"Yeah, yeah. Though I fail to see how anything is getting ruined. I woulda tried to get into a band no matter what, tried to make music. S'just this way I guess I am starting off well, bit more popular than I ever thought might happen." Josh scratched his chin. "And yeah, anything I'm gunna get into with you guys I'm gunna get into on my own either way."
Josh took the cigarette between two fingers, setting it between his lips and breathing deeply. The smoke filled him up with warmth and he let it out in a stream through his nose, coughing very slightly.
"Sounds like a plan. You know I love to wander. And breakfast is good any time of day, for sure." Josh started towards the front of the store, the shopkeep eying them both but saying nothing.

We should head over to White Circle. By the time we get there by foot it'll be sunset and it'll only take 'Lo like fifteen minutes to be over there, seein' as he's got his creepy vampire powers.
*He arched an eyebrow at the shop keep, very tempted to flip the ******** off before they left*
You happy right now, Joshie?

Josh frowned noticeably for a moment at the mention of White Circle Diner. He usually had a pretty shoddy memory for such things, but it was definitely the place where Josh first kind-of-sort-of asked Godfrey out. He couldn't speak anything for the pancakes, though, and he wasn't going to just stay away from some place forever because there was a memory of Godfrey there. Was stupid. Just made him really notice how far he had come since then.
"Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good. Seriously, man, 'Lo is a ninja. Ninja vampire."
He went out the door, the air already cooling off as afternoon was there. "Happy? Yeah, course I am. Excited and just, kinda feeling all over the place lately, moreso. Just cuz it's like, everything is all different. It's like, nervewracking in the best way. Like I wake up and s**t and forget where I am and when I figure it out it's like, yeaah." He looked at Reg seriously, wondering just how or why his eyes were that color.

Reg followed him, content and amused as he watched the teenager walk, blatantly watching certain parts in particular. "You realize what y' just said would make like no sense to the average, educated human bein', right? Y' such a nutter, Joshie. Y' ********' lucky 'm ********' fifty and so ******** with drugs I speak ********. Sincerely."
He flipped his hair from his eyes, playfully squinting up at him. "You are such a creeper about watchin' my face. What is it? My makeup not hidin' the ugly bits? Cuz I already checked, and there are none. 'm ******** gorgeous, b***h."

"Well I'm lucky you're not average or educated then. What the hell even, I'm talking to you so as long as you understand me then what does it matter even how crazy I sound?" Josh poked Reg in the ribs, not really wanting to shove him or anything because he was afraid he would break him.
"Oh and yeah, I'm the creeper. Whatever you say, old man." Josh sprinted ahead a bit, figuring Reg might try and punch him or something for that last comment.

Old man, yeah? b***h, please. You'll never be able to keep up with me. Never.
*He took out a new cigarette, lighting it up as he calmly strolled after Josh, enjoying the ability to just walk around his beloved city again. He thought the beach was amazing, sure, but nothing compared to chilly London air and the sounds and smells of all the life thriving and buzzing around.*

"Probably so. Never hurt to try." Josh smiled, walking backwards a few paces until Reg was alongside him, turning around before he tripped over something.
"To pancakes~" Josh smiled around the cigarette still pressed between his lips. He wasn't smoking it so much as tasting it. "S'gunna be a good weekend, Reg."(end scene?)
