The Idea:This male has kidnapped the female cheetah of this contest. He has taken her, well.. You tell ME why he has taken her. Does he see her as a precious trinket, like a good luck charm? Or did he take her because he was rejected by her with his advances? Its up to you!
He has no interest in the female lioness, or so he says, and he rarely shows it. Is this just a front he shows? Or does he really, not like the lioness?

Kubwa'Mguu | Mnyama'Alfajiri
Meaning: Big paw || Creeping Dawn
Personality: Kubwa was troubled at an early age and since it has caused many social behavioral problems. He has an obsession with taking things he likes without asking or reasoning. Because he was cub-napped he thinks it's okay to take other things and other animals. He was also taught to fight for what he wants to have or keep so he was always rather aggressive. Always winning his fights caused him to gain a bit of an ego and cockiness. He has yet to lose a fight.

"Shhhh...You'll be okay with me, the Maestros del mar will take care of us" he said trying to comfort her but his voice still deep and harsh. It brought memories of his cub hood. He was taken in the night from right under his mothers nose. He was an only cub and his father he never knew. They named him Kubwa'Mguu after his rather large paws. They seemed to benefit him in the end when it came to taking and fighting. Why they chose him he was unsure, perhaps it was for him to do their work for him. It was common for them to send him off to bring back shinnies or even other animals. The things he wanted to keep they taught him to fight for. If he won he kept it, if not they took it away, however he never lost. He soon grew to be an adult and decided to leave, he wanted better treasures to keep for himself.
His name became a cub night story about how if they were bad he would take revenge and take them away to work for him. He had a rather bad rep when it came to meeting others. Not many trusted him and some would even turn and run at the sight of him. He for this reason preferred to work at night using the shadows to his fullest advantage. He traveled searching for a place where he could settle down.
That is when he heard of the Maestros del mar, a pride of pirates. He was infatuated with the idea of living with others to fight, and gather treasures. It was all to perfect. However he did not want to show up treasure less, so he decided to find
something no someone that he could take with him as his treasure. He was aware that this was one of the tests the pirates had, and bringing back some trinket would not be enough. He hoped by bringing someone back he could show them he meant business.
That is why he took this cheetahess, her beauty would be a great welcoming to the pride. He would bring her with him to please the pirate king and fellow pride mates. He hoped this pretty little lass would act as his trophy as a newcomer. He wanted to show these lions and other species he was worthy of being a pirate. He did not like her in the sense of mate but more in the sense of something he treasured by his side. He was hers for the keeping and he would make sure of that.
The thought of the female brought up the attention of that other female lioness that was so in love with him. He did not understand why he attracted the attention of her eyes. He did not fancy her in the slightest bit, he was rather appalled by her pelt colors. Not only that but the idea of her being so openly free to loving him was no appeasing. He wanted a challenge, a true chase, a real hunt for his future mate. Someone who was as cocky as him and would challenge him to his fullest.. Even so he was constantly turning his head the other way when she approached or talked to him. The only thing he admired about her was the fabulous purple in her eyes.
However she would have to leave him alone and find someone else. He was not her treasure to keep nor would he ever be. He kept a distant almost hostile relationship when she was around, he didn't want her to think he liked her.
Along with the taking of the cheetahess upon the arrival at the Maestros del mar he also took the name Mnyama'Alfajiri as his pirate name. For now he settles as a crewman and hopes to make his way up in ranks till he is a first mate or even a captain if he can.
