When the two who seemed to have put up the posters began to explain the game, a brow jacked up a bit. Turn based Truth or Dare? Hmm... would be a bit difficult since typically it's played by people who know each other a bit first right? Right? Well... too late now and maybe he'd learn some new and interesting things. And since it was rude to leave the second one arrived so he'd stick around.
Carry's voice made him stop listening to Cora and focus on her, his eyes hooding slightly at the incorrect saying of his name. But, as he recalled, she always said his name wrong for some reason. "Evening, Carry. And thank you very much. You look as lovely as always. How have you been adjusting to the school?" He didn't need to really ask Barth since he had seen how well he was getting along with school. "I'm not too sure how well this shall go, but it sounds like a good bit of fun to have, I think." Noticing the cooler as it was pointed out, he smiled a bit more. "What'd you bring to drink?"
"Thank you, Barth." Was it truly that nice? He looked down at it curiously, but then again he always dressed nicely. It was pleasing to see it noticed, though.

She glanced at the boil when he said something that sounded slurred. It was probably a miracle she was able to discern what he actually said. LW smiled at him, thankful he wasn't mad or anything. "Yeah. Lotta people to trip over. She watched him scan the group before slinking down to sit. Her own gaze traveled around and blinked when she heard...whining? Was someone whining already and they hadn't even started...whatever?
At the sound of the ghoul who introduced herself as Cora, LW perked up and looked that way. Ah, so they were the ones that had instigated this. Oh Candlejack! Did she just say Truth or Dare? Slowly, the she-wolf sat down where she was with a sly curl of her lips, tail wrapping around her and out of the way of anyone that might step on it. This night should be entertainment at its finest!
"Sounds like this is gonna be one hell of an evening." She eyed the cooler that the one ghoul had brought. LW doubted any of the good stuff was in there though.

Their entire trek to where the activity was had been horrible. Of course, she had chosen the wrong "edge of the Weeping Forest," if that was even possible, and stood around with her reindeer like a moron for a good ten minutes before realizing it was clearly not where they were supposed to meet. Then when she and Dasher finally started to head along the rest of the forest edge in search of the students, they ended up getting chased by a group of aggressive squirrels, nuts flying past their head whenever the squirrels saw fit, until they were out of their "territory" and the group of students were in sight.
Colette mumbled, "Finally," and made her way over to the students, her reindeer following alongside her. She stood before the circle awkwardly with no clue of what the heck was going on. "Um.. hi."
In a search for any familiar faces, Colette looked around the circle of students, but only saw three she could identify. Calder, who had hosted where she made her first attempt at meeting students; a patchwork boil who she only saw briefly on the Christmas trip before a red robot attacked everyone; and Barth. Barth. He had called her and left a message after the Christmas madness, and she did call back, but never received a reply; and Colette just assumed he didn't find her important enough to call back. She looked at him for a moment, but averted her eyes. If he didn't feel like returning her messages, she'd just have to let him have what he wanted and ignore him too.
The Reaper figured she looked odd long enough by just standing there with a reindeer and hoped to find whoever was in charge with a seemingly general question, "Er.. I hope it's okay I brought him?" Him being the very noticeable reindeer with the glowing nose.

Christof hung by Barth's side, and immediately regretted it. Of course all of the ghouls would hone in on him. Flushing, he moved closer to the familiar G, prepared to sit on the grass and wait for his turn when suddenly Colette showed up with.... another haunting memory of Christmas town. With a yelp, he instinctively reached for his shovel like he had with Amrita's DeathCharm, only to find he had left it at home- of course, what would he have needed a shovel at a game party for? Drat!! He should have known better. Instead, at the sight of the glowing little reigndeer, he grabbed the first bludgeoning-object he could find- a large rock. Eyes narrowed with determination, he approached, raising it up, ready to save the entire group from a horrific attack!

As he was tripped over, Gargantuan jerked a little, but he only waved a little at the wolf girl with a merry grin. "Hullo!" He didn't seem to be offended in any way, and his tail thumped a little as Cora began to speak up. ...Truth or Dare? Gargantuan had never played Truth or Dare!
H was starting to get a little uneasy at the mention of leaving--why would anyone leave if a game was fun? Oh well... before he could dwell on it for too long, he spotted someone else very familiar. Patchy. It was Patchy! Patchy, his friend, Patchy!
And then Patchy located a very heavy rock, and G's fins flared out with alarm. What was he doing with that? Oh! Oh! Patchy... Was Patchy about to hit that little girl on the head?
Alarmed, Gargantuan lunged at the undead student in an attempt to knock him over, having no idea what was going on. "Nooo, Patchy, nooo! You's gonna get kicked out of school!" He cried, driven to a near-panic at the thought of one of his friends getting into detention again.

'Patchy' was only able to give a startled, muted yelp in this throat and out his nose as suddenly the ground lunged at his face, the rock tumbling across the grass as he lay pinned under three hundred pounds (or what felt like it anyway) of Gargantuan. Squirming madly, he tried to claw his way out, still terrified of the Christmas THING the young Ghoul had brought with her, convinced it was going to set fire to the lot of them. Granted the reigndeers had generally been the least of their worries, but still it instilled a deeply- burned- terror in the boil. Christmas meant Burning Death, after all. What was the over-sized monster THINKING?? It was going to kill them all!

More people had started to arrive now, still none of which Ren recognized. He felt terribly out of place here, like he was standing in the center with a giant Post-it note stuck on his forehead that read "I AM A NEWBIE."
Except now he was too lazy to actually get up and leave, so he stayed put.
The orange haired girl introduced herself as Cora, the skeleton boy as Morton. Ren raised his eyebrows slightly at the intended game, and then the rules, but didn't say anything; after all, he was here for a little fun, right?
...right?
The girl who had tripped over him was now sitting next to him, the rest of the students beginning to follow suit and move in a circle. Ren slid his gaze towards the redheaded she-wolf and yawned.
"So," he said, in a rather pathetic attempt at conversation. "What brings you here tonight?"

"He did," Barth said accusingly, indicating to the patchwork that had just gotten plowed into the ground.
"Hi, Dasher. Colette," Barth said. "That err, is Dasher, isn't it. Ended up coming home with you, did he?"
Barth had not, as usual, checked his messages.

There were way too many students out here this late. This never happened. Riley should have probably read, instead of ignored, those odd posters she'd seen tacked up all over the halls. She had not, and she certainly had not ever expected students to be out here this late. What kind of sadistic ritual required this much young living (and dead!) flesh, this late, cuddled together in the forest?
And why hadn't someone made sure she knew about it?
Regardless, Riley was a little annoyed. She put away the set of knife cutlery she'd been carrying, sliding them silently back into her pockets, and stood like a looming shadow behind G. Okay, let's be honest. She stood like a tiny invisible nothing, behind G. When he pounced Christof, she wrapped her arms around the giant lug from behind and squeezed - ineffectual, seeing as when HE had done this to HER, it had scared the deathly nightlights out of her. Her hug would probably be almost unnoticeable. But she tried to be scary about it. Roar.
Why are you all out here in the middle of the night? She murmured out to everyone, despite her awkward position.

Colette took a few steps back and looked at the patchwork boil with a confused and slightly disturbed face, ready to grab Dasher and hightail it away at the sight of the large rock in his hands. Dasher just took it upon himself to become invisible and hide behind Colette, his glowing nose giving away any possibility of being unseen. Was this the right place? Maybe she accidentally stumbled upon a group of something-she-wasn't-supposed-to out by the woods. Or were pets really, really not welcome?
When different, very large and green boil tackled the patchwork, Colette jumped and widened her eyes, startled at the entire situation and muttered out, "ER. S-sorry," Oh, how she sounded like a certain ghoul right then, "I didn't think he would be a problem."
The situation must have made her entrance quite noticeable, because Barth actually acknowledged her existence. She didn't even look at the boil, and instead turned around to pick up Dasher and give her best yeah-whatever attitude of an answer, "Uh, hi. And yeah."
(( OTL. I'm going to bed. Pretend Colette is checking if Dasher is okay and waiting for instructions and jazz. D8 ))

Violet eyes regarded the large green...thing...boil...whatever he was with a friendly smile. "Hiya!" She piped up, adding in a small wave at the green boil. He was so much bigger than she was, but at least he didn't seem to have really noticed nor cared that the she-wolf had tripped on him. The boil she sat next to spoke up again and LW turned to look at him.
"So...?" She blinked at him then a quirky grin appeared. "I heard it was s'posed to be tons of fun and some mention about booz-er drinks." The she-wolf tilted her head a little. "Names LW."
Movement from the corner of her eye had her glancing at the big green boil as he lunged towards another person. All the she-wolf saw was his green tail come towards her head and she squeaked, scrambling to get out of the way. She went the only way she currently had open. Where the gryphon sat.
The she-wolf was all but sitting in the poor gryphons lap at this point, tail curled tightly around her legs (and possibly his, but she wasn't looking). Oh geez. Great way to introduce yourself right there. Such a graceful lady she was.

Hey! She remembered Cora and Morton from Sex Ed! Yes, that's right, they were sitting with Sin. Junko tilted her head and listened to the ghoul's introduction, making a slightly worried look. She knew what Truth or Dare was...but Junko had never played it herself, and for good reason. She'd heard so much about it, read so much about it. It wasn't a safe game, especially not for naive girls like her. Crap. Nevertheless, Junko sat down with everyone else to help form the circle, looking very unsure now. Craaaaap. Was it too late to turn around and go back? She didn't even know anyone here except-- "G!" Junko gasped, watching as he basically tackled that poor student. Why was G pouncing on him!? He was so distraught! Why was poor G so upset? Junko didn't get a chance to get up and see what was wrong for Riley's voice interrupted her thoughts.
It had to be Riley. She knew that voice! And she knew no one else who could invade her head like that other than Her. "Hello...Riley?" Junko blinked and looked around. Where was Riley? She heard her but she didn't see her! "We're just going to play truth or dare..." Where was she?

At the sudden voice in his head, Christof twisted, exposed mismatched hands clawing at the grass outside of under the massive green student, his mental voice that only Riley could hear sounding muffled and strangled if only because that was how he felt, Mistress! Thank Fear Around Us!! Mistress please save me! He didn't bother to call for Barth. One, he wouldn't have heard his mental outcries, and two, guy was already sitting. There was no helping him after that point.

Amrita had seen the posters, but mostly ignored them. Anything that had 'dare' in it could go horribly wrong really fast, and besides...her life had been too exciting already. The undead child had every intention of staying home and studying, or even just staying away from the forest meeting area of the game.
So it surprised her immensely when she realized she ended up in the forest anyway with a voice in her head asking what they were doing in the middle of the night. How...how did she get here again? It was a mystery! Though it might have had something to do with a certain little Death Charm that insisted on following terrorizing her at every turn; the evil beast who purred happily and followed her everywhere. Oh well. She was here, and more importantly there were a lot of people that she knew; how bad could it possibly be?!
Unaware that the loving terrible Death Charm was lurking in the background, stalking around the group just in case, Amrita shuffled closer to the group - Why was G tackling Christof? - and ended up moving closer to Livi to be a safer distance from the tackling, hoping he might notice that she was a good girl and not wearing her yellow sari; it was some burnt orange dress this time!
"G...what're you doing to Christof?" She couldn't help but ask, her eye wide with curiousity.

Holly wasn't sure what she was doing here. She was new. Really new. It was quite literally earlier when she was moving to her room that she saw the posters. Not that she had a lot to move in, it was more of finding her room and seeing where it was. The fox spirit shrugged and decided that the edge of a forest could be a good place to met people. Worst case Holly could just leave if it was boring and steal what booze they had the posters mentioned.
Buttoning up another button on her front she made her way to where she thought it was. She had to check a map that she'd received... somewhere? Holly shook her head, this place was so weird.
She eventually saw the group of people gathered. At least she didn't show up to nothing or one person. That would have been lame. Her soft-footed PJs made little noise as the ghost approached the group.
