Pretty pretty please, don't you ever ever feel
Like you're less than f*cking perfect.  Rain could tell that he was nervous. Of course, why wouldn't he be? They weren't just abandoning their respective sides, they were going off into a brand new region. Rain had done things like this before, left irrationally and hadn't really thought about the consequences, so she was actually excited about this. However, Raiu was still young and probably regretting leaving his parents behind. That was the difference -- Rain had no parents. She had been alone for as long as she could remember. Her partner wasn't. "If you're having second thoughts, it isn't too late to go back." she said softly as she wrapped her arms around his waist and rested her chin on his shoulder. "I won't think any less of you if you don't want to do this."Pretty pretty please, if you ever ever feel

Raiu felt warm and confident the minute Rain touched him. He didn't want to turn back because of his pride. Maybe he was just being too naive.
"I know. No, it's fine. We have to go not just for selfish reasons. We need to do something to end this war. This is our part."
Raiu could see small specks of land from up above. They were probably near the Hoenn region.
"We've been flying for a while now, think we should stop for a while?"

Like you're less than f*cking perfect. Rain nodded. He was right. They weren't going away for themselves (although, that was maybe part of the reason), they were doing this to end the war. There really was no turning back. "Yeah, I think we should stop. Let's look around Hoenn for a bit."Hoenn....she hadn't been there in years. It was where she and Abby had first met -- in the pouring rain outside of Fortree City. Rain smiled happily at the memory. Pretty pretty please, if you ever ever feel

Far above the clouds, Raiu could now make out the shape of the Hoenn region. Flygon swooped down towards the grassy tropic and landed in a particularly foresty area with lots of treehouses.
"Fortree. This isn't anywhere near where I met you, eh Flygon?"
Raiu helped Rain off of Flygon and they climbed one of the rope ladders that brought them to the first floor of Fortree city.
"Maybe we should set up a tent on the deck here?"

Like you're less than f*cking perfect. Rain and Abby looked at each other, smiles as wide as a Banette's beaming on their faces. "Sounds good to me." She looked around and felt the nostalgia overwhelm her. Everything was just as she remembered it. The treehouses, the pokemon center, the Gym... She couldn't help but feel happy. Raiu set up their tent near the trees and looked around. Fortree City was quite a wonder. It had a gym too. He thought whether or not to challenge it, and decided not to. That wasn't what they were here for. After looking around some more, he spotted something strange. It looked like a Pokemon. But he had never seen it before. He quickly grabbed his journal and pencil from his backpack and sketched it out.
Red... looks like an ape of some sort... walks on fist... flames for eyebrows...
It seemed to be following a trainer. Raiu ran up to the man who owned the strange Pokemon.
"Excuse me sir, what Pokemon is that?"
The man replied that it was called Darmanitan and that it came from the Unova region.
"Unova? I'm trying to get there, what direction is it from here?"
The man stated that it was west of the Hoenn region. they could make it on Flygon by dusk.
Raiu thanked the man and ran over to find Rain. Before She seemed strangely happy, just being within the city. Maybe she has very fond memories of this place.
Maybe I shouldn't rush this. she seems very happy, she'd like to stay a little longer.
"Hey Rain, you wanna stay here for a little while?"

Like you're less than f*cking perfect. Rain looked around at everything and felt proud to be back. Hoenn had always been her favorite region, and this place... She had called the trees in this city her home for the three years she spent before joining Team Rocket. She loved being here... But she couldn't get caught up in her past. As much as she loved being among the trees again, she had a mission. They had to find Unova. "As much as I would love to do that, Raiu...I can't. We have to go find Unova."Abby had jumped up to the top of one of the trees and was looking around happily. She then turned her attention to the two below her and visibly smiled. Aaaaaaabsooooool. she purred. Rain smiled. "Abby has very fond memories of that tree. It was from way up there that she first spotted me. She and I became partners here, long before my Rocket days. I'm pretty sure she's thinking about how much our lives have changed since then."

"All right, then I know where to go. It's a ride on Flygon west of here. We should make it by dusk, but we'll by flying very fast. Sounds fun, right?"
Raiu smiled as he released Flygon with an excited toss in the air. He hopped on and helped Rain onto his dragon and they flew off to the Unova region, leaving the citizens of Fortree surprised at the sudden takeoff.
We're almost there...

Like you're less than f*cking perfect. Rain watched the city disappear out of sight and felt...content. Whatever happened in Unova would be worth it. She had Abby...and Raiu. With them by her side, she could do anything. "I think once we get there, we should find a pokemon center and rest. We've travelled a lot today and I think Flygon deserves a rest."She held onto Raiu's waist gently as she looked around. Before she knew it, her surroundings had gone from very familiar to uncomfortably different. She hadn't noticed when they'd left Hoenn and entered Unova. It seemed like the borders blurred in a way. Or maybe she just didn't pay much attention. That was always a possibility. Pretty pretty please, if you ever ever feel

"That's a good idea. We'll find the largest city and stop by the Center there. Then we can rest and look around for some Pokemon. I have an idea... Maybe we should both take the Pokemon League Gym challenge?"
Raiu paused for a moment to wait for Rain's reply. As he waited the Unova region started to take form.
"This way we can test our learned abilities with our new Pokemon. What do you think?"

Awesome."Rain smiled and held onto his waist more as she watched Unova become more distinct. It certainly looked beautiful here, but would it match her favorite region? She had always loved Kanto, both for it's love of nature (because the most industrialized city was Saffron and really? That wasn't very bad in comparison to other cities. She was looking forward to comparing Unova with the other four regions, both in nature, cities, and Gym Leaders. Could they match Kanto's ferocity? Pretty pretty please, if you ever ever feel

"Awesome. Now... Oh! There's a particularly large city down there. Let's land down there."
Raiu signaled Flygon to swoop into the large city. With a loud cry, the Flygon sped down to the city. They landed with a perfect, on-the-dime landing. Rain was still shocked from the sudden and fast landing.
"Flygon can exceed speeds beyond 100 MPH, dear. We weren't even close," he said with a smile on his face.
By now, confused and a few scared people were crowding around them. Raiu helped Rain off, returned Flygon, and asked the crowd what this city was called.
Someone in the crowd said that this city was called Castelia City.
"Thanks! Come on Rain, let's find some place to stay. City like this has to have a hotel or something."

Like you're less than f*cking perfect. Rain looked around at the people and was vaguely reminded of her Team Rocket days. A sudden entrance into any city always brought attention, whether peaceful or violent. The feeling of eyes on her watching her every move had never been one that she'd gotten used to. Usually she was with James when this happened, as he was her partner, but since he wasn't there and her boyfriend was, she clinged to his arm and kept her eyes in front of them. Because although she was outgoing and able to stand up for herself, she'd never been good at being in crowds. "Yeah, you're right... Maybe the Pokemon Center would know?" she suggested, pointing at the building with the red roof at the end of the street. Pretty pretty please, if you ever ever feel

"Umm... Where is the Pokemon Center?" Raiu asked with a confused look on his face. Raiu looked around for the familiar red roof.
Raiu released Flygon and flew up to get a birds-eye view. Surprisingly, this took a while. He scanned the city and noticed he could barely see half the city from way above where he was.
"This... is a freakin' big city..."
He swooped down to Rain and gave her the news.
"Looks like we'll have to ask our way around."

Caring is thinking with your heart  "Where are they!?" Des shouted, holding the man by his collar. "You've got a Pokemon I've never seen before. Clearly you're from this "Unova" place! They came to this city, and I know you know where they went afterwards! Where are they!?"
The man quivered as Des' grip tightened. His Darmanitan was being held down by Des' Scizor and Armaldo. "I told them to head to Unova! That's where they are! It's directly west from here!"
Des tossed the man aside. "Unova, huh. They're already heading there? Scizor, Armaldo, let's go." Walking out of the treehouse bar, the Nightwalker jumped off the ledge and landed safely on the ground.Think hard.
