Quick question did you place your hand on Neven's shoulder, or did you mean someone else? Seeing as Neven is sitting down at a table watching the door and bar.

Yep. Neven's. I kind of interrupted your post with him bursting in while the two of you are talking rather than after. Kind of making it so that he doesn't sit down at all.

Okay since I won the battle roll, shouldn't have I gotten to decide what happens next in regards to how the battle over the bottle would have went down?

Yes, you are correct and Jaydine has already PM'd Kaiser to alter his post.
You won the roll therefore the bottle is yours, technically by drinking it Kaiser is breaking the rules by not forfeiting the bottle in it's whole state. I mean ok there is no rule clarifying this but I never imagined someone would actually WANT to uncork a bottle and drink from it just to spite their enemy. It isn't even something that crossed my mind when I thought up the rules. I mean that is inventive but not actually how we intended this to work, the idea of rolling was to make it fair.
So Kaiser will have to understand that is not fair, for you, to recieve a worthless bottle in exchange for winning the roll. That isn't how I or Jaydine intended for this to work.
I suppose he can attempt to drink it, but since you won the roll then you have the right in your following post to stop him and take it.

Alright, sorry for being stupid. Won't happen again. Post is edited, now lets forget this ever happened and continue on thinking that I'm actually a moderately intelligent person. Or at least, for my sake, pretend to.

So in your last post you had your char use a telekinisis spell but as far as I know he would have to be apprentice level not novice to use it....as I don't think it is available at novice level? Which your char is? Anyways I will do my best to post tomorrow.

Crap I thought at least every spell had at least a novice level one out there...I'll do a bit of research when I get home from work and then fix it.

I think I should point out the flaw in your attack even more. You have rolled so I assume you mean to take the bottle? Well if I lose the roll which I bet I do. Even if you take Mari's daggers off her which realistically wouldn't happen since in my experience, anger tends to tighten your grip not loosen it. Also Mari was trained by Dunmer, she knows their tactics.
But yeah, even if he got the daggers. She has a steel set of daggers on her too, plus she is a magic user, so if you plan was to disarm her and then force her to give up the bottle while seemingly defenseless, not realistically going to happen if I am honest.
Plus I have to ask, if I have her let go of the daggers I assume they will fall to the floor? Because I am aganist characters TAKING, other character's weapons. Disarming is fine or taking a weapon/s and tossing it/them aside is fine, but under no circumstance would I be willing to let another character walk away with her weapons. I mean I assume that isn't what you planned to do, but I have to ask anyways.

In truth I'm not sure what I plan to do. My post was getting pretty long and even though I won the roll, Jaydine might roll higher than me when she post's so I didn't want to just go ahead and try to take your bottle. Was kinda hoping that we would go into some sorta 3 way battle royal and fight over the bottles.
I was thinking that trying to take the daggers would just upset her more, Neven likes to toy with his opponents in various ways. I wasn't planning on him keeping them just taking them from her so he could get at her bottle.

okay So I'm a bit confused....don't we have to roll separately for each bottle? Like mish rolled for Eliya's bottle (on of them anyways) and then you rolled for mish's bottle....so you haven't technically won hers yet regardless of what I roll because her roll was for Eliya's bottle...so mari still gets to roll to defend against his attempt. I believe I am correct in that reasoning... mish? Also I am with misthral on her point about taking another person's weapons permanently....though it is not stated anywhere perhaps it needs to be made clear that no one can 'take' someone elses' items whatsoever they be. [on a permanent basis, disarming can be fine in various situations as long as a chance is given to the defender to choose to allow that to happen or not via personal choice or dice ect ] Not that i'm saying that was your intention Nerevar it just brings up a good point that should be established to avoid future problems. Nerevar and Misthral - Also I woke up today again with severe cramping all over my body....about 1/2 as bad as it was before and its actually getting better now that its the afternoon but my left hand is still giving me alot of pain so I will be waiting until tomorrow to post.... which probably works better since Nerevar was going to edit his post potentially.

I would think your reasoning is sound, that was one of the reason why I just didn't come right on out and try to take Mish's bottle and auto disarm her.
I agree I for one would not like it if someone walked off with my weapon's either. I've edit my post a bite to make it more clear that he's just toying with her and doesn't really expect to disarm her daggers from her. Happy to help bring up a topic that needs to be discussed in more detail.
Well Jay I hope you feel better and yep I'm in the process of editing my post a bit more right now.
