haha are u a gym leader and just the like how does th ev points equal out llike how do i do it? Bunny_Man_OC neo blackpanther 1105 dude dont lie my team sucks haha i just dont know how to ev train i dont understand it I just said that I havn't battled in a while, and that I had fun... I lied about NOTHING! xd What about EV training don't you understand?

Yes, I am one of the gym leaders here.
um... at lvl 100, every 4 EVs in a stat = 1 additional point to that stat.
so say you have a pokemon with
4 IVs in HP
8 IV in atk
100 IVs in Def
and 228 in speed
at level 100 it would have
1 additional point in HP
2 in Atk
25 in Def
and 57 in Speed.
each pokemon gives a certain type and ammount of EVs.
diglet and magikarp give one speed EV
gyrados gives 2 attack EVs, etc.
you get these by defeating the pokemon, any pokemon that took part in the battle (those that gain the experience when the battle is over) will recieve those EV's
so after battling 5 magikarp and 2 gyrados (and nothing else) that poke would have 5 speed IVs and 4 attack EV's
you can have up to 255 EVs in any one stat, and 510 total between all 6 stats.

Yes, I am one of the gym leaders here.
