Haikimaru recovered. Though it took a good deal of time for the feeling in his jewels to subside. He got back to his feet. "You also have some power. I will say that I thought this would be easy." He responded back. "Shall we finish this fight fox vs fox?" The boy asked letting the other pick to fight with their claws and teeth.

Maiara Kaneonuskatew
Maiara nodded curtly. "Let's." She answered simply, looking up at him. She stood back up, already feeling a bit sore from his tackle. She stretched her limbs a bit, easing the pain. They were aware that, unlike Wayra, Haikimaru was no normal fox. They had to be ready for any magic he tried, especially that fire ability. She could always enter the spirit world, but that was only last resort. Very risky. "Ready when you are."

The kitsune changed into his purple fox form. He then looked at his opponent before jumping at Maiara. He was going to tackle and pin her down. Putting his dominance forward so she knew if they ever fought each other again who would win.

Maiara Kaneonuskatew
The fox grinned toothily, even though she hit the ground. The other fox was larger than herself, but she wasn't about to be intimidated. In fact, she found his power attracting her a bit, which had caused the grin. It just made her want to fight all the more. Using him as leverage, she put all her weight in her lower body, kicking with her hindlegs aiming for his stomach in order to get him off of her.

Maybe that wasn't his best idea to attack. He then pressed his body closer to hers. Giving less room for the movements. With his teeth he started to n** at the females neck. Maybe he could stop her breathing long enough for her to pass out. He didn't want to kill someone.

Maiara Kaneonuskatew
Maiara felt a growl develop in her throat as he got closer. Snapping at his face, she couldn't move much, as his weight kept down her limbs. Her fear grew as he went for her neck, but she didn't let it show in her eyes. Seeing how she couldn't do too much at the moment, she focused her energy on healing the wounds he made, as he made them, while she thought of a better plan. Wayra, what options do we have left? Well you know them as well as I do. She growled again in frustration as she tried to bite him, losing her breath. Feeling her own blood on her fur, she sighed inwardly, offering a quick prayer to her ancestors.
She let her body go limp, her spirit, as well as Wayra's left the body with a sigh. The pain disappeared as she lost her body. She would appear dead to Haikimaru and very vulnerable. Hopefully he would think she was dead. "Defend body, Wayra, from spirits. We see if he back up and we can enter again." Maiara's spirit said to the fox spirit. It had been awhile since entering the spirit world, everything was all fuzzy. She could vaguely see the purple fox's large spirit. It was impressive to say the least.

Haikimaru stopped his attacked once the other went limb. He probably only knocked her out and whimpered as crossed the platform back to his clothes. Waiting for the referee to declare the battle over. He changed back into his human form and started to pull his clothes back on.

Maiara Kaneonuskatew
"Now Maiara!" Wayra yelled out to her, afraid she would be drawn to wander and get lost. It wouldn't be the first time it had happened. He felt tremendous relief when her familiar figure approached once again at his call. "Does this mean we lost? We technically left the battle field..." she asked him. Wayra shrugged, not caring, anxiously beckoning her to return. She wasn't a Shaman yet, and couldn't stay among the spirits for long.
The spirits back in her body, she felt all the pain with renewed strength. The fox opened her eyes and gasped for air, wheezing as she breathed. "So sore..." she managed to gasp before rolling over and getting up slowly. Going to the spirit world always made her weaker, not to mention the pain from Haikimaru. Still wanting to fight, her legs shook a bit as she stood on all fours.

Haikimaru wasn't sure he then turned his eyes to the judge. It would be her call if they were out or in. He would change where his eyes were every once and a few second to check if Maiara was going to attack. He was not planning on losing like that.

Scythe had watched the match with feigned interest. These were not the battles she'd participated in in her past schools. She watched the foxes tussle back and forth, pinning each other here and there, before one finally went limp. The woman startled for a moment when she no longer heard the girl-fox's heart beat. She jumped down from her perch and nervously ran towards the body when her ears picked up the faintest thump of her heart. Her feet slowed and Scy took a deep breath. Honestly, she'd been more worried about being reprimanded for letting a student die than whether or not the girl was actually ok. As Mariara got back to her feet, the judge looked to Haikimaru. "By way of knock-out, the winner is Haikimaru!" Scytheress made the announcement then signaled for the emergency care team to take the field and see to both weakened foxes before running off to oversee the next bought.
