As I looked to see the other boy, my eyes starting shining with hope at the future employee. "Ah! You there, sir!" I called, "Are you interested in a job?"

James shrugged, "Whatcha got?" he asked, barely trying to look like a good employee, "I don't do people stuff..." he said, smiling at the memories, fist fights with customers, threats to employees, etc...
He WAS good at looking intimidating. "Security? Or Desk Jockey... I mean, concierge?"

"Hold on a minute," I said. I slowly held up three fingers.
1.....2.....
In the flash of a second, new buildings dropped from the sky and landed across the hotel.
"Whoops. 1 Second late." I joked.
A new club beamed to life as the lights burned and pierced the night sky. A new spa had been placed near the pools. Complete with mud, massage and hot rock therapy, the spa lights flickered on. Tennis courts, golf courts and basketball courts were placed farther away from the pools and spa. A new hiking trail towards the mountains was also created, and a roller coaster broke through the roof and landed in the middle of the expansive lobby with a sign that read, "Open from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM."
"Hmm... splendid! It only cost us three years budgets. Well, sir. It seems like there are quite a lot of new jobs open. Now as soon as those contractor fix the-"
A piece of roof dropped down and filled the gap in the ceiling.
"Ehem. Anyways, what kind of job did you want?" I asked.

James was still trying to figure out why he dropped three buildings out of nowhere, "Uh... I don't care..." he admitted, "No spa, nothing that makes me have to get physically involved with anyone..." the former hotel thoughts came back again, he grinned.

After marveling at the new places the hotel was just gifted with, I snapped out of my trance. "Uh, wait, ummm... Ok! I'll put you on spa duty just like you wanted. The instruction manual is in your office." I quickly rushed back into my personal office to do some business or more likely to watch another TV show.

"Sp-SPA?" he asked, "Are you crazy? I threw the last guy out..." he stopped, "I mean, I don't really get along well... with others... well, except animals, can ya give me something else? Heck, can I be valet?"

I stopped in the middle of the doorway, anxious to return to my old reruns of ancient television shows. "Awww come on! It will be good for 'ya!" I said, and it was final. I shut the door and plopped down on the raggedy old sofa.

James lifted an arm, he could easily smash the door down, but decided against it, "Hmph... I'll just sit around..."

"Oi! No lounging around! Hop to it!" I demanded the new crew member. I could sense he was either goofing of or lounging around. I was just fooling around, of course. Nobody really came to this hotel. The whole staff pretty much lived here, and we hardly got guests.

James looked around, "Mmhmm, boss, I gotta go massage a ghost, said he was from the time this place opened... he wants a refund..." he said, with heavy sarcasm.

Kandle_The_Wosky I listened to the call from what sounded like a young man, and I heard the magic words travel through my ear canals, resonating with a harmonious angelic chorus. I beamed over to the door and threw it open and glanced at the boy. What the... What the hell is he? 11? 12? Is it even legal to give him a job? I started to think this over. Who cares. I started to prepare what I was going to say. Then I started, "Hello there, sir! If you would like a job, we have the a room care management position open." God knows who wants to fluff pillows and give out mints. "You must be here everyday at 7:00 AM to make sure the rooms are tidy. This includes restrooms, bedrooms and et cetera. You will need to dust, mop the bathrooms and make sure the hallways are clean. A more detailed list is located in your room, which will be located next to mine." I hope this one actually speaks English.(sorry about being so long, i was occupied alot for many days sad ) "Ok gotcha, and where do i start" saying in a curiously and happily |only thing I HATE doing is moping up the bathrooms|, |however the wierdest thing is i do enjoy dusting, and fluffing pillows| |job cant be so bad, i might even make enough to make my dad proud so i dont have to live in fear of my father| *rolls eyes at the thought of my father*

"Then it's settled," I said. "You will work here until 2:00 PM. After that, you are free to return to your room and access all of the facilities here." I stopped to look and see if any of the new employees were watching. "You will all get rooms. You can do what you want if your job is done." I turned back to the new member. "Go away now. Your instructions are in your office, which is next to mine."

"Yeah... Sure..." he walked into his office, it was plain, he didn't care, he sat in his chair, propped his feet on the desk, and listened to his Ipod.

A tone in his voice stunned me alittle but quickly rushed to my office and look around but though |....wait... he just told me what i needed to do...| |whats the use for looking for instructions| |oh wait this place could be like Japan, you go the line and you dont get the right info for hours waiting in line|... ya I Better get to it *rushing to the desk and takes out instructions*

James was practically sleeping, and he wasn't even in his room. His hand was dangling toward the floor, a bag of chips spilled, the other was draped across his waistline, his eyes were closed and he was listening to Don't Fear the Reaper, he could really care less about being a spa manager.
