He stood up and and flicked the cig out of the building. Then he put his hand into the pockets of the trench coat because he hates the smell of cigarettes on his hand.

His eyes gleamed blue and he grabbed a pouch out of his coat.
"Open wide." He said as he manipulated the remedy towards her mouth.
