The bell rang and Ainsley looked around sort of confused for a moment until Istas told her that it was recess. She smiled, and waved her new friend off as she ran ahead. Ainsley took her time, carefully straightening all the items on her desk until they were perfectly aligned and closed her notebook. The teacher seemed to be getting ready to go as well, perhaps on a break while all the kids were fleeing. Ainsley picked up Octavian Oswald and a storybook she had about a princess before she waved to him, earning a wave back from a slightly confused teacher as she pushed in her chair and soon left the classroom as well.
