"mmm, I will head back in that direction with you when you go so that I can look over the empty dens" He told her, there wasn't much point in putting the move off any longer then necessary, he might as well go ahead and get it done with right away "I should like to visit with Patroclus and the girls in any case" He told her.

She smiled softly at him, glad that he was ready to move to a closer den and not put it off for an unknown amount of time, or make excuses to do otherwise. "Orithia is sleeping at the moment, she had a long day. But I am certain she will be happy to see you when she wakes." She paused for a moment and then because she wished to know she asked. "Are you still planning on taking Patroclus out for training?" They had both agreed it would be good for their son if that happened once he was old enough and as far as Pen could tell he was nearly at that age when he would benefit from some true one on one time with her father away from the confines of the pack.

Achilles considered for a few moments, Patroclus was close to the same age he himself had been when he'd begun training to become what he was. There wasn't much of a reason to put it off any longer - not if he wanted his son to grow up strong o both body and mind ..and not beaten down by the sisters until he was a mindless drone or worse..happy being a slave like that patchy Iosef wolf.
"I'll take him out after the first winter storm breaks - theres generally a bit of a lull after the first big storm and I need to speak with some of my contacts anyways."

Head bobbed in a slight nod. Yes there was usually a lull in the weather after the first big push of winter and that would likely be the best time for him to take Patroclus out. "I am sure he will be quite thrilled at the idea." Her son may be the lesser of his litter due to pack rules but she did not want to deny him other experiences because of that. Also having Achilles and Patroclus away would allow her the time to prepare and preform the official ceremony of swearing Orithia in as second Alpha. Though her eldest daughter was small Penthesilea believed her nearly ready for the task, all she needed to do was confer with Yakut.
As much as she didn't want to get up the Queen knew she had some things to attend to before the day was through. So she stood, somewhat reluctantly and gave her muscles a well deserved stretch. "Shall we go then?" It's wouldn't be long before the land was claimed by the darkness of night.

"I expect so - if I want to have enough light to look over these dens properly anyways" Achilles responded as he stood, giving his pelt a harsh shake and ignoring any pain this caused from his injuries in order to remove any debris that might be stuck in his fur from laying on the ground.
Motioning with his Muzzle he let Pen go first and then followed he back towards the packs more central area's in the fading light.
