"Fffff I totally can!" She gave a wave of her hand, "I've lost limbs numerous times! Though, sometimes its accidental. If I pulled off a limb, then.. Weeeell.. I probably wasn't in the most pleasant of moods. But once my limbs are gone, I can regenerate new ones. However, It DOES take a lot of FEAR, and time to regenerate something like that. So you won't be getting a demonstration today!" Nah, he would just have to settle with her word on the matter. He would, no doubt, most likely get to witness it someday. "Really? What parts can you remove?" She asked, looking over him, as if trying to figure just what parts he was referring too.
Shaking her head, with a small shrug in response to his hopes of her knowledge on the subject, she continued to listen to him continue. "It does!" If Ms. Winters hadn't mentioned his clothing by now, she was sure he wouldn't have anything to worry about. She hoped.. Yes? It was hard to determine this, without knowing what kind of a person she was. "What's she like, anyways?"
Catching sight of the small folljox bounding back towards the two, Mei knelt down more to her level, giving her long strokes across her back. "Sure, sounds like fun!"

"Whooooah." Merope looked at Mei with new respect. "You can regenerate?! That's amazing! Though taking a lot of Fear is understandable." He was sad that he didn't get a demonstration, but hey -- some you win, some you lose.
At her question, he grinned. "Anything and everything! See these wings?" He wiggled his butterfly-like wings to catch her attention, fanning them out to show them off. "Not mine! I didn't have wings for the longest time until I found these. Removing things is tricky -- I need to pop them off at the bone, else the muscle will tear." He wrinkled his nose, "And that isn't pleasant, nor does it look that nice. I need salt water and time to put things back together, though."
Seacrest wagged her tentacles as Mei began to stroke her fur, lapping up the attention to the point of dropping the ball and rolling onto her back. As far as the follyjox was concerned, this was bliss.
"Ms. Winters is... blunt," he said, "She doesn't waste time chittering or chatting, she just gets straight to the point. It's nice, but... kind of intimidating, y'know?"

"Yes'sir!" She nodded, almost proud of herself---though, she had no idea why. Out of all the FEARs in this school, hers was a bit.. Boring. Oh well, if it meant her survival, she was cool with it. "I'm hoping it will improve later though. Its not very effective all the time."
"Ehh? Really?" She asked, staring with new found curiosity. It was news to her, that students could actually take others appendages and attach them to themselves. "What do you think they came off of?" She had never even seen anything with wings like that---at least not in the sea. They looked most unique.
Smiling down at the small critter, she rubbed her stomach, knowing that most minipets adored that kind of thing. At least her's did anyways. "Oh your such a good girl, aren't you, Seacrest?"
Nodding at his answer, she began to question herself if she should take the class or not. Oh well.. Something to think over later, anyways. "Yeah, I would probably be intimidated as well." If anything, she was more curious of this.. Ms. Winters..

At her question Merope twisted around to look at his fins, fanning them out for a better view. "I dunno!" He replied, laughing. "Either a fish or another sea-dweller that didn't have a use for them, I guess. They were a very lucky find, even if they're really teeny on me in my natural form." Merope paused, then shook his head. "I mean my real natural form, not the shrinky-dink version seen during Christmas." Being a small fry in a pond of big fish was rather intimidating.
At the offer to rub her belly, Seacrest practically melted. A soft, chirping croon was given by the follyjox as she rolled onto her back, paws up to give Mei easy access to her stomach.
"You're really good with her!" Merope complimented with a swish of his tail. "How many do you have?"

"Hmm~ Well, whatever they're from, they look pretty impressive. Wonder why they ditched them though.." Maybe it was like shedding? Maybe whatever had them shed those to grow in new ones? Uhh.. Did it even work like that? Whatever it was, it was pretty neat. "You mean that wasn't your natural form in Christmas town? You have a bigger form?" She asked, as if she hadn't seen that coming. And she thought that form was pretty big! It would be interesting to see what his other form appeared to be like.
Merope didn't know it; but Mei was highly tempted to walk away with his adorable minipet. Though.. Only tempted. To do that to a friend, she would have felt awful for doing such a thing. Well.. To Merope at least. If it was Tybalt or Night, she probably wouldn't have given it a second thought.
"Nah. I think she just really likes pets." Though, the complement did seem to boost her mood a bit. "As in pets? Umm.. Only five at the moment."
