Justin shrugged. "I never said it was a bad thing. In fact, I find it kinda cool. Just sayin'. Anyway, treasure hunting, eh? Sounds exciting. Lot more than my life." He told her.

Justin nodded. He actually understood what she said. "I get what you're saying there. Money can't compare to something you love, and work hard to get. You just can't buy that sorta thing." He said. He kinda had the same kinda feeling when he accomplished something challenging, like a level in a game, or mastering a move that he worked on in his Taekwondo class.

Rouge reached into her coat pocket, pulling out what looked like another diamond, exactly semetrical to the other. But the one she just took out was fake. It had the same shape, mass, and traits, except it wasn't real.

Rouge smirked. "This one," she held up the real one, "is the real one I'm going to keep. And this," she held up the other one, "is the fake one I'm going to hand over to the government."

"Nope. It's an exact replica. No microscope or scientist could tell the difference. Except if you were to ask an expert jewelery maker, because they'd tell you it was fake.

Justin smiled. "So, everyone goes away happy, and you keep your prize. Nice." He actually respected this girl's brains at this moment, even if he didn't even know her name, or anything. Regardless, she was smart, and she was interesting to him. She was different from anything in his normal life.

The same beep from earlier. Rouge put away the real gem, and talked into her wristwatch again.
"What are you DOING? Does it take this long to get back to base?!"
"Sorry General, I was, er, held up a bit. I'll be right there."
She lowered her wrist, looking at Justin. "Sorry. That's my que." She took off her hoodie(revealing what she has on in her character appearance) and spread her wings, flapping them and going into the air. She looked down at Justin and gave a little wave. "Oh, and my name's Rouge the bat! But call me Rouge! Sayanora!" She flew off.

Justin watched Rouge fly off. "Sayonara! Oh, and my name's Justin!" He called back to her. As she disappeared, he slowly felt the twinge of excitement fade. He didn't expect to see her again, given the whole treasure hunting thing. Some part of him hoped he would run into her again at some point. He didn't want to go back to his normal routine. Plus, she wasn't too bad to look at, he had to admit.

Rouge flew over the city, and over the sea. The base was located in the middle of the ocean. She dropped down on the landing dock, and went inside.

"Good work, Rouge. But, what held you up?" he asked curiously, looking at her.
"That bozo I was telling you about. He started following me around." she explained.
He nodded.
