( The description of the jutsu says that the tornado doesn't absorb anything. It keeps things in, and keeps things out. This would basically mean it is like pouring stuff into a cup.

Also, Tornados can not catch fire... Why don't people understand this? Sure it sounds cool, but unless it is a hurricane of gasoline, then it won't catch fire, and even then the fire would be sparce and not a hot as you'd expect. The vapors would be moving at such and astonding rate it would be more like mini explosions the force of a cherry bomb going off around it in certain pooled areas of gasoline vapor. )

( If anything it would just kill the flame, because tornados are vacuums. The eye of a tornado isn't a good place to be for long periods of time because the oxygen inside of a tornado is getting extracted. While it can't remove all oxygen, it could kill a human or animal in such close confines. Which is why I guess they put in a post limit.

Also, would the tornado be stationary? If so, when my Ink beast is destroyed, then I'd fall out the bottom. )

( Well, you can't just deny a certain law of nature. If someone was using their own Katon/Fuuton combination, then it would work, but since it is two different chakra signals combating eachother, then one has to win, or equal the other. In this case yours would kill mine, making it disappear.

( Well, since it just says I create a beast, I assumed that it could do anything a beast of that actual type could. That jutsu needs to be completely redone if I'm not able to make an ink spewing dragon.

Hokaido did the only thing he could think of, and made some quick handsigns, kneeling on his dragon. His face was riddled with desperation. " Hi Shinten no Jutsu! " He breathed out quickly, feeling his clothing begin to whip around, his scrolls flap around, and even his ink canister move in the rapidly growing wind. When the flame started to go out onto his Dragon, without burning it, it sputtered out and died. hokaido looked around, as he had been looking at his dragon. " Son of a_ " He said getting cut off by his dragon's death. He fell down, his legs up to his knees already in the ink, Hokaido responded quickly, grabbing the folds of his pants and wrapping it around his scrolls and paper.he leaned backwards and bent double, covering his explosive tag so the seal on it wasn't comprimised with the dragon's ink.

After the flood of ink cleared, still laying in a pool that filled the room or atleast the area where the two were, Hokaido was easily noticed as the small black dot that was bent double on the ground. The tornado above his body stayed motionless. " Dang, you don't kid around. Hokaido said, swinging one of his arms quickly to the side, he got all of the excess ink off of his arm. and stood up and sighed, grabbing his explosive tag before the seal on it could be comprimised.

The Rhino flew low, speeding past Hokaido, knocking the excess ink off of his body with the sheer wind speed. " Oh good... That is so cold. " He said, shivering just a bit. He sighed and placed his fingertips in the ink on the ground. " Thank you, now I can use my own body as an Inkbrush. and by using the floor, I'll be able to make much much larger creatures. " Hokaido said smiling. He quickly threw the explosive tag infront of him and ducked as the rhino beast hit the tag, but Hokaido didn't detonate it yet. The ag flapped in the wind, attached to the rhino's forehead as the rhino sped directly at Ten, detonating within three feet.

Katon: Hi Shinten no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Spread Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to extend the flame from their hand to any weapon or item they may be holding. This creates a surrounding layer of flame around the object, but the object is unharmed. This can only extend to a length of 3 feet maximum, or the length of a medium sized sword.

( an explosion of that level that it could destroy anyone it is attached to... It will affect your character, the flames themselves would reach your character's position, not to mention the force would possibly knock him back. I was placing your character on the very edge of the blast radius, but I'll move it. )

As the creature charged toward Ten he weaved another set of seal this time yelling " Wind Dragon JUTSU! " Wind wirled around Ten in a circular motion for a moment causing his hair to wip around like blue thread, then from the wind a light blue dragon with a red main shot forth barreling toward the Rino beast. The two would meet each other dead center between the two ninja and the explosion would be catastrophic, shaking the entire room and blocking the view of the two.

If the to beasts met mid center then Ten would follow up with a second justu, as he finished the seals for it he would whisper " Wind Explosion " throwing a small wind ball threw the debris of the explosion were the student had been standing before Ten hoped it would land dead center. The large explsion mixed with the speed in wich the two justu were cast made him think the boy wouldn't have time to react. A smile crept on his face as the ball of wind flew toward his student and he yelled "Think fast!"

Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Dragon)
Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The colour is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its colour to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Bakuhatsu from its mouth.

Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion)
Requirements: Kaze Bunshin
Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.

No, he is your teacher, that's all you need to know, this will prevent any meta gaming. Also the way you pretty much ignored the room shaking and the entire second jutsu is a bit of a noob thing to do. At the very least say the jutsu rushed past missing or something, people tend to see just not mentioning it as you ignoring it. I understand you would have dodged it and I am not saying you couldn't just might to add something about it in there. You also don't say what the snakes are going to do when they get to me so it makes it hard for me really now what my Rpc is going to do.

At least add that last bit were I know what happens when the get close I doubt it will change my reaction but I do need to know what happens if they touch me so I can post accordingly.

This isn't a real battle it is to simply help you understand how things work in a fight, I can do what ever I want if it helps you understand something your didn't understand before. I am truly only here to help I am not trying to feed my own ego.

You should respond to all things the other person posted, even if it is a simple "The ball pasted bob as he ran to the left lucky he decided to move when he did." Other wise it seems a lot like your meta gaming.

You could do several things, you could have them lung then dispel them covering me in a mist of ink that could blind me for a post or two, you could have them attacking a certain way that forces me to move to the left or right setting me up for even more disaster. I gotta finish making dinner before everyone gets home I will post again tm.
