Beatrice looked around, before giggling softly to herself. The sound would be faint, not much more than the ordinary sound of wind whistling through buildings. She had very little presence, much less than most. After all, she wasn't really there, not in the way that others would expect, or assume. She walked forward, headed toward the famed Ansatsuken Dojo. She had never been there, now had seemed as good a time as any. After all, there was supposedly a meteor plummeting toward it, ready to smash it to pieces. She could hardly call herself a Demon if she didn't go out and see such a wonderful light show. And who knows? Perhaps something interesting would happen, too? She was certainly an interesting sight herself, walking directly toward the top of the Dojo. In mid-air, not flying but seemingly actually walking on thin air.




Kawari arrived, standing at attention for a moment. She had no idea why, but HQ had ordered her to come investigate, see what the scenery was like before, during and after the meteor strike. She had been given leave to try to deflect the meteor, mitigate the destruction somewhat. But that was left to her own discretion. If it seemed to be possible, she would make the attempt. If it seemed impossible, she would simply stand by and watch. No judgment would be made until then, anything decided now would be premature. She could sense a number of other energy signatures, it seemed she was not the only one who had been drawn here. Like moths to the flame? The meteor was just a normal celestial body, pulled too close by the planet's own gravitational signature, and buffeted by it's atmosphere. It would become extraordinarily hot as it tore through the atmosphere, rock would become molten and shatter like shrapnel. A dangerous mass, with any luck there would not be a large number of casualties.




The draconian figure sped toward the Dojo, still a moderate distance away. That was fine, she was in no hurry to get to ground zero. A meteor was said to be a valid tool for prophesying, for seeing the future. she had never had a gift for prognostication, but with an aid like this, who knew what was possible? Plus, it just seemed like something new and interesting. There weren't many times where a meteor fell to Earth, this could well be a once in a lifetime opportunity. She had to see it, or she'd regret it for a long, long time. And considering how long Dragons could live, that was a very long time indeed.

After being greeted by Leviathan, Kasai introduced himself. "As you may know I am Kasai Shenron, the incarnation of Nuova." Leviathan was the first of the dragons that he had met since he was born. "I've heard of those Namekians, count me in." Kasai said after she explained what she wanted of him.

Lord Zhou was surprised to the one he killed in the tournament back alive and in action. "Ah yeah sorry about that... You look well." Zhou said in response to her. Vi acknowledged Sayla by nodding back. "Maybe we can spar some other time." He said as he looked up to the sky waiting for the meteor to appear... A short time later Zhou saw the object crash into the dojo. He could feel the odd power of the creature that rose from the crater caused for the collision.

Echo seemed to just some what appear in the Dojo. He had been wondering around and some how he felt the evil intent brining him here. That would be fun wouldn't it. Something that was more evil than him. Echo looked to the left to see his wandering Samurai friend. Echo waved him over.

"Hey you're back to life I see."

Rage only responded with a simple response.

"I guess I am..what is that..some sort of evil egg?"

Rage said slowly as he put his hand on the katana. However he felt weak compared to that Egg. He hadn't really learnt anything. He was weaker than most of the people here. He didn't even know how to fly yet. He couldn't even tell this guys or the eggs power level. He scratched his head. Things were a lot eaiser when he was just a wnadering samurai.

The odd serpentine creature slowly coiled around the civilian that it had attacked right off the bat after emerging from it's odd enclosure that allowed it to make it to earth. Turning it's eyeless head back and forth in order to look at the assorted warriors that were here of all different races and strengths, the creature opened it's mouth wide, as a large crimson orb filled up between it's jaws before being released like a sinister beam outwards, tearing into the ground and across the area near all the earthlings that were here to see it's grand entrance. With this sudden attack from this odd worm like creature, it rapidly moved around the person it had been eating, the remains of the civilian appeared to have worm like things beginning to grow within it and emerge outwards, almost as if more of these things were being created from the body of the now deceased civilian itself.

Zed watched in mild interest as she saw the human being eaten alive. It almost distraced her from seeing the creature open it's mouth however the sounds it was making forced her to stare back at it. She ended up seeing a large orb within its jaws pointed towards the them. Her attention then went to see a male who use some type of 'vanishing ball' on the blast. ' Good idea,.. She thought before returning her attention back to the creature." Might as well have some fun," She muttered to her self while watching the other fighters. The female took out her large Panzer Faust and aimed it in the general direction of the creatre's mouth. With her right hand she pressed down on the button, watching as two rounds of rockets went straight towards it. It may have been an attack that was man made however why waste her ki so quickly when she had great power within the machine.







Razlo watched the scene as if it was some type of fiction. He only seemed mildly interested in helping out the human however it was much more interesting to see it being turned in to a living breading item. It was odd to see the small worm like creatures coming from the body.His gaze then turned to see a few humans in the area running away after seeing the civilian being eat. "Well at least they aren't running to the slaughter like sheep," He said as a grin appeared on his face. He then started to
gather up his ki in each finger of his left hand, having a small orange light appear at the edge of each one. When he was done the male simply aimed his left hand out, having the index finger aimed forward. He wouldn't use this until he gathered enough, waiting to see what else the creautre would do.

Beatrice watched dispassionately as the space lamprey attacked a random passerby, but didn't seem to eat them. Weird, all classic monsters from space ate people. Didn't it get a copy of the script? She slowly moved a bit lower to get a closer view, wondering if it had something else in mind. A beam attack? Better, but not by a huge margin. It needed to belch acid and spit fire!




Kawari soon had her answer. The monster had no sooner emerged than it had lashed out and caught a civilian. She began computing, taking into account factors as they presented themselves to her. When the monster released the civilian without eating them, she knew what she had to do. She took to the air, lifting up quickly. And just in time, a Ki beam of destruction blasted the place where she had just been standing, vaporizing rock. That had been close, too close for comfort. She had to act fast, because if her hypothesis was correct... She flew a bit higher and risked moving somewhat closer, before she charged up a powerful Ki blast of her own, then sent it blasting down. Not at the beast, but at it's victim? She was predicting that this creature wasn't eating the civilian because there was a higher purpose to it. Such as propagation. She would have to destroy them before such an act could come to pass.




Anima had a bit of warning when she saw the beast gather energy within it's gaping jaws. Preparing herself, she leaped out of the way as the alien's beam of destruction carved a line in the scene surrounding it, including where she had been only moments ago. She panted, breathing a bit hard at the sudden burst of speed she'd had to rely upon to avoid getting hit and likely crippled. She didn't want to see what happened to a foe the beast managed to wing, to incapacitate long enough to get close and attack with that mouth...
