Against all her awesome attitude and momentary shock, Bryony squealed and latched onto Eros. She covered her mouth is shock as she stared at Eros. "Please tell me this isn't a joke. I will totally marry you!" Right about now, she could feel Dionysus loose his Pac-Man high score. He would not be pleased at this development.

 EROS; LORD OF LOVEHis eyes widened. "Really? That's-that's-that's EXCELLENT!" he said as he hugged back. He really loved Bryony, ever since their first date, and he was thinking about marrying her, but the only thing that made him think otherwise about it was his respect, and fear of Dionysus. "Oh dear...Bryony, how do you think Dionysus will react. Obviously he won't be okay with it..."

"You know, I swore I could feel him actually lose at Pac-Man..." She wasn't too bothered by it. "Maybe he'll actually talk to me now." She tapped her index finger against her lips. "Ohh wait till I tell Pollux." She chuckled, it was as if all the bad things suddenly didn't matter. She had Eros, god of Passionate Love. "Will that...will that make me a goddess? Won't you have to beg Zeus and Dionysus for permission?" She remembered that Eros begged Zeus to marry him and Psyche in the stories. "I won't have to sort rice for your mother, will I? Or collect wool from man eating sheep?" She sighed. Sometimes the gods could be cruel...especially to their children's love interests...

EROS; LORD OF LOVEEros nodded and sighed. "Zeus won't be happy that's for sure. But if everything goes well, it's true, you will have a place in Olympus...with me." he said and held her hand. "I supposed I could bribe him with a pretty lady"

"What about your 'momma'? Should I expect tricks and gadflies? Make me fall in love with an a**?" It was very possible. Gods don't change that much over the years.

Bryony nearly slapped her hand over his mouth. "Don't say things like that...." She had a supremely worried look now. "S**t like that CAN happen..." Now that he said it, she worried that someone up there heard him....bad things were in the air these days...
