 Danny Yahya Danny watched her as she put the bowls away and smiled when she put her arm on his shoulder and said he wouldn't have to go back anytime soon, he was happy for that. "Ah..I'm seventeen years old, I don't really know what other half I am, but I do have two hearts." He said as he pointed to his left side of the chest where the normal heart is and then to the right side of his chest where his second heart was.

Seventeen. He was one year older than her, yet she was the boss. In a way, anyway. Her eyes widened when he explained that he had two hearts; one on the left and one on the right. She was disappointed, however, because she didn't get to know what other half he was. It might explain him having two hearts, something she found extremely fascinating. "Woah..." She muttered, biting her lip. "So...does that mean you have two heartbeats? They both work?" She asked, somewhat intrigued. "I wish they would have included these sorts of things when they told me about you before I bought you." She commented, in no way intending him to take it the wrong, as if if she knew he'd two hearts she wouldn't have bought him. Bella probably just wouldn't have been as hesitant.

Danny Yahya "Yeah..I have two heartbeats, and both work perfectly." He replied with a light smile, she seemed to think it was interesting that he had two hearts, and he was happy with that. "Y-yeah, they do that a lot.." He said agreeing with her.

Bella was rather delighted with this new information, so she smiled brightly as she tried to think of something else to say. "Thats wonderful news. Maybe your second heart can make up for my grandmother's. Everyone says she's heartless, but I think it's just because she'd old. Do you want to meet her?" She asked softly, not really wanting to introduce the two because her grandmother was bound to make a comment or two about him, whether it was good or bad, the latter being more likely. But if was going to be serving her food and taking care of her from time to time, he might as well meet her now.

Danny Yahya "Maybe.." Danny replied and nodded, "Sure, I'll meet her then.." He added with a nod as he stood up. He was really happy that Bella was so nice to him, he blushed a little at the thought and looked away.

Bella forced a smile, nodding and standing up. "Alright..Come on." She said, starting toward the stairs but pausing when she noticed him look away, then noted the blush. Feel a little nervous, she felt her cheeks warm up as well though she didn't know why. "Yeah..Uh, let's go." she said quickly, beginning to climb the stairs, leading him toward the old woman's room. Sighing, she opened the door, smiling in at the woman who smiled back rather crookedly. Bella's smile faded into her expression and she stepped side to let Danny in. "Just introduce yourself. tell her who you are and where you came from. And say it a bit loudly, she's hard of hearing." She whispered to him.

Danny Yahya Danny blushed a bit more and nodded as he followed her silently. When they got upstairs she opened a door and went in, then moving to the side. "Ah, Hello, I'm Danny, and I am from the slave trade." He said to the old woman, loud enough so she could here him.

Bella shifted her weight awkwardly from foot to foot as she watched the sickly woman turn her head and smile wanly at the boy. "He's terribly skinny...Whats wrong with him?" She asked, directing her question toward Bella, and although she acted as if she were whispering it she was actually saying it much louder. "Nothing!" Bella replied, narrowing her eyes at the woman. "Well, he is a slave, and he's actually listening to you... There must be something wrong with him." She retorted in a raspy voice. "Theres nothing wrong with him. I'm sorry, Danny. I should have warned you about her." Bella said loud enough for her grandmother to hear, turning to the boy and flashing an apologetic glance. She hated apologizing for her grandmother. "Sorry. Nice to meet you, Danny. I'm Claudette. Make sure you don't break anything or dirty the floors." Bella rolled her eyes, grabbing his hand and pulling him out of the room before she could say anything else. "She didn't mean any of that." The girl said immediately, her voice soft.

Danny Yahya Danny was laughing a little when he was pulled out of the room with her and she closed the door. "It's fine, she seems like a nice person too, at least she's honest." He said with a light smile to Bella. "What shall we do now, Miss Bella?" He asked curiously as he looked at her.

Bella rubbed the back of her neck nervously, letting out a small laugh. "Well...There isn't much else to do for today. You will be needing some new clothes...We can go out and buy them now if you'd like. Or we can go get them tomorrow and just...talk, or something for now." She explained, smiling. She didn't really know what exactly they'd talk about, but it'd be nice getting to know him a little more.

Danny Yahya "Lets go tomorrow for the clothes then.. We can do something then." He replied with a light smile, he really didn't feel like traveling anywhere right now. But he was unsure on what to talk about, or what they should do.

Bella smiled, taking his hand again and pulling him back downstairs and to the living room so they could sit down. Again, she sat and patted the space next to her, leaning back and stretching her arms out. "Is there anything else you'd like to tell me? Anyway questions at all?" Bella asked, not entirely sure how to start a proper conversation between the two.

Danny Yahya He blushed again when she grabbed his hand and pulled him downstairs to the living room where he sat down shyly beside her. "Well..not really.." He replied honestly, as he blushed a bit more.

Bella nodded, noticing his blush darken for the second time and giggling to herself as she poked the side of his face. "You're absolutely adorable when you blush, Danny!" She exclaimed, almost bubbling over with laughter. Of course, that may lead them into an awkward situation though it was something to talk about, even if it did manage to embarrass him the slightest bit. At least she wasn't asking him why.

Danny Yahya "T-thanks." He replied blushing more as she poked his face. He felt pretty embarrassed, but he also felt good being around her, though he wasn't sure why. "Y-your pretty cute in general.." He added honestly to her, blushing more.
