Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon was feeling slightly inadequate.
"Snakes, and scorpions, and bears oh my...." he said with a light chuckle
He figured all he could do now was laugh and wait.
"And I thought the creepy Obaa-chan was the scary one...." he said nodding towards Yuzuki.
He slowly continued to form seals under the cover of his sleeves managing to form 2 substitutions with exploding tags layered on top of one another.
"Being a desert boy I find the scorpion and snake a wee bit less intimidating....no offense Kuma-Kun" he said waving at the bear in a friendly manner.
"Just promise you wont make any bad puns about your 'bear' hands ok Hyuga-sempai?" he said....he hated himself for his own cheese filled humor...but maybe it would be enough to throw them off their game...he was a child after all it might be enough to lower their guard or underestimate him abit.
.....He hoped....... Ryumon's Resolve

As The fight continued on its way; the fight started to crackle with a slight blue electric ark. Small tendrils of Neon Blue lightning jumping from surface to surface; as well as from Genin to Genin; Even though it looked just like lightning the Flame was heat-less and felt more like touching your hand to a balloon covered in static. It was hard to tell if it was part of the show or not; after all it looked like a special effect that would be used an a corny Cage match; or even a rock show.
As the lightning continued to build in the area the feeling a static continued to grow in the area; the tendrils becoming more and more common until it almost looked like the cage was the center of a massive lightning storm; a faint humming; much like that; that came off of a UV light could be heard coming from the center of the room; that was.... if everything was silent.

I'm one Nightmare...
It amazed her how she was the only one to be an aggressor, Jin had summoned a snake, and Kazin had summoned a bear and either of them were making a move. She did learn something, and she forced hands without much chakra. She learned that Ryumon couldn't summon... or at least chose not to, in the end it didn't matter, if he didn't have a summon he was going to be at a slight disadvantage for power, but had a bigger advantage because he didn't deplete his chakra reserves so fast. She forced Kazin and Jin to put a fair amount of chakra into match already with their summons. Summons that she needed to take out quickly, alone and with her own summon she could probably handle one, but against two in seperate combat, she was going to have a struggle and push the lasting power of that summons. She'd rather take them out now, and then see whether or not she needed to bring it in later, if she did, she did, if she didn't, she'll likely bring it in anyway to puff herself up and try for some intimidation tactics... and perhaps give the crowd something messy in the process. Yuzuki wasn't ignorant of the strong static that was arching off the metal and dancing between the contestance. It worried her, not just because it was going to be a pain in the a** to get the static cling out of her hair, but she lived in the land of Lightning, and she knew what happened before lighting struck. First the static, then the lightning itself. But in a cave? That didn't make much sense unless someone was doing corny effects or a jutsu, and she doubted the sooner.
However, now wasn't the time to ponder over possibities, she'd keep an eerie eye open on what was going to become of this static, but for now she had two summons to get ride of and a little boy to terrorize. True enough, when Kazin released the genjutsu the scorpion itself disappeared, she was rather annoyed that he saw threw it so quickly, Yuzuki was standing just off of center in the area with her eyes closed, lighting arching in a dancing pattern off her body, her hair with obvious friz to it. When she raised her hand, the blue lightning continued it chaotic patterns across the metal blades of her fingers. "Congratulations... you can summon a bear, but you obviously can't do anything with it. It takes intelligence to wield anything... obviously you lack it. Maybe now that daddy and mommy are dead you'll have to actually start standing on your own two feet. We're facing off now, and the Raikage isn't going to protect you any longer. Why your tutors ever took the time to wipe your a** for you is beyond me. Your dead family must be turning in their graves at your cowardly nature. Its no wonder that whomever killed your branch family spared you, your no threat at all. All you are is full of hot air, in fact... the assassins of your family probably did the Land of Lightning a favour when they killed them, it ridded us of a family full of optimistic, losers who were bloated off their own arrogence. I bet, the Hyuuga bloodline is every bit the let down that this child from the Sand village and this coward from the Mist are." Yuzuki closed her eyes again, her stance widened softly, she brought her right arm across her torso with the elbow up and out, her left arm was pulled back and straight, with the blades out and facing Kazin. "What a disappointment your must be. I wonder if your last words from your father were a plea for help, or a curse to your incompetence as a son?"...you won't wake up from.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon was wary of the static and didn't want to take any chances, but he could not ignore what she said either.
"You presume to call me a child and spout off like a spoiled child who didn't get the toy she wanted?" he asked incredulously
"How sad for you little one... I fear you are 1000 years to early to speak to anyone like that." he added flatly as if reprimanding a child.
"Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for there family and people...Know also that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..." he said aloud as he drew 'Ryu no o' holding the thick short blade in in his right hand and the the curved dagger in the other. The chain connecting the 2 ends hung and layed before him on the floor in an arc.
"Hyuga sempai seems to understand this ....but you...You have much to learn about being a shinobi little girl..." he said falling into a low defensive stance.
"So will you show the 'child' how wrong he is? Or is all that power just an illsusion?" he added derisively
Oh it's on now!

I'm one Nightmare...
"You speak of love? Friendship?" Yuzuki mused as she turned her stance so that both taunted her in her periferal vision. "Do the pair of you ever stop to think before you start prattling on? Do you ever get tired of vomiting out what other people tell you in order to tuck you in at night in order for you to sleep comfortably? Your taunts, little boy, are as dry and as useless as the place you come from and the people that call it home. You call me a spoiled child, but I'm afriad that you have the wrong impression of me, if you actually experienced anything of the real world you'd understand that my words are true. Human beings are the most greedy, arrogent and selfish of all creation, they are lost in a world of darkness and madness, they think they are ready for what we are forced to embrace, but in truth, we as humans haven't evolved enough to truely grasp peace. We are still in a cycle of dominaiton and submission, peace is abotu co-existing with one another, but that is not what humankind wants, we want conflict, we crave war and demand that those whom we deem inferior to us be forced into submission. Why else then, would our villages be attacked for no other reason than simply human instinct and a deep need for destruction. The way of the shinobi, is not harsh, it is not cruel and it certainly isn't about family... it is about war and conflict, dominance and destruction of others around us. Why do you think that the shinobi have been in so many wars? Why do they teach you to weild a weapon -a thing that has been created for the sole purpose of taking life- and why do you weild it so eagerly? The answer is simple... it is because deep down, you are savage and primative, you have not evolved out of those genes and that instict that you have locked up inside that grey matter is telling you its survival of the fitest. That is not what a peace wanting shinobi is all about. Those who desire peace, are lost, they think that it is a magical cure all without any effort, spare the forming of the Udai council." Yuzuki's fingers twitched. "You amuse me, the way of the shinobi is love of family and people... and yet, you contridict your words with your actions, in more ways than one, actually. First, you weild weapons and pose to take my life, clearly not something that love would dictate, and then there is you mindless need to be coddled by your family. Whats the point of getting close to others? Others betray, everything dies, and in the end there is no escaping the fact that you were born into this world alone, and you will envidably die alone. No family, no friends... no nothing. Just you and yourself. If you want to show this 'little girl' how wrong she is, then come... stop cowering in your corner like a frightened puppy in a storm and prove to me that this false ideal of love and friendship is truely more powerful than what my mentality is. You were born weak, you'll die weak... both you and Kazin should have been drowned in the sack when you were both brough into this world... it would have save your families the embarassment of letting the world see the pair of you."...you won't wake up from.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon smiled broadly at her and let out a laugh letting his hood fall back.
"You must have a deep affection for him if you are acting like this.....twice now in this match you've verbally assaulted him. Either you're in love with him or you want to be like him. Either way you can't and it's making you bitter. I was wrong you no child....just a bitter old hag...." he said with a grin and fadded with a whisp of smoke.
He had used body flicker to move swiftly toward her corner and stopped in front of her. he stood there and plainly looked at her all tracces of humor gone from his face.
"You feel guilty.... You've taken lives and you feel guilty for the deeds you've done as a shinobi. It's eating at you and you hate the world for what it's made you do so you blame the weaknesses and failing of the human race because you're too blind to see anything else." he said with conviction
"A shinobi must do terrible things.....we must take lives....so that many more may be saved....shinobi end up in wars because somewhere along the way someone failed in that duty. We must delicately balance both a sword and shield and those who cannot rarely make it far on this path" he paused and pointed the thick short blade of 'Ryu no o' at her like an accusatory finger and then he continued, "It takes true strength to leave room in your heart for compassion when walking the path of the shinobi but you fail to grasp that...and it will lead you to ruin...." he said to her. There was no anger in his voice....not malice.... only sorrow for the state of her heart. Inside he wept for his fellow shinobi.
Oh it's on now!

Kazin stood there for a second to let Yuzuki finish her harsh words. As they struck him, Kazin didn't move. Not even a single eyelash moved from it's place as she spilled her rant. As she finished, Kazin's head dropped down for a very brief moment, as the Ryumon tried to talk to Yuzuki. After he had finished talking, his head returned back to it's original stare at Yuzuki. A crooked grin snaked it's way across his face as his stern glare became mangled and twisted with hate. Both his eyes and hands were freely twitching, as his dangerous stare washed over Yuzuki. That was his point, his final line that he was willing to take from her. He had brushed off her comment that she had made earlier, but it had finally reached the breaking point. Kazin was one to not lose his temper, but she had crossed a very strong heart-string, that at this point, he was going to make her regret. Kazin gave a very dark guttural laugh that seemed to come from a deep crevasse within him. It was almost terrifying, as such a noise would have never had escaped his lips with such blood lust and hatred as these had. After he had stopped, he returned his glare at Yuzuki. "You think those words will hurt me? Just because you have diarrhea of the mouth, doesn't mean you have to prove to everyone that your an incompetent witch. If your going to start pointing fingers at those who shouldn't have been born, isn't it about time that you start looking in a mirror. Just because your the weakest of the cloud village, doesn't mean you should take it out on others. You should prove through skill, not just complain. Jeez, at least Mana could hold his own in a fight before you could even walk up trees." Kazin said, as he once again let out a devious laughter. "Your just against family ties, because your family thinks of you as trash; a worthless piece of meat that had unfortunately been blessed their family name. You are just jealous of what the rest of the ninja world was blessed with, that you were not. If you are so worried about your innumerable weaknesses, then start training harder, and stop trying to put everyone down that is better that you because they were born that way, and start proving everyone that your worth being a ninja. You shouldn't have even passed the academy. You were the weakness in our squad not I. At least I had actions to back up my wording, all you can do is pathetic mind games, and summon. You don't even have a good enough chakra pool to sustain most of your jutsu." Kazin clapped with a sarcastic gesture, and laughed once again at Yuzuki. He continued after he finished his thoughts after his laughter "Here's for you being completely worthless, may you suffer the rest of your life with loneliness and despair, because you will never be as strong as any other ninja until you get over yourself, and embrace true strength, and not just a superficial strength. I even respect Ryumon here far beyond you, despite him being an opponent. Maybe you should just give up, and let the world's darkness consume you while you lather yourself in pity, and stop holding back the squad!"

“My, what a wonderful show.” Jin chuckled quietly, speaking in hushed whispers with Emenla. After Yuzuki’s verbal assault on Kazin, Jin knew he had to summon his companion. His sweater was tossed onto the ground, exposing his leather armor. Within the solid wall of serpent, it was getting pretty hot. But being from Suna, it wasn’t too bad. Squatting against the side of the snake, he supported the colorful Emenla; who was wrapped around his waist and resting her head on his shoulder. The snake shook her head. “Entertaining for us, who enjoy sadism in any form…but not for them, who came to see blood.” She motioned to the crowd and flicked her tongue out. Jin nodded in agreement and shrugged. He had his finger on the trigger of the mini-cross bow, but it wasn’t at the ready. “There will be blood soon enough.” He tilted his head and grinned at her. “Can’t you feel that in the air?” “Careful little one, insulting me like that...” They smiled and continued watching the fight. Jin fell in the middle of their logic, but he had no intention of chiming in. It was a powder keg of raging hormones and sentimental upbringing that he didn’t much care for. If that was what growing up in a village did to people, he was yet again thankful that he wasn’t tainted by their narrow-minded foolishness. After all, everything had its place in the world. The trick became knowing where to put what, when. For example, mindless chatter had no place in a fighting ring. But hypocrisy…well…that had its place everywhere. Which is why Jin was casually chatting, content where he was. At the very least, it was out of sight while his giant companion looked on menacingly at the three. Having been summoned after the genjutsu was cast, the summons were free of Yuzuki’s control. Jin, however, was oblivious to the fact. It didn’t exactly come up in conversation. After Kazin’s final proclamation, Jin readied the mini cross bow. Damn, did the trio have a mouth on them. He could appreciate the verbal dagger currently sticking out of each of their sides. He could also appreciate the fact that they were standing still while he held a weapon that could launch a poisoned kunai at a healthy speed of 30 yards/second in a cage whose chain walls fell below more than a third of an accurate shot...

I'm one Nightmare...
"And yet all you do is run to the end of your chain, and bark. Very well, these people came to see a show and seeing as you three don't have the courage to face me like men, let me at least put on a good show for these kind people... by adding some fireworks." Yuzuki pushed back on her foot to get some distance from the pair, she couldn't see these two getting any recognition, after all, they didn't have a pair of brains between them, she had said her piece, and listened to Kazin's regurgitation along with the other boys. They were quiet the pair indeed. Yuzuki flicked her wrists and six kunai levitated out and around her, each with exploding tags on the end of them. "Oh... and Kazin, I suggest you pick your words and your actions to become one in the same, after calling me out like you did. You look like a dog who just ran to the end of his chain and barked. Nothing more." Yuzuki raised her hands, throwing her cloak over her shoulders so that her arms movements were uninterupted. They were divided into three for each hand, she raised her right hand and aimed at Kazin, she flicked her fingers out at him one by one, the kunai at the end did the same, then she tossed a quick look over to Ryumon and repeated the gesture with the other hand, when the thrown weapons made it within about three feet of them she flicked her wrists up and down once more and then raised them. The kunai twitched and jumped, coming over head and raising about the pair, instead heading towards them and angling sharply. Her right hand flicked towards the right before heading towards the bear that Kazin summoned. While they were being manipulated by her chakra she could control the enough to avoid any attempts to block them, or at least it gave her another chance or two in order to hit her intended targets. The ones that were aimed at Jin's snake on the other hand were just brough down at an angle to hit the caccoon make of scale and muscle. Once again, her goal wasn't to get the prize that was inside, she just wanted to take out the wrapping that it was around it....you won't wake up from.

Kazin saw the attack coming from a mile away. he saw her train on this, and was in no surprise. His face was somewhere between blank, and deadly. He also noticed the static flickering across the cage. It made him a little nervous, but he wasn't entirely sure what it was. Kazin quickly jumped right behind the bear, putting it between him and Yuzuki. "I'm sorry, I'll make up for it later. take the hit to your arm, and use your other to attack." He readied and started the rotation. Heavenly Palm Rotation Kazin was sure that the bear could handle most of the damage, or else he wouldn't have done this. As he started to spin, the bear was propelled at an extreme speed. This sent the bear flying straight at Yuzuki. As intended, the kunai hit their targets, but only a couple of feet away from Yuzuki. AS ordered, the bear brought down it's powerful arm upon Yuzuki, as well as letting the explosive tags do the damage to her.

As the blue lightning continued to act throughout cage there was suddenly a blinding blue light; almost as though every square inch of metal that the cage had been turned into florescent bulbs; a gale force wind then emanating from the center of the Cage pushing every living and non living thing to the edge of the Cage; pressing everything against the Metal, as that happened an earth shattering 'thud' could be heard; as well as the sound of straining metal following by another Two massive thuds. A moment later the blinding light faded; and there was massive creature in the center of the cage; hunched over enough that it would be able to fit inside the steel cage. Few people would know what this creature was; seeing as how the only people who had ever been taught about the host's where the Host's themselves, the immortals, and high ranking Udai and Village ninja; it was unneeded information; so the kage of each village only gave what was needed AS it was needed. However as the beast stood there any sensor Ninja would see that the entire cage as well as the rest of the room was filled with a dence demonic chakra; with all this sudden Chaos it would be hard to notice the man standing on the massive beast's shoulder. As the blinding light faded the beast let out a massive roar that seemed to shake the room itself. (Controlled you slightly to keep you from getting smashed by the Demon))

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon noticed the change in direction for what it was....a diversion and immediately threw and equal number of Kunai at those above him to defelct and detonate them while they were still in mid air.
He used nearly identical tactics with kunai and exploding tags which allowed him to think quick enough to counter them in such a manner. Inwardly he had to give her credit for placement and control of fine movement considering she wasn't a Tensa he was thoroughly impressed.
He was also used to fighting that kind of attack from other tensa who could more accurate control the weapons... He was not even close to intimidated and now he was ready for a counter attack. As to attack he barely missed being hit by the bear as it was launched at her. He forced himself to move back and as he waited for an opening to attack from range he found him self being thrown towards the cage by a heavy wind.
He was narrowly able to right himself in the air before his feet came into contact with the cage to which he held on to about half way to the top. As the blinding light filled his vision he covered his eyes to keep from being blinded. When it faded he looked with utter shock at the large....creature standing before him.
"W-What in the..." he mouthed silently
As he held on to the cage with one hand his feet in the links to stablize him he held on the 'Ryu no o' and let it hang limply as he looked at this massive entity which now filled his vision.
Seems to fit the moment

Kazin was blasted into the side of the cage with great discomfort. Since he had been in his rotation, he wasn't able to make the landing properly, which made him hit it straight on out of control. He stood up, in pain, and rubbed his shoulders which was where he ended up taking most of the damage. Kazin looked over at his bear, which had taken the damage from the explosive kunai, but had been slightly cushioned from the impact of the blast from being cushioned slightly by Yuzuki's body. Kazin didn't want to kill her, so he dismissed his bear. He had bigger problems now, as he finally noticed what had caused the blast. The huge monster took up almost the entire arena, and had destroyed the cage. Kazin was in shock, and a slight shiver went up his spine. He had no idea what this creature was, but he knew that it was pouring with chakra. Kazin barely noticed the man atop the creature's shoulders, standing quiet within the shock of the crowd. Pure chaos has been released upon the arena, which changed the bloodthirsty roar into a curious babble. Kazin wasn't sure what was happening, but had an idea that this had something to do with the static that he noticed earlier. As he tried to move his leg, he realized he couldn't. without noticing it, he was actually frozen with shock. This huge creature had completely terrified him suddenly, making his legs useless at this moment. Reluctantly, he just stood and waited for the creature or man to take an action. He kept his ability activated, because for all he knew, this was just part of the exam.

Jin's eyes gleamed with humor as he took aim. He set his scope on the back of Ryumon's head. The boys had saved him, and he was thankful for that. But the shinobi world was much crueler than they were giving it credit for. They had only lived civilian life until this point, with some training sprinkled on. Jin knew combat, and through all the odd jobs he had encountered, knew people intimately as well. But he couldn't say much against Yuzuki. After all, nothing felt better than biting the hand that helped you. As his finger tickled the trigger, the giant gust of wind whisked into his eyes and blinded him. Already being held up in the corner, the snake braced itself. Jin stumbled back, stuck in a more oval shape than the comfortable circle he had been operating from. When he regained his composition, he peaked outside and saw the giant beast. He could almost feel the perversion of chakra coming from the beast, and oddly enough, it invigorated him. This was why he had left the temple. To see what interesting things he could find in the shinobi world. His joy-filled curiosity lasted for a moment, before the giant snake began to crush him. It was coiling up on itself in sheer fear, and there wasn't much Jin could do. He released the beast, and began gasping after it was gone. A constrictor was dangerous when it clenched up like that, and he felt as though the fact that Emenla was with him had been his saving grace. She must have carried some sway back in the animal village if she could even bring awareness to a frightened animal. "On your feet, boy." Instantly, Jin was crouched low in his open fighting stance. Normally, she would have chastised him. But given the circumstance, even she seemed to be on edge. Times like this made Jin feel like a child; where everyone centered on the danger, he centered on the excitement. Like a kid playing with fire. He figured he should probably try to report this, assuming the Anbu guarding the match weren't already mobilized. But even then, it would take them time to get back to the village. For now he figured he should try to ascertain why this was happening instead of making moves. Judging by everyone's reaction, this was definitely not something that was expected.

I'm one Nightmare...
As Kazin's Bear came barreling at Yuzuki at a respectible clip, she didn't look at all worried, infact she looked madly pleased with it. She never would have thought that Kazin could perform that sort of thing... nor would she ever have disrespected her summons like that either. It was pretty bad when a sociopath who cared little for the lives of others wouldn't do something disrepectful and then acknowledge that action as such. As the explosion and the bear paw came crashing downwards there was a puff of smoke, a cruel plan became ruined though, when the wind picked up unexpectedly and the final layer of the illusion was exposed. Just as suddenly the silhouette of somone roughtly humanoid shook and then shattered like a sheet of broken glass as the strangling presence of an ominous being collapsed the ceiling and exposed something as beautifully nightmaric as it was gruetisquely awe inspiring. The overload of chakra made her dizzy and nausious, it wasn't anything too terrible, but until her stomache calmed down a little she wasn't going to be casting any jutsu for a while. Not that it would have done any good, for that matter... not judging by the sheer presence of that monstrosity.
The real Yuzuki was exposed and forced to the side, she had little time to shake off the confusion before looking up and side stepping a large portion of the ceiling came crashing down. She quickly jumped on the reminence of the ceiling that was once above them. She paused looked up at the slowly at the creature that was now occupying most of the huge cage. She knew full well what it was, she hadn't met it personally, but her research into the matter told her that this beast originated from the Village hidden in the clouds. Anything more was nothing less more than myths and legends. It was hard to tell what was utter nonesence and what had a grain of truth in it. This was the second tailed beast that she had met in her life, truely the gods must bless her. She had 'found' two of the nine legendary beasts, she needed the other seven so that she could unleash it upon the world, she knew that they were the key to ushering her new era, and help humanity find its true direction. Indeed, this was something that was a blessing and not a curse, to her anyway. The way the chakra fouled the air could be held in comparison to the chakra from Shukaku. It was something that she would never forget, and something that she would hopefully encounter again. The feeling of it was oppressing and one couldn't help but feel like prey caught in the sight of a superior predator, something that was humbling, terrifying and awe inspiring. The fact that she had encountered this type of chakra before was probably the one thing that was saving what was left of her sanity being shattered. The chakra itself was something that was made her feel good, but at the same time she felt a fearful respectful feeling from the beasts chakra. It was something that if you had, you played with it respectfully because you knew it could destroy you at any given time. Indeed, being destroyed by ones owns power was something of an embaressment. Yuzuki looked up and slowly raised her head up higher and higher, though she had yet to see the man that was riding the eight tails....you won't wake up from.
