@Shay: Thanks for the kind words, but people don't have to love me. I just want to clear any misconceptions that may be causing them to hate me.
@Six: I suppose I'm a bit abrasive, something lance has scolded me for more than once, but its who I am.
@Arashi: If I'm going to help you get over this fear, I'll need more than "You just plain out scare me."
@Hinote: Sorry, but no. I've seen what happens in every guild that has more than one profile acceptor, I dont want that to happen here.

.... Ok..... You know what to expect Greg... It's me. Come on. I'll be gentle, though, since Mistah was allowed to be a VC. Plan and simple... *sigh* Ok... Plan and simple: You try to run the guild as if it's your own. You try to control everything, or at least oversee everything, then have a RAWR attack when you feel overwhelmed. I saw, on the greeting thingy, that you don't know why people say you're a controlitive... well, I don't remember what exactly you said, but you know what I mean, and that might be why they think so ><. Let the people allowed to look at stuff do their job and ease yours and everything is all Yingy-Yangy like.
You also cheated in the sexiest avi thingy contest -_- Of course people would vote for you (*coughcoughV.C.coughcough*), and I bet you blackmailed people for votes too! *Angry point* I'm on to you, you dirty, dirty boy, you!

Heh, I expected much worse from you, Okamiken. Like I said, I wanted people to show me their worst.
I do let people do their jobs. Why else have I tried to stay away from Custom Taijutsu, Custom Jutsu, Custom Bloodlines, Bloodline Applications, and the rest. But you have to understand that as a VC, its my JOB to oversee everything. And I think I've done a fairly good job so far.
As far as running the guild, it only seems that way because I'm on so much more than Lance. Truth is, the majority of my descisions come with input from lance, seeing as we know each other and talk about POTS over delicious bowls of queso. So I'm not running the guild, Lance is running it through me.
Actually, that was a scariest AVI contest, and I entered as a joke. I didnt expect to win, but I did. I entered fairly, and I won fairly.

Mistah BomChickaWahWah Tha Mistah...*Ahem* "The Great One" says that Gregar is awesome. Tha Mistah thinks that the only thing you should work on is trying to be a bit more patient with the profile moderation. You've pick a very stressful job because you have to deal with the N00bz in what is probably the most repetitive job ever. It seems like sometimes you insult people's intelligence when they are confused with the chakra system. Like that Vanilla Bear guy. And on the page it does say "...if the math confuses you, just ask Lance, Deil, or some other math-qualified person for help, but it shouldn't be that difficult." Personally I think the way the system is worded is what is given people problems (I may try to correct that) but still, since you are the first crew member that the new people come in contact with, it would be nice to show how helpful and kind you can be since it reflects on their opinion of all of us. All the while you are still a Supa Dupa guy with a kick-a$$ avi. Vanillabear agrees with Mista at the refusal to further explain new topics to new memebers while simultaniously insulting me

you could use a touch of diplomacy. A lot of the things you say come off as downright rude sometimes, and since most people can't keep a level head like me they can't look past that. It's not necessarily about what you say, but how you say it I think.
Also I Really hate that you have a dog named Snuffle Muffins

@Vanilla: I refuse to explain things that are clearly spelled out, or that could be easily remedied. Say, by looking at someone else's profile who has medium chakra, to see how many chakra points THEY have. That would tell you how many points YOU have.
@Hikaro: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND Hikaro just won the grand prize for understanding things. The ability to keep a level head is what you need if you want to deal with me. I speak in bluntness rather than sugary-sweetness, and people come out as stronger and smarter RPers because of it. Getting mad solves nothing, you need to keep a cool head, and not jump to conclusions.
And my dog's name is not snuffle muffins. My dog's name is...................actually, it might just be worse if I actually told you.

duckmasta Since this is the origin of Gregar's own page, I shall post a dual response here. I do not hate you or Gregar in the least. However, as several people have mentioned already, both of you tend to come off as abrasive. Generally people have mistaken this as you disliking them or just being rude. The case, really, is that you are both very pragmatic. The reason I've never had a problem with you two is because I am very pragmatic myself. I have noticed that in some cases, both of you either don't realize or don't care that you could possibly explain things better. This doesn't mean that you intend to be mean, just that your lack of explanation leads to detrimental effects. I have quietly dealt with some of these problems by explaining the member's mistake and helping them correct it. Perhaps, you could both possibly attempt a bit more of a diplomatic approach. Once again I would like to stress that I hate neither of you and actually hold you both in rather high-esteem for your work ethics. My dual response to both hinote and yourself, as taken from Hinote's page. As I said above, I have helped some members who have felt that you offended them. I would like to iterate that I have not attempted to explain your actions that you took towards them. That would be your duty and responsibility. This applies to Hinote as well.

And yeah Greg, I understand that sometimes its hard to understand what people don't understand and explain it in a way that they can understand, so it leads to frustration. But VB asked me and in one PM I was able to explain to him the whole system so that he could look for himself and know so he doesn't have to go scavenger hunting on profiles. You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day, but you can teach him how to fish and feed him for a lifetime.

Greg. I love you... you know I do. I make sure to remind you every time we talk. But it infuriates me sometimes that you take everything WAY too seriously. Sometimes I just want to shake your shoulders and yell at you to loosen up a bit. One of my favorite quotes "Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway." You need to take this to heart.
I'm immune to everything else you do, like yelling at people. Like, if you were to yell at me, I'd probably start laughing at you. So I can't really give anymore input in what I dislike about you. But seriously, loosen up. (No pun intended)
