Lela looked up at him, now somewhat scared. At the heart of her poised exterior was always the vulnerable lioness he had originally started seeing her as that little while ago. Though he had helped her through that lower period of her life, she still, at times, had the same insecurities deeply buried. For them to have had such a hold of her once, she had to have them buried deep. She did a good job of keeping them far below the surface now a days, but there was still a tinge now and then, a jab.
Having him to lean against, though, and having survived that time period had created a stronger Lela. She was armored to battle her insecurities. She nuzzled her head into Thoth's mane, under his chin. "Yes, everything will be fine," she repeated, murmuring. Though, at the back of her mind, she still very much intended to seek out her brother on the matter of heirs and making multiples of them.
For everyone's sake, they better had gotten this out of the way as soon as they could. Lela wasn't sure how long she could contain the stress pertaining to babies and successions to king and queen.
