For the most part, Jericho was not really all that enthused about this class. However, he did recall something along the lines of how while dragons can cause chaos and destruction and all that fun stuff, they should also act somewhat civil for the other times. Whatever.

He had to dig on through his belongings for something more formal and he wasn't all too comfortable wearing it. Wearing a simple suit of sorts, he went on into the classroom looking less than pleased.

((Edited my image because ... Jericho left a space before his name >A> so uh, used that even though I posted after him - hope that's okay!))

Gabrian was perfectly comfortable with the idea of dressing up. His usual attires were much more elegant than what he was used to seeing within the hallways of the school premises (barring the demon dorm room, which seems to have much higher standards). So thus, feeling perfectly comfortable and at home he, walked into the classroom, signing his name on the sheet of paper.

He could always use some culture and etiquette - they were things that one could never know enough of, and... often came in handy anyhow.

The young pink haired demon squinted at the list of names. He knew he was supposed to sign this thing but didnt know how to write his name. So he scribbled best he could and took a seat.

If ever there was an easy 'A' for the marid, this would be it. Etiquette and poise were as much a part of the ghoul as her exotic heritage and affinity to water. In every day life she not only spoke with culture and grace, but carried herself in a refined, and elegant way. This of course included her every day attire. Flawless silks snug at hip and bust, and a pale drape that rested at the croak of either elbow.

When the sign up for the class had appeared she'd not hesitated to add her name to the growing list, eager to surround herself with people and practices that would remind her of home. So when the first day of class arrived, the Djinn was not only on time, but even a few minutes early. Of course, the assorted gathering of students wasn't exactly what she'd been expecting, but there were some familiar faces of friends, so with lips pursed thoughtful, the ghoul moved to sit with Barth and the nice Hunchback.

For all that she'd had a few etiquette lessons at home, Siddie was nervous about this class. Nonetheless, she hadn't considered skipping it - there were skills to be learned here that were every bit as important as academic strengths or the power and finesse of FEAR. You couldn't accomplish some things by force alone, or even by knowledge.

She'd dressed modestly, in a knee-length skirt, tall, laced boots, and a blouse with a spill of lace at the throat, and pulled her hair back into a swept-up style. It probably didn't matter too much, but it certainly couldn't hurt to present herself well.

Julian walked into the classroom, doing his best to keep his claws from clacking too hard against the floor. He had a smaller than usual formal section in his wardrobe than the rest of his kind, but despite all of his unusualness, he was still a demon and that was something of a given. He could have gone above and beyond what the class required for dress, and some students probably would, but full formal wear was really hot and stuffy in his opinion and often hampered his wings. When it all came down to it, he was a bird at heart and preferred to have the availability to take fight at any moment, in case he needed to.

So he walked in wearing loose black slacks (Loose enough that he could get his feet through them without too much effort) and a dark red button-down that looked smooth and pressed. He liked that shirt, it felt almost like water and breathed better than most of the others he owned. He'd even pulled his hair back into something of a small tail, though most of the hair framing his face was too short for that.

He quickly signed his name down and frowned a bit at the class. He didn't know a single- Oh. His gaze paused on Amrita. While he didn't know her well, at least he'd talked to her before and such. And she was Tahki's friend. He made a beeline for her and more or less helped her into her seat, pulling it out for her and whatnot.
It was polite, wasn't it?

Alright, now why was she sticking her nose into this class? This seemed to be a little more...formal of a setting than the she-wolf would normally be found in. But, was that a dance floor?! Ok, so maybe it wouldn't be too bad...

Although she swore to the graves that if anyone so much as made one peep about the dress she wore...there was going to be blood. LW was not a dress person. Or a skirt person. She felt...awkward. But, after glancing at the list and seeing a few names she recognized, the she-wolf quietly (for once) prowled around until she found Natalia.

Alessa wasn't really sure what this class was about. Of course she could make some general guesses by the title, but even then she wasn't sure how she felt about it all. But she told herself a few mixed feelings were better than complete rejection, so it was possible the class wouldn't be that bad. Manners, after all, were necessary and culture was usually very interesting so...it couldn't have been that bad.

Even though she wore skirts most of the time, she had been afraid most of her casual wear wasn't...appropriate. Of course, she'd also been very worried about overdressing too...so she'd settled on a little white and pink dress with ribbons, forgoing any belts or leggings. She'd even added a ribbon to her typical hair clip. It was pretty simple, but nice, and she hoped it'd do. Well, a tiny bit under dressed was better than walking in in a ballgown, right?

She signed her name on the class roster after coming in, and then passed a look around the room. She recognized a few faces; Livi, Ren, Julian, and...Gabe. Well, she supposed she shouldn't have been surprised. She avoided taking a seat near the later, but tried to find an open desk near the others she knew. She didn't have many choices, though, as the class seemed rather full. Well, she was one of the last to come in.

"Hi again," she said to each, passing a smile too to the students she did not tone, such as a pale girl with a long tail and some others.

It was such a romantic place to be in. How often had the two dashing characters been brought to a ball or sat upon a large dinner table to feast on the tender insides of a boar or some bloody catch while sharing an intimate conversation? Not only did it lure Calder in for it's novel feel, but well….he lacked culture. He had been getting some weird looks when he went to the cafeteria and some people actually eeped and ran away when he addressed them. Then again, he was usually talking quickly, grabbing their arms, and trying to find out something they were sure to know. Not wanting to decrease his ability to make friends, as it was already small enough, he decided that this sort of class might work. He even had a dress shirt AND something like a skirt. He was already prepared! Well, the dress shirt was torn and his kilt really didn't count, but hey, it was sorta….formal?

Prancing over, the kelpie took the pen and jotted his name down. This class was at least worth a try.

((Thanks Ary for working around that. :3))

Merope didn't look up as others trickled into the classroom, his remaining half of his lips twisting into a frown as he shifted his backpack. He pawed around it, his claws scratching against the various surfaces within. Was this it? No. This? "Hsst, did you remember?" He whispered to Aymet next to him, nudging the draconic skeleton.

His olive green eyes flickered uncertainly across the room as he just noticed the other students who entered, pressing his remaining lips into a mockery of a smile as they walked past. There were some he recognized, but their abrupt movement past him left him puzzled. Didn't they recognize him from the Christmas raid? Being undead wasn't that bad -- or did he dress up well enough to pass off as a different person? He glanced down at himself, pausing to fluff up a damp sleeve. Yeeeeeahno. Maybe later it would occur to him that his peers didn't recognize him in his much smaller, non-draconic form.

Gabrian had actually recognized several of the students in the classroom; Hadiyya, Libi, Alessa and... that undead dragon boil. He looked oddly familiar, but he couldn't quite place him. Frowning as he pondered, he turned towards the ones he did, in fact, recognize, offering Alessa a small smirk, "Hello there. And don't you look lovely today. Very much loving the ribbon in your hair," he was, actually not mocking her, and he was, for once, being perfectly sincere with her. He'd come to notice the ghoul seemed to have a Gabrian shaped annoyance button, and all he had to do to press was... pretty much exist. This meant that he didn't really have to guard his words, or what what he was saying, seeing as how she was going to take it the wrong way anyhow. What was the point? He could be perfectly honest and polite and she was bound to get her metaphorical panties in a twist regardless, "If I didn't know better, I'd think you were avoiding me by sitting as far away as possible. I'm wounded."

It was right about then that the demon managed to add two and two together, turning to look at Merope, "Say, aren't you that Boil from the Christmas warehouse? With the pink robot?" he motioned towards the wing like fins on Merope's back, and his tail, "You were bigger then. I don't think we got to talk too much back then," then again... he'd been trying to forget all about that fight. The pink scout still gave him nightmares.

Merope's earfins flared as Gabe addressed him, his eyes flickering uncertainly. Who was he again? Pink ro- oh! The lost fathoms leviathan grinned and nodded back to the other boil. "Yep, my pin went out and left me in my normal form. It was pretty nice at first... until all that walking." He shrugged, adding, "At least all that is over and done with. Did you bring in a good haul from it? The very end was a bit confusing, especially with the explosion."

He fell silent, tilting his head to one side as he considered that particular memory. "Then again, I don't remember much since the explosion myself..."
