Maybe your avatar wears contacts. smile I really want to look into Lasik eye surgery, because although my contacts never bothered me before and were never hassle, lately they've been hurting more, and I'd really like to wake up and be able to see without trecking across the room and fiddling with the case. Or like at night when I've already taken my contacts out and then Jade decides she wants something from the kitchen.. now that we've got a four level house, maneuvering through the various stairs and hallways will be more challenging. wink

I was supposed to get Lasik a couple of years ago, but unfortunately my eyes weren't "suitable" because my pupils dilate too much un the dark rolleyes My eyes are really sensitive as well, so contacts are very uncomfortable. And glasses give me a headache... So most of the time I just walk around half blind hoping I won't fall down the stairs or something xd

i wore contacts for 7 years, then they started to feel like they'd been dipped in gravel so i went back to specs. i wouldn't go back to lens now because they're expensive with all the solutions and so on. Also there's nothing quite like crawling round on the floor for 3/4 of an hour with a torch looking for a lens that you've dropped sad

Especially when you don't have full sight anyway because your contact lens is on the floor!! gonk I've had contacts suction themselves to the floor. Very tricky to remove without breaking.
