a moment before they walked through the mirror and out into the night.
