Technique Name: Natural Aptitude
Description: The Makyans, also known as the serpent race, have a natural ability to shed their skin. This process usually takes many weeks to complete during their natural monthly cycle, but can be willed by force. When less than 1/3 ki points remain, this technique replenishes ki points to half their maximum value.
Activation Cost: [If Any] Since the body is pushed beyond what it should be, the body has to compensate and shut down vital power supplies. Thus, only techniques rendered by the Makyan's race can be used once Natural Aptitude is used. This technique can only be used ONCE PER DAY (In Game).

Technique Name: Negative Rings
Description: Maeyo calls upon the forces of the Dead Zone to create two bands of energy. Being born from the chaotic energies of the Dead Zone, the bands can disrupt the natural physical harmony of the body, essentially rendering the user intangible from ki based attacks. When attacked, the ki energy passes right through into the Dead Zone. It can also be used on allies, but it is dependent on Maeyo's power to remain active. During usage, the user's whole body looks completely black as a result of the Dead Zone.
Activation Cost: 1,500 Ki Points

Technique Name: Phantasmagoria
Description: Beatrice is a Dream Demon, residing in the World of Dreams. This is a plane of existence adjacent to what is commonly perceived. As such, while inhabitants of one can see the other, they can never interact. She has been called many things through her long life; ghost, spook, poltergeist, phantom. None of those names were truly accurate, but there was nothing she could do about it. Until now.
After long years of study, she has finally mastered a technique to open a portal between the Material Plane and the World of Dreams. This portal can only be opened sparingly, and will only remain open for a moment. But while it is open, anyone can move in or out, passing from one realm to the other, or back again.
In this World of Dreams, she is vastly more powerful than in the Material Plane. She has had centuries to learn how to manipulate it's reality, to summon illusions or phantasms. When in the World of Dreams, she can manifest illusions to beguile or even attack the person who has entered her demesnes. As well, both she and any others within the World of Dreams are eligible for actual physical injury, or in extreme circumstances, death.
Activation Cost: Normal mode, zero. To activate World of Dreams, 2000 Ki, + 500 for each post of active alteration to the World of Dreams.

Technique Name: Physical Adaptation
Description: A technique created which simply allows the user to be able to bypass the needs to rank up through tournaments. As such, they cannot participate in any ranking based tournaments that may come up, since they can proceed through the ranks regardless. Due to this, they has realized that they gained an immediate plus 4 in Power Level, due to them becoming so strong so fast.
Activation: None

Technique Name: Prismatic Radiance
Description: Everyone has their own unique Aura, which takes on a color when manifested physically. Hedoro, being of a much more varied form than a non-Majin, is capable of changing the color of her own Aura to match an opponent's, once she has seen their Aura manifested. Once she does this, she gains added defense against that person's attacks, due to her own Aura being in tune with theirs. This treats her Defense as +2 when taking a physical strike from that person, or she may emit her own Ki to defend against an energy attack. (Costs half as much as the original attack, to deflect it.)
[As well, her own substance may or may not change color to evince this alteration.]
Activation Cost: 100 Ki to change her Aura's color, 1/2 the cost of an energy attack to deflect it.

Technique Name: Pure Bloodline
Description: Using the technology created by the late Doctor Gero, Sayla's DNA was gathered and manipulated in her creation. The manipulation to the DNA was to removes the weaker genes, and create a perfect Saiyan. With the successful activation of Sayla, the first pure blood Saiyan was born on Earth. Bonuses: +2 Str, +1 Spd, and +1 PL

Technique Name: Rapid Evolution
Description: Everyone possesses the ability to adapt to a situation. Some have this trait in stronger amounts than others. Hedoro possesses it in spades, she can find herself acclimatized to any situation in short order, shifting to new strategies on the fly and continually growing, strengthening, evolving. Partially, this is due to her nature as a Majin. But it is also due to her own ingenuity and adaptive nature. This nature allows her to invent new techniques more frequently than others, creating a new custom technique for every 7,000 Ki she has, instead of 10,000.
Activation Cost: None, passive ability.

Technique Name: Saiyan Heritage
Description: Being the only true pure blooded Saiyan on Earth, Sayla has even their genetic traits. One of these traits is the ability to grow stronger faster than that of normal people. If she were to win or lose a fight than she gains a stat point; however, if she were to die in the fight then she would gain two stat points (Death counts as lose and thus doesn't stack Lose and Death). These points are allowed to be used on any stat of choice and must have a TC made with a link to the outcome of the fight (Cannot be used by beating or dying to any of my RPC).

Technique Name: Silver Crescent Moon
Description: A white ki sphere appears in Ryan's hand and a silver crescent moon appears on it. A silver beam is shot at the enemy and a huge explosion is created. A giant imprint of a crescent moon appears on the ground where the opponent was hit.
Activation Cost: 1000 Ki Points

Technique Name: Six Stars
Description: Being the Six Star Shadow Dragon grants Leviathan some rather advanced control over Wind and Water. As a passive ability, Leviathan can wrap a layer of wind laced Ki around her body. This gives the Dragon a few advantages. First it allows her to breath in most areas that normal Dragons or living beings couldn't (i.e. underwater or highly toxic areas). Second it grants Levi the ability to extend her strike range by at least one foot from the swirling air around her. These strikes will also lacerate her target when it connects to them.
Activation Cost: ---

Technique Name: Shadows of Namek
Description: The user will concentrate their energy, and release a Ki blast directly at their enemy, and instantly dash behind the enemy. The Ki blast will explode just short of the enemy, creating a cloud, which the user will burst forth from, and execute a slicing blade of Ki energy.
Activation Cost: 1,000 Ki Points

Technique Name: Shed armor
Description: Your armor breaks off. Lowers defense by 5, Boosts Speed by 5 (must have at least 6 in defense)
Activation Cost: [If Any] N/A, auto-activates

Technique Name: Shockwave
Description: Shirubā clinches his fists and slams them into the ground, making the ground rip apart in a line toward the opponent. This can be used to trip the opponent or send them underground.
Activation Cost: 300

Technique Name: Skin Disease
Description: When Echo throws off a piece of skin onto his opponent. The skin wraps around the opponent and steadily eats them away. The skin does more damage the longer it is attached and also does rapid damage to skin that always heals. It is virtually a throw-able cancer.
Activation Cost: None

Technique Name: Snap Kamehameha
Description: It starts off with a normal Kamehameha hands near your side. Instead of a single blue light appearing, more will appear. When you extend your arms, the blast will separate and go different directions. They will all then stop and go to the intended target.
Activation Cost: 760 Ki x the amount of separated pieces from the blast

Technique Name: Soltice
Description: Leaping into the air, light envelops Rosalia as she stays suspended in the air. Her Ki energy hits the light around her and it explodes out like an explosion, hitting all enemies that hadn't had time to find shelter. This technique wears her out a little and is usually only used when she need an edge over her opponents.
Activation Cost: 800-1200 Ki Points {depends on the time of day}

Technique Name: Sound Something
Description: Manipulates the Ki around the user to create sound.
Activation Cost: 0

Technique Name: Spirit Kamehameha
Description: Shirubā raises his hand like he is charging a Destructo Disk, only without the stance. He then charges a yellowish ball of ki in his palm. Shirubā then brings his arm down and fires the orb in a yellowish energy wave. Finally, he brings his other arm next to it, as if he was firing a Kamehameha, and the small energy wave increases in size and strength.
Activation Cost: 900

Technique Name: Spirit Shroud
Description: Shirubā activates the spirit sword and twirls in a tornado spin, which can be used offensively and defensively. This technique will cover the user in a yellow light if they put all their ki into it.
Activation Cost: 900

Technique Name: Stylish Lvl. X
Description: When Dante gets Enough Ki Built up. He Goes into a Demon Transformation state which Doubles his Speed and His Bullet Shots turn into Dark Ki Shots that have a Slicing Effect. (The Slicing Lasts for the Post it was fired if it Hits its target). This Ability lasts for 10 minutes and Has to wait an Hour until can activate again. (Meaning this Ability lasts for Five Posts and you have to wait 30 posts that The User Writes to use it again)
Activation Cost: 7000 Ki

Technique Name: The Art of Speed
Description: Due to his low rating in strength and defense, Attor had undergone a series of training routines in order to better strengthen himself in the heat of battle. This technique allows Attor to gain +1 Strength for every 3 speed stats he possess. Although this technique is not permanent, it will only last for up to 10 posts after activation. It allows for him to gain a boost in strength, due to the momentum he possess from his increased abilities in speed.
Activation Cost: Activation: 1700 Ki. Length: 10 Posts. CoolDown: 2 Posts

Technique Name: The Final Form
Description: The final transformation to which occurs to Reaver, in order to cause him to take on his final form. The humane features he had been holding onto are quickly ripped away, as he takes on the full appearance of the Changling race, while keeping the same internal components that he held before. Gaining further armor like abilities, consisting of odd guard like things over his shoulders and a more muscular frame. As far as his cybernetics go, he has been full filled with such useful things such as a dispenser for the Senzu Beans and Ensenji fruit, directly into his mouth as soon as he needs one of them. He also has the Dragon Radar infused directly into his brain, allowing him to have an extra sensory perception for the location of any and all dragon balls. This form is considered to be his 'perfected' evolutionary form. From this form, he begins to tap into the abilities that make him something along the lines of Cell once again. Advancing off his previous abilities to absorb those that he has killed around him, he becomes able to gain more power with each person [RPC] he absorbs. Upon killing an absorbing an opponent into himself, he gains stat points equal to the difference between his lowest level stat, and the same stat of the person he has absorbed. That being said, if he kills someone and/or absorbs them, and his defense is 10, while their's was 11. He would then gain that one defense stat point onto his score. This ability is currently limited to only being able to gain a maximum of 5 stat points upon a kill, and that is only if there is that large of a difference between his and his opponent's stats. These stat points are then transfered to a pool separate from his own. When his over all ki pool goes below 15% of it's total, he will enter a transformation to the likes of a "hyper mode" where his ki will explode around him, actually seeming to flicker like electricity and all stats he has obtained from his kills will be added onto his pool. This hyper mode will last for 5 posts.
Activation Cost: Killing and/or Absorbing the deceased. 'Hyper Mode': 15% Ki remaining. Duration: 5 posts

Technique Name: The Phases
Description: This ability actually allows for Attor to gain a better adaptation with his techniques. This ability allows for Attor to be able to change the state of his technique from anything between a solid to a liquid to a gas, or anything in between that he deems needed. As such, it greatly increases how he could go about attacking with his own clan abilities.
Activation: 200 Ki to change forms after activation. 100 Ki added to activate with a different form.

Technique Name: The Sharingan
Description: The Sharingan eyes are a special brand of doujutsu which is hidden within the genetic code of certain Shinobi. This eye is primarily used as a heightened defensive tactic, as well as a power accelerator. This set of eyes allows for primary heightened sense of the area around them, allowing for them to be able to track movements of anything from an opponent's body, to the movement of someone's lips while they talk. Although this does not permit them to be able to actually dodge an attack, unless their body is capable of doing so. These eyes are able to see the flow of Ki to a small degree, allowing them to better recognize the attacks coming towards Rogue. Which tends to be useful for someone who does not use Ki based attacks themselves, as well as the ability to recognize genjutsu. This technique grants a +10 in Defense.
Activation Cost: Activation: 1000 Ki. Drains (Per turn): 100 Ki. CoolDown: 3 Posts.

Technique Name: The Sixth Form
Description: A form created by Reaver through a small amount of gene manipulation in order to further the strengths of the Changling race. This sixth form is one that actually causes his body to change again, this time taking on a more advanced appearance. The spikes across his body will recede back in, allowing him a more human appearance, while his body becomes more thin and agile looking. Despite how thin and agile his body appears, this form is actually heavily armored. Minor razor sharp spikes line either fore arm almost like gator skin, able to be extended to roughly three inches at will. Easily making a more armored body, the legs and knees have the same sort of armor. A face mask of sorts made of a combination of metal and bone can now be seemingly grown from his face, to cover his mouth and nose, while twin horn like spikes emerge from just above his hair line, on his forehead. His eyes grow black around the pupils, and black lines extend to a small degree in a diamond like pattern around his eye sockets. This new form grants him +2 to all stats, much like the other Changling forms. It can only be acquired once all other forms have been acquired.
Activation Cost: Learning all 5 other forms.

Technique Name: Toxin Mastery
Description: This technique allows for Attor's toxic abilities to be able to increased in strength and duration in order to make him more deadly. For each rank that he reaches, two turns will be added onto the clan based abilities of his toxins, allowing such techniques as his Ki Seal, and his Confusion techniques to last for more then the standard three posts they normally lasted. This mastery also adds on a single stat to be subtracted[Or added in case of Enhancer Haze] from the opponent, for every rank he gains. As such he can increase the hazardousness of his Toxicity, Speed Reducer, and the enhancements of his Enhancer Haze respectively.
Activation: Whatever it costs to activate one of the techniques.

Technique Name: Trained Compression
Description: In his brief time training, Veyron learned that the more difficult things are while training, the stronger you become for it. With this in mind, Veyron formulated a technique to make his training as hard and crucial as possible. Just like demons learned to compress their true forms, he learned to go further, and to compress his compressed form. In doing so, he takes the full appearance of a human, his hair changing to black, and his skin changing to a regular humans pale pink. Just like his compressed demon form is weaker than his true demon form, this form is weaker than that. While in this form his stats are halved. However, due to being forcibly compressed, for a short while after he releases it his power flares, and his strength is slightly increased for a short while. (when released his stats go back to normal and are then increased by an amount equal to their compressed state. If the stat is naturally 10, then it is compressed to 5, and upon release is increased to 15 for 3 posts and etc.)

Activation Cost: (If it needs one, then 50 Ki per point "released" upon activation, so that it scales and the cost increases as he gets stronger.)

Technique Name: Tri Mastery Beam
Description: The Tri Mastery Beam is an attack that utilizes a triangle made of three basic energy orbs, Ice (Cooled energy), Fire (Heated energy), Lightning (Pure energy). The pure energy resides at the top the cooled resides at the bottom right and heated energy at the bottom left. The three orbs are formed by rapidly pulsing your hands in the shape of a triangle pumping the type of energy needed out at each point. Once they are large enough they send energy in the form of strange colored electricity into the center forming a white energy ball. The user places their hand on the center orb and pull back over their head. A rainbow of electricity connects their hands to the ball then when they swing their hand down and touch the ball the three outer orbs swirl into the center then a energy beam flies out, the beam is red, yellow, and blue. The attack strikes with electricity, fire, and ice at once and the attack is a bit stronger at its basic form than the Galick Gun and Kamehameha but can also increase in power the more Ki you use.
Activation Cost: 1500

Technique Name: Two Stars
Description: Due to the number of stars on which Haze has for a Dragon Ball, he has noticed that in order to remain strong, despite the fact that he only has access to three techniques of his clan. With this ability he has created, he has become able to place his speed into how fast he can create his own custom techniques. Thus he becomes able to gain two custom slots, every 20,000 Ki instead of one custom slot. As well as the normal every 10.000.

Technique Name: Wait...what?
Description: Ayane drops down to a squatting stance with her arms crossed in front of her face, focusing her ki just outside of her body. With this manifestation of ki, her body is able to shrug off most attacks as long as she stays immobile. Provides a temporary plus ten to defense while dropping speed to zero while in the stance.
Activation Cost: 800 with another 100 per round upkeep(per post of user)

Technique Name: White Assassin
Description: This changes Ryan's Ki to the same color as the wind. It lightens his body making him move at an extreme speed. Making almost a white blur as he moves.
Speed Boost- 10
Activation Cost: 2000 ki
